Walnut Street is the preferred bakery for our reception venue and is part of their package so even though we didn't go the all-inclusive route we wanted to try them out. We visited their store and bought some cupcakes and got initial information which helped us decide to go with them. The planning process was easy and when we had to postpone due to Covid it wasn't a big deal. We eventually did a tasting with them and it was all delicious but we went with a 2 tier cake with strawberry lemonade and red velvet. We added some GF cupcakes and several mini pies. On the day of the cake was beautiful and the assorted other desserts were laid out very nicely. We tried both cakes and they were both very good! Our coordinator packed us up a take home box and we tried the pies and cupcakes over the next couple days and they were delicious! The mini pecan pie was my favorite! We can't wait to make a trip on our anniversary next year to have more cake!

People always expect wedding cakes to be mediocre in taste. Not here!!! It is so amazing! One thing I have heard from all of my guests has been that the cake was the best they’ve ever had. I highly recommend the almond cake!!!!

My mouth is STILL watering from the delicious wedding cake they made for us! My husband and I worked with Kathy and have nothing but wonderful things to say about her and Walnut Street Bakery! The cake tasting was SO much fun!! Every cake we tasted was so so so good! We ended up with 5 different flavors for our tiered wedding cake. Not only do they have amazing classics, but they have so many unique flavors that they come up with right in their own bakery! They even made a few gluten free cupcakes for our guests with allergies! We ended up using a few of their more unique flavors, my personal favorite being the honey lavender rosemary. Seriously though, you can't go wrong with ANY of the flavors they offer!! The cake was so beautiful and still to this day people are talking about the cake and how delicious it was! I am constantly sending people their way. I, myself, will be using them for all special occasions and I don't even live in Seneca. They are THAT GOOD. Thank you Walnut Street for being a part of our special day!

This was without a doubt the best tasting wedding cake I have ever had! The decoration was professional, exactly what we asked for. We had 3 flavors - Peaches and Cream, Key Lime and Raspberry Champagne - all were so moist and delicious. Very easy to work with, beautiful cake and tasty on top, what more could you ask for?

Walnut Street Bakery in Seneca, SC is the best place to get amazing service. I went in and had one meeting and a cake tasting and the rest was taken care of. The did an amazing job decorating the cakes to make them look perfect. I could not have asked for a better bakery for my wedding. They went above and beyond all expectations!!! Highly recommend them to any bride to be, as well as others looking for a truly great event top off!

Kathy made our wedding cake for us on October 27th and it was absolutely amazing! It was beautiful and she was so accommodating. Even tried to buy a different cake stand just to match my theme. They just opened a new location and we were the first couple to do a wedding cake tasting there! They had a lovely private room and she offered us wine with our cake. She is great to work with and the cake arrived beautiful, on time, and delicious! I received so many compliments on it.

This was the best cake I, or any of our guests have ever eaten. They were able to accommodate a last minute change to eliminate dairy after my wife was diagnosed with a severe dairy allergy only a few days prior to the wedding. Our three tier cake was a journey through incredible flavors and perfect textures. We had lavender, Earl grey tea, and Italian sweet creme cake flavors. It was perfect, and my wife and I talk about driving for hours to buy more of their cakes.

Kathy at Walnut Street Bakery is wonderful! We had so much fun with her at my cake tasting. Not only was my cake beautiful, but it was delicious! My only complaint is that it was so good, we actually ran out of cake and not everyone got a piece. However, that goes to show how fantastic her cakes are. I have never been to a wedding where there wasn't cake left over! I'm excited because she is going to make us another top tier for us on our 1 year anniversary, So I'll have more then!
