One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was hiring Tessa and her husband as day-of coordinators for our day! My husband and I are both in professions where project management is heavily prevalent and we knew how important having a point person would be for our day and Tessa went above and beyond. Not only did Tessa make sure to cover every single detail (even ones we hadn't thought of lol) in multiple meetings beforehand but she never made us feel like we were asking for too much or being unrealistic - the sky was truly the limit, Tessa was just ready to help execute it. She never made us feel like we were just a job to her, she was the most genuine and caring individual and the exact person you want by your side on your day. Additionally, her ability to take vague concepts of my ideas for my ceremony space and bring them to life in the most elegant and perfect way was such an amazing experience - It truly felt like an extension of my husband and I and not a copy+paste of something we saw online (seriously, the ceremony&reception pictures were all her and speak for themselves below).

Tessa was with us every step of the way, from the pre-day meetings to last minute change of plans, Tessa and her husband gave our day their all with so much care, attention to detail, and confidence I can only imagine she had for her own. Her professional presence and overall demeanor provided us the peace of mind from Day 1 to know we were in good hands and I truly believe that without her, our day would not have been as successful.

We hired Tessa right after booking our venue, because we knew we would need a day of coordinator. We just didn’t know HOW MUCH we would need her until about a week before the wedding. We were preparing for a call with Tessa to discuss any last minute details with her and I started crying, telling my then fiancé how grateful I was that we hired her. It took so much stress off of me! Tessa took care of everything for me the day of the wedding and answered any questions that popped up the 2.5 years leading up to it. I knew I did not have to worry about a single thing. If anything went wrong at my wedding, I do not know about it because she handles it so well that she didn’t need to come to me with questions. Tessa is super thorough. Take the time to fill out her questionnaire fully and your wedding day will look just like you always envisioned it to look. I am very type A. In my mind it’s just easier to do things myself. On my wedding day I let that go and let Tessa take over and I’m so happy I did, she let me enjoy my wedding day. And at the end of the night packed everything up and loaded it into the car for us. She is absolutely the planner you NEED!

We are so incredibly thankful for Tessa’s role in making our wedding day absolutely perfect. We used her for day-of coordinating services. Our phone calls leading up to the day helped me ensure everything was taken care of, and she asked plenty of questions to ensure she fully understood our vision. Every interaction was so personable and relieved my stress leading up to our day!

At our rehearsal, she put me at ease because it was very clear that she had plenty of experience, was organized and knew exactly what she was doing. When we saw our space for the first time on our wedding day, we were blown away. She brought my vision to life, and made sure not one detail was overlooked.

I will forever refer Tessa and her team, she is absolutely outstanding to work with. Your day is in good hands when you work with Tessa!

From the minute I met Tessa I knew we were in good hands. Her calmness made me feel at ease and any time we had a question or concern she was on top of it, again with calmness and a smile. Tessa was always within reach the entire time ready to make sure we had what we needed. She also had great suggestions when we were indecisive. Her attention to detail in setting up the room was 5 stars all around. I would highly recommend Tessa!!

Tessa was an absolutely amazing coordinator! She was quick to respond to any questions, very organized, knew exactly what needed to be done at every step of the way, and has a lovely personality. From the rehearsal to the day of, everything ran smoothly because of her and her assistant, Chelsea. If there were any details that needed to be changed, I do not know of any. She flawlessly made sure everything was as I described it. I would absolutely recommend her to anybody looking for a coordinator!

I was hesitant to hire a Coordinator for my wedding, but I’m so thankful I went with Tessa. I knew I was in good hands from our first meeting. The care and attention she put into every detail made me feel safe putting my wedding in her hands. She was my rock on my wedding day and I couldn’t imagine it without her there.

I hired Tessa for Day-Of-Coordination as well as running our Rehearsal, and she is THE BEST. She made the whole process so stress-free, and made sure we were in the best position possible leading up to, and during the wedding! We had 2 phone call meetings prior to the wedding day, and she was very responsive to all emails! She stayed all night through the reception, and made sure we did not have any stresses. She placed all decor, managed the timeline of the day, and made sure vendors were where they needed to be! I cannot recommend Tessa enough!

Tessa was incredibly thorough and saved us so much stress on our wedding day. I don't know what we would have done without her! She even made sure we were given the privacy/time away from guests to make sure we could eat. She also consistently checked in with our vendors to make sure everything went smoothly and helped adjusting our timeline if needed.

Tessa was absolutely incredible. She was so detailed and spent time with us leading up to the wedding to ensure she was fully up to speed on everything that would be needed for day of execution. She was really amazing to work with and we’d highly recommend her!

We booked the Monthly Assisted Planning Package with Weddings by Tessa CO and we are so glad we did! We found them a few months before our wedding when we were feeling a bit overwhelmed with the remaining planning. Tessa immediately jumped in to help make sure we were on schedule & was incredibly thorough with helping us plan out the day, down to small details we hadn’t previously considered. We felt so prepared going into the wedding thanks to our planning sessions with her! Tessa, Jeremy & Chelsea were our day-of coordinators and they did an amazing job of keeping everything running smoothly. From keeping track of our large wedding party throughout the day, setting up our reception decor, helping the guests find their tables, staying until the end of the reception to help with clean-up & everything in between - we’re so grateful for all their help so we could focus on the wedding celebration. I would definitely recommend Weddings by Tessa CO to anyone looking for a planner/coordinator!
