She had a very personal touch that other photographers lacked. She is very easygoing and had a soothing demeanor. She also did everything she could to make sure we were happy with all the shots.

Arlene was incredible! She was so communicative and supportive throughout the entire process, managing planning photos at both the venue and our first look event.
