-Photography: ceremony venue, ceremony, guests, cocktail hour, group photos, bride + groom portraits, reception venue, arrival and cake cutting
-Videography: [drone footage] of the venue, special bride + groom shots (worth it), [conventional video] ceremony coverage (2 angles), candid video footage used in highlight video, video snippets of the cocktail hour. Antonio is excellent, both at capturing and editing video.

Deliverables:
-USB with raw video footage (we paid a little extra for this, we feel it is important to add to our family archive).
-On the same USB as above, all edited photos.
-On the same USB as above, the highlight video (shot and edited by Antonio).

Review, written by the bride:
We were married in early August, and it has taken some time for us to find the adequate words to say "Thank you" via our review of their services to the Liam Crotty team for their exceptional coverage of our very special day.

Preparation and planning for photo/video services:
Our first contact was made several months before the wedding, and Liam was there on the phone with me making arrangements, confirming dates, locations and services personally. Of course, the Office Manager was instrumental as well, and made sure that we had everything we needed in place (with regards to photo and video) on our wedding day.
There were detailed planning calls, to make sure that we knew what group photos we wanted, where we might want them at the venue, all the details. Liam's team made sure no question was left unanswered.
Initially, we had booked one of the staff photographers and videographers, and at the last moment, we were told that Liam himself was available to capture our wedding day.

We didn't think about it too much, we said "Yes!", paid the fee required to have Liam join us on our day, and waited for our day to arrive.

Our Wedding Day:
Marco arrived early to the Church, and MJ made quick and great work of getting some excellent shots of him before the ceremony. Two of our most cherished photographs of the day were of him and his Mother, and him and my Grandmother. MJ captured the venue details as well, beautifully.

There were candid photos and videos of our guests arriving, seating themselves, of our sweet Ring/Coin bearers - the coverage that was provided, in retrospect, gave me the ability to experience all of the excitement leading up to the ceremony, but through the eyes of the photographer.

I, of course, was not able to enjoy those sweet moments since I was nervously pacing in my "bridal holding pen" (as I fondly refer to it now) that is the beautiful museum/store at the Monastery.

Liam summoned me out of my storm of nerves by asking if I wanted to take bridal portraits pre-ceremony with the few minutes we had before the ceremony began. He is very experienced and put me at ease very quickly, and deftly positioned me in specific poses with my bouquet, my Bible, and even played along with me when I spotted one of the Monastery's cats outside and wanted to go and pet it. (This photograph, where I am crouching down (somehow elegantly?) and petting the cat is my favorite bridal portrait!)

It was suddenly time to go! Carolina (who manages weddings at the Monastery, if she's available to coordinate your wedding there, you should absolutely engage her services) came to fetch me and it was time to begin.

I didn't notice photographs being taken of me, or the videographer capturing the walk - that is how discreet the Team is. Only specific moments were paused, ever so momentarily, to capture really excellent shots (key shot, when exiting the Church, is stopping halfway down the aisle, with guests and everyone beaming, and having another kiss - this is a great shot, which we hadn't thought of, but now wouldn't want to live without!).

During the cocktail hour, the group photos were handled by Liam - and again, the experience that he and his Team has, it really shone bright here. Liam kept me calm, all while capturing the (literally) dozens of group photographs which we required (it was an incredible list of around 50 group photos, with different permutations of the guests). Not only did he capture wonderful photos, he kept me calm!

After the group photos, we went for a stroll, groom + me and Liam + Antonio, to capture portraits of us. They are a very creative team and if you engage their services, let them loose! We ended up with incredible shots of us + the venue - one of our favorite is the one under the gargantuan tree outside with the dark moss, and of course the drone footage of us walking the grounds.

Our guests had already left for the reception at Fogo de Chao, and we were on our way to join them. Liam + MJ arrived at the venue before us, and captured the reception venue's decorations and guests before we arrived.
Upon our arrival, we had our arrival photographed, the cake cutting photographed, and we also have some sweet candid shots of that event.
We had the pleasure of having Liam join us for our celebratory meal - not only is he a great photographer, but an intelligent and fun conversationalist, a great addition to any party.

Post-wedding follow up and delivery of photo/video:
Out photos were ready fast. And I mean FAST! I believe it was 2 weeks from the date of the wedding, and we had so many photos delivered. I won't say a number here, but we have SO many photos.
The Team sent us an online gallery which could be shared with family/friends, where you can order prints. You don't have to order prints via this service - those prints aren't actually being paid to/serviced by Liam's team (I think it is called shotproof?). It provides a fun way to view your photos before they are actually delivered.
The Team also posts fun teaser photos/videos of your event - which only amps up the anticipation and excitement. Ours was a funny one where my groom is washing our Mustang with my veil!
Antonio contacted us to get our music selection for our highlight video - and that was ready very quickly as well. Since the song we wanted had copyright issues, it wasn't able to be posted - but we can tell you, our family and friends who have seen it (and us, too!) believe it is beautiful, so professional and sweet. And it's really hard to make a wedding highlight video jive with a Led Zepellin song...!
The USB containing our photos and videos (highlight and raw footage) was delivered via USPS (please remember to be home on the day it is expected to arrive, they need a signature to deliver it!).

From start to finish, the service that Liam's Team provides is astonishing, and we look forward to the next opportunity to engage their services.
