Wagner’s of Westlake did a fantastic job working with us to ensure my husband and I had the best day ever! Shaiann and Michelle were so very helpful. They matched and ordered my unique spa blue accent color with beautiful napkins without charge. We were most impressed with their professionalism, helpfulness, and their prompt communication whenever any questions or concerns arose (as there were many with the ever changing COVID19 pandemic). See some various details/descriptions below;

INITIAL VISIT/ FIRST IMPRESSION: When we asked numbers/specific dates/prices and quotes, Shaiann answered all of our questions and was the most prepared out of ANY venue we visited in August of 2020 (which was filled with a lot of uncertainty with the COVID pandemic). She also spoke with great positivity as well as problem solving strategies/ options rather than complaining about the pandemic which was a theme we ran into a lot with other event coordinators at surrounding venues - which was such a downer as we were trying to envision our big day! So we were so thankful for Shaiann.

STAFF: Shaiann, Michelle, and their staff helped with our center piece set up as well as ensuring that the Pittsburgh Cookie table/Cupcake display was filled and replenished throughout our reception. They allowed guests to bring cookies the night prior and stored the cookies at the venue which was very helpful since most of my guests were traveling from out of state. They were at the venue the morning of the wedding to allow my vendors to come and set up as needed. Furthermore, we were able to come in earlier in the week for set up which relieved a lot of my bride stress. Also, they accommodated with extending our reception time the day of the wedding as my husband and I realized we did not want the night to end!

BRiDAL SUITE: Their bridal suite was absolutely beautiful and was large enough for all of my bridesmaids to be able to retouch their makeup, hair, dance, and help me with any touch ups/bussel needs before our grand entrance!

BAR SERVICE: fast, efficient and very friendly! Guests were impressed and very much appreciative.

WAIT/SERVING STAFF: With COVID19 restrictions the buffet was served by the wait staff and they did a fantastic job.

LOCATION: Great location on the west side of Cleveland, nearby hotels and Crocker Park close by for out of town guests who stayed for the entire weekend.

VERY AFFORDABLE & INCLUDES EVERYTHING + no holiday weekend uncharge!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This past weekend I held my bridal shower at the cutest venue, Wagner's of Westlake! I worked with Shaiann to curate the cutest set up and look for the shower and she really brought everything to life for me!
A huge thank you to her and Chuck, the owner, for doing everything to help bring my dream event to reality!

The venue coordinator Shaiann helped make my wedding a great success. She was very responsive with email throughout all my months of planning. Contracts were easy to understand and payments were easy to make when we were ready. For our large wedding of 200 people the staff was very accommodating and efficient during our reception. The large and clean beautiful venue, the great quality o food and the cost really made Wagner’s the best choice for our special day.

Communication was key during the planning process. From onsite visits, to quick email responses and detailed phone conversations. I did not need to hire a day of coordinator. Terrific food and excellent staff.

Writing this review as the maid of honor per the request of the bride! From my perspective Wagner's made everything easy for the bride to be! The food was amazing, the staff was terrific, the atmosphere was perfect for our group. We as a family are so grateful for Wagner's help!

I truly have nothing but great things to say about my experience as well as the staff members here.

I got married and had my reception here this past Saturday. It was already set up for us and everything was perfect.

Shaiann was the easiest person to work with. She answered every single question and made every accommodation possible. The day of the rehearsal & the wedding day she qued everyone when to enter. She was recommended to me by someone else (and the venue) but she was truly the deciding factor. You don’t want just a nice venue but someone who is going to make everything so easy.

Courtney was also fantastic. I didn’t really work with Courtney until the day before and day off but she was so kind! She made sure the night was running smoothly for me. If she saw I needed a drink she had one ready or asked if I needed one. Every need was handled by her & she did it with a smile and didn’t complain once!

The rest of the staff were also great! Food was great! Not a single complaint.

From inquiring information to the end of our reception, working with Shaiann and her team was amazing. Shaiann and her team made everything so easy for us. They were very responsive and communicated well through it all. Everyone was so attentive to details and very flexible!

The bridal suite was clean, comfortable and spacious. The set up for the ceremony and reception was perfect! The staff made sure to fill and replenish cookies and cake for our cookie table. The food and service was excellent!

Everyone who assisted with the planning, rehearsal and day of the wedding were great to work with!
