Saved the dress!!
I just wanted to share with you that about 18 years ago we had my wife’s gown preserved with you. While moving across the country to AZ the whole moviing truck caught on fire and we lost everything!
Today I received a FedEx package from the tow yard with that preserved gown! It seems your box and the way you had it preserved saved it.
Also thank you for helping out to “re-preserve” it!

VERY good pricing. Kit mailed to your house, easy to package up and ship to them for preservation. Excellent tracking en route. Email confirmation of receipt. Dress shipped back clean and perfectly packaged.

Bought my dress from a sample sale - and this was the company that the dress store recommended. It came with very easy instructions and a box and bag to send it off in. I sent it off for cleaning only. I received it within about two weeks, it was hung up on a nice hanger in a box that I can store it in for the next year. I will definitely be using them to preserve my dress after the wedding - I love the personalization they offer.

I used this company to clean and preserve my wedding gown. They did a great job. It was a little pricey, but they were quick and I got my gown back within a few weeks all cleaned and preserved in a sealed box. The only thing is you have to contact them and fill out an online form to get the closest vendor to get the preservation kit to send your dress back. They don't ship the kits out directly from their company, you have to go through your local dress shop.

Wouldn’t Recommend
Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and integrity of this company.
The initial cleaning and preservation did not address many of the stains on my dress. When I saw this through the preservation chest’s window, I opened the box to do a full assessment and contacted them to see if these stains were permanent or if a second cleaning would address them. Customer service informed me that once the chest is opened, the warranty is voided but asked me to send them the gown. After “determining” that my dress must have been worn, they sent it back to me bunched up in a plastic bag.
I understood that opening the chest voided my warranty and that my dress had many stains that may not have been removable - that’s okay. When I asked them to return the preservation chest that I initially paid for and sent the dress back to them in, they refused and told me it was against their policy. I told them that I was not asking for an extra cleaning or preservation, simply that my preservation chest would be returned since I use it for storage of the gown. They still declined.
Another minor frustration is that the bustle on my dress was ripped and the chest padding was damaged during the cleaning. Not a big deal, but you hope they are handling these expensive, sentimental dresses with care.
