  1000% the person you need by your side for your day!!

  One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was hiring Tessa and her husband as day-of coordinators for our day! My husband and I are both in professions where project management is heavily prevalent and we knew how important having a point person would be for our day and Tessa went above and beyond. Not only did Tessa make sure to cover every single detail (even ones we hadn't thought of lol) in multiple meetings beforehand but she never made us feel like we were asking for too much or being unrealistic - the sky was truly the limit, Tessa was just ready to help execute it. She never made us feel like we were just a job to her, she was the most genuine and caring individual and the exact person you want by your side on your day. Additionally, her ability to take vague concepts of my ideas for my ceremony space and bring them to life in the most elegant and perfect way was such an amazing experience - It truly felt like an extension of my husband and I and not a copy+paste of something we saw online (seriously, the ceremony&reception pictures were all her and speak for themselves below).
  
  Tessa was with us every step of the way, from the pre-day meetings to last minute change of plans, Tessa and her husband gave our day their all with so much care, attention to detail, and confidence I can only imagine she had for her own. Her professional presence and overall demeanor provided us the peace of mind from Day 1 to know we were in good hands and I truly believe that without her, our day would not have been as successful.

  Hire Tessa for your wedding!

  I worked a wedding with Tessa Co. As a wedding photographer, we are typically the ones who step in to make sure things run smoothly when there is no day of coordinator. And sometimes even if there is a day of coordinator, we are still prompting the coordinators to do certain things because well, not everyone is on top of it. As far as Tessa, she was ON it! There would be times where I would start to go do something whether it was inform the bridesmaids on how to walk down the aisle, Tessa was already doing it! She was laser focused and one step ahead on everything making my life as a vendor so easy and it allowed me to actually focus on what I was hired to do, photography. Tessa did not miss a beat. I will be adding her to my preferred vendor list for day of coordination.

  Amazing Coordinator and Overall Help!

  Caitlyn was our day-of coordinator through Weddings by Tessa Co., with the help from Tessa as well. I can not imagine my wedding day without Caitlyn there, from rehearsal dinner to every little thing that came up during our wedding day. Tessa and Caitlyn communicated with all the vendors beforehand, and helped ensure every detail was taken care of. They were an amazing help and I would recommend them to anyone!

  Wonderful!

  Tessa was absolutely incredible. She was so detailed and spent time with us leading up to the wedding to ensure she was fully up to speed on everything that would be needed for day of execution. She was really amazing to work with and we’d highly recommend her!

  Literally the best money I spent

  I don't even know where to start with Tessa. There comes a point where someone is just so helpful, so nice and goes so far beyond that you start to feel like any amount of money in the world wouldn't say thank you enough- and that's how I felt with her. Like most, I went so back and forth on hiring a day of coordinator, though of course now I would say it's an absolute need. It's just so reassuring to essentially have an event manager; someone in your corner and keeping things moving and on time. Tessa is exceptional at the role. She could do it all and maintained calm and kindness throughout. The meetings prior covered territory I didn't even think of- and it was so reassuring to be able to look to an expert for advice. Even my parents can't stop going on about how fantastic she was. She absolutely played a pivotal role in my events having literally zero mishaps. Thank you for everything Tessa!! My day was perfect because of you! :)

  Such A Lifesaver!

  We booked the Monthly Assisted Planning Package with Weddings by Tessa CO and we are so glad we did! We found them a few months before our wedding when we were feeling a bit overwhelmed with the remaining planning. Tessa immediately jumped in to help make sure we were on schedule & was incredibly thorough with helping us plan out the day, down to small details we hadn’t previously considered. We felt so prepared going into the wedding thanks to our planning sessions with her! Tessa, Jeremy & Chelsea were our day-of coordinators and they did an amazing job of keeping everything running smoothly. From keeping track of our large wedding party throughout the day, setting up our reception decor, helping the guests find their tables, staying until the end of the reception to help with clean-up & everything in between - we’re so grateful for all their help so we could focus on the wedding celebration. I would definitely recommend Weddings by Tessa CO to anyone looking for a planner/coordinator!

  Best Choice Ever!

  I was hesitant to hire a Coordinator for my wedding, but I’m so thankful I went with Tessa. I knew I was in good hands from our first meeting. The care and attention she put into every detail made me feel safe putting my wedding in her hands. She was my rock on my wedding day and I couldn’t imagine it without her there.

  She’s amazing!

  Tessa was an absolutely amazing coordinator! She was quick to respond to any questions, very organized, knew exactly what needed to be done at every step of the way, and has a lovely personality. From the rehearsal to the day of, everything ran smoothly because of her and her assistant, Chelsea. If there were any details that needed to be changed, I do not know of any. She flawlessly made sure everything was as I described it. I would absolutely recommend her to anybody looking for a coordinator!

  Incredible Day-Of Coordinator Team

  We hired Tessa and her team to be our Day-Of-Coordinator thinking that we would have someone to just help throughout the day of the wedding. They went above and beyond and helped us with so many things leading up to our special day as well. I truly don't know what we would've done without them. From our first phone call with Tessa, we immediately clicked with her. She made us feel so comfortable and she was genuinely very excited about us as a couple and the day we envisioned. She helped us figure out a schedule for the day and went over a lot of planning details with us to make sure we didn't miss anything. Planning a wedding is a lot of work and it was nice to have someone like her in our corner helping us through it. We had Julia & Jeremey for our Day of Coordinators on our wedding day and they were both phenomenal. They thought of everything and made our day come together just as we had imagined. From decorating the space to leading our wedding party through the ceremony rehearsal to even emcee-ing our reception—they just were amazing from beginning to end. They were professional and kind; everyone had great things to say about them. One of the best decisions we made with our wedding and would book them again and again.   Tessa Was Great To Work With!

  Tessa was incredibly thorough and saved us so much stress on our wedding day. I don't know what we would have done without her! She even made sure we were given the privacy/time away from guests to make sure we could eat. She also consistently checked in with our vendors to make sure everything went smoothly and helped adjusting our timeline if needed.

  Tessa’s The Best!

  I hired Tessa for Day-Of-Coordination as well as running our Rehearsal, and she is THE BEST. She made the whole process so stress-free, and made sure we were in the best position possible leading up to, and during the wedding! We had 2 phone call meetings prior to the wedding day, and she was very responsive to all emails! She stayed all night through the reception, and made sure we did not have any stresses. She placed all decor, managed the timeline of the day, and made sure vendors were where they needed to be! I cannot recommend Tessa enough!

  We hired Tessa for our June 2022 wedding and it was honestly one of the best decisions we made! We did not initially budget for a coordinator, but as our wedding got closer it felt like a must-have. Tessa had affordable options that fit within our budget, but with how amazing she is she worth so much more than we paid! From our initial meeting until our wedding and even after, she had great communication and support for all of our wedding questions. She provided guidance whenever asked, has so many resources, and is so reassuring throughout the planning process. On the day of our wedding she brought so much energy and positivity, went out of her way to make sure everything was exactly how we imagined, and even left the venue to make a run to the store when our dessert plates were missing. She has all the love and support of a best friend paired with the expertise and professionalism of a seasoned wedding industry professional. Hiring Tessa took the stress off of us and allowed us to enjoy the wedding planning process and our wedding day!

  BEST EVER wedding coordinator team!!!

  There aren't enough words to describe how pleased we were with hiring Tessa for our wedding!! We added an assistant to our package and had Tessa and her husband Jeremy with us for their full day package and it was 100% worth the cost - I felt so at ease with them. From the first time I spoke with Tessa, I could see she was very professional and knew what she was doing when it comes to wedding coordination. She brought our decor vision to life day of our wedding and was a tremendous support with the set up and tear down of everything. We are so grateful we went with Tessa Co and highly highly recommend!!

  Hire Tessa!!

  I recently used Tessa as a day of coordinator for my postponed Covid wedding. She helped make sure the day went by effortlessly and I was worry free the entire time! Tessa also did a beautiful job setting up the decor the day of and was super helpful with any questions I had leading up to the wedding!

We had about 160 guests and a very large bridal party (10 bridesmaids and 10 groomsmen).   Tessa and her assistant were such lifesavers for our wedding day! I am so glad we decided to hire a day of coordinator last minute. She was so professional and polite, very organized and made our day run so smoothly. If we had any issues on our wedding day, I wouldn’t have known it. I gave as much direction as I could but was undecided on a few things so Tessa took the initiative and made great decisions on things! Everything looked beautiful and it was stress free. So worth it, and would highly recommend her for the value!

  Tessa is the Best!

  We hired Tessa as our day of coordinator and I could not imagine my wedding without her! She created a seamless timeline, handled set up and tear down with ease and was there for every concern or question I had through out the day. From the day we began working together, Tessa was always a phone call or email away and was very responsive. She made the day simply perfect and we did not have to worry about a thing on that day except getting married. I highly recommend her and her team!

  Tessa is a PRO at easing nerves regarding wedding planning. She would help me find resources, sat with me to work on floral arrangements, and addressed every concern I had. Meeting with her in the months leading up to the big day left me feeling a little less crazy after each meeting. She is a problem solver and her personal, professional personality made the process just that much better! I seriously don't know what I would have done without her.

  Best Choice in Wedding Coordinator!

  Tessa and her associates were amazing! She was extremely attentive to every detail and knew exactly what needs to be done to make the day go smoothly. They had my home ready for guests while we finished pictures and were ready for any unexpected events (like running out of ice). She saw to it that the evening was absolutely perfect for my son and his new bride! I highly recommend her for your special day!

  I took Tessa on for in person planning sessions and and Monthly Assisted Planning, and wow! She was on top of all the last minute details and missing pieces, and made it so I was able to relax and enjoy my day. In the weeks leading up to the wedding she was the person I turned to for any stresses that popped up. In the final weeks before the wedding I probably messaged her 10 times a day with questions she immediately had resolutions for. You can feel the effort and care she puts into her job.
  When it came to everyone in my wedding party kept commenting on how easy the day was. She was such an asset. My only regret is not taking her on sooner!

It helped everyone involved in the wedding know what to do, where to be, and when to be there. She kept a calm and cheery energy throughout the day, and even helped keep things happy when nerves were running high! She was quick to give a hand wherever needed. When our live stream of the wedding wasn't working she was right there to give a helping hand to fix it.
  
  All around I'd highly recommend Tessa as a wedding planner! She's a great help for planning, scheduling, and giving overall great wedding advice!
