I have used Kevin Weir for my catered events for the past 15 years, including the rehearsal dinners for both of my sons' weddings. I would have used him for the weddings as well, but our venues required their own caterers. Kevin is a joy to work with. I always get some comments from guests that his food is the best they have ever eaten. His staff is responsive, capable, and unobtrusive. They clean up better than any cleaning person I have ever had. I recommend Kevin frequently and am always happy to recognize some of his touches when I am at other parties, too.
