Not only did Father John officiate our wedding, he also did eulogies for both my parents. He is so compassionate and caring. I would 110% recommend him for any officiating needs.

Father John was an absolute pleasure to work with. My Husband and I had a destination wedding and needed an officiant. We knew it would make our families happy to have an actual Priest marry us.

Father John was so patient with us. He took the time to get to know us, understand our wants, and was amazing with his communication throughout the whole process. He wrote out our ceremony plan/speech before hand so we could change anything we didn’t want and we knew exactly what to expect. He showed up early to the ceremony, giving us peace of mind that there was nothing to worry about. I cannot stress enough how wonderful his communication was. When you’re juggling so much when planning a wedding, having someone who communicates well makes planning so much less stressful. Fr. John co-officiated our hybrid Catholic(ish) - Hindu(ish) ceremony in March 2023. We had originally planned to use a traditional Catholic ceremony, and then my husband decided to bring in his Hindu traditions. We incorporated a Hindu priest and a combined ceremony that we put together and Fr. John went wtih the flow, worked so well with us and the Hindu priest and made our day truly special. Fr. John brought the Catholic traditions that were so important to me and my family, and was completely open to interweaving the Hindu traditions. I would recommend Fr. John to any couple getting married in the Chicago/NW Indiana area. He made us feel very relaxed and brought a warm sense of humor to the ceremony as well.
