Bianca was truly amazing. When I started planning, I knew I wanted to hire at least a day of coordinator, however, after a bit of research and considering my OWN work schedule – I knew I needed more. I originally found Wedding Wizardry on Instagram and after talking to Bianca I knew I wanted to hire her because she is laid back but very professional. I went with partial planning + day of. Bianca’s expertise was invaluable, from her reviewing vendor contracts, help in negotiating with vendors, to planning TO executing the most beautiful day I could ever imagine. If you can, I would recommend the partial planning + day of – it was so great to have the extra help throughout the planning process. What I really love about Bianca is her calmness under pressure (also she is SUPER organized, knowledgeable, and fun). Her day of skills we’re impeccable – the venue looked gorgeous and everything went off perfectly. I would highly recommend her!

We asked Bianca to provide day-of coordination for our Orcas Island wedding, and I couldn't have imagined the day without her! She was thoughtful and organized, and helped pull all of the strings together while we were able to focus on enjoying every moment of our special day. Our challenging location was no match for Bianca - she made herself available to venture up to Orcas Island with us and visit the venue a few months before the wedding, she ferried over for the rehearsal the day before, and was onsite bright and early on our wedding day. I was recently referred to Bianca at Wedding Wizardry from a very good friend. I contacted Bianca on short notice to ask her for help on our wedding day. To be honest, I wasn't sure how valuable her service would be until she came in and immediately started giving us suggestions and helping with direction. She was literally 'my right hand' throughout our entire wedding day! Outstanding and truly magical services! Bianca really hit it out of the park for our wedding and we couldn't be happier with our choice. I am not at all creative, but I told her about us and some things we liked and she turned those into something amazing that represented us that I never could have imagined! Bianca was exceptional to work with! She arrived extra early to our wedding, helped set up, beautifully directed and coordinated all venue staff, caterers, servers, guests, and oversaw everything! It's very hard to hand over control to someone and can trust they understand not only your high expectations but also, your vision down to every little detail and on such an important day.

My husband and I didn’t plan on having a big, exuberant wedding. We wanted something small and intimate, but also special. Bianca handled everything with grace and made the day perfect! With just a month or so notice she was able to pull everything together and truly wowed us.
