We had the best day ever! Thanks wagner’s!

Wagner’s of Westlake did a fantastic job working with us to ensure my husband and I had the best day ever! Shaiann and Michelle were so very helpful. They matched and ordered my unique spa blue accent color with beautiful napkins without charge. We were most impressed with their professionalism, helpfulness, and their prompt communication whenever any questions or concerns arose (as there were many with the ever changing COVID19 pandemic). See some various details/descriptions below;

INITIAL VISIT/ FIRST IMPRESSION: When we asked numbers/specific dates/prices and quotes, Shaiann answered all of our questions and was the most prepared out of ANY venue we visited in August of 2020 (which was filled with a lot of uncertainty with the COVID pandemic). She also spoke with great positivity as well as problem solving strategies/ options rather than complaining about the pandemic which was a theme we ran into a lot with other event coordinators at surrounding venues - which was such a downer as we were trying to envision our big day! So we were so thankful for Shaiann.

STAFF: Shaiann, Michelle, and their staff helped with our center piece set up as well as ensuring that the Pittsburgh Cookie table/Cupcake display was filled and replenished throughout our reception. They allowed guests to bring cookies the night prior and stored the cookies at the venue which was very helpful since most of my guests were traveling from out of state. They were at the venue the morning of the wedding to allow my vendors to come and set up as needed. Furthermore, we were able to come in earlier in the week for set up which relieved a lot of my bride stress. Also, they accommodated with extending our reception time the day of the wedding as my husband and I realized we did not want the night to end!

BRiDAL SUITE: Their bridal suite was absolutely beautiful and was large enough for all of my bridesmaids to be able to retouch their makeup, hair, dance, and help me with any touch ups/bussel needs before our grand entrance!

BAR SERVICE: fast, efficient and very friendly! Guests were impressed and very much appreciative.

WAIT/SERVING STAFF: With COVID19 restrictions the buffet was served by the wait staff and they did a fantastic job.

LOCATION: Great location on the west side of Cleveland, nearby hotels and Crocker Park close by for out of town guests who stayed for the entire weekend.

VERY AFFORDABLE & INCLUDES EVERYTHING + no holiday weekend uncharge!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The bridal shower of my dreams!!!

This past weekend I held my bridal shower at the cutest venue, Wagner's of Westlake! I worked with Shaiann to curate the cutest set up and look for the shower and she really brought everything to life for me!
A huge thank you to her and Chuck, the owner, for doing everything to help bring my dream event to reality!

Wedding day success

The venue coordinator Shaiann helped make my wedding a great success. She was very responsive with email throughout all my months of planning. Contracts were easy to understand and payments were easy to make when we were ready. For our large wedding of 200 people the staff was very accommodating and efficient during our reception. The large and clean beautiful venue, the great quality o food and the cost really made Wagner’s the best choice for our special day.

Exceptional communication

Communication was key during the planning process. From onsite visits, to quick email responses and detailed phone conversations. I did not need to hire a day of coordinator. Terrific food and excellent staff.

Amazing Team

Writing this review as the maid of honor per the request of the bride! From my perspective Wagner's made everything easy for the bride to be! The food was amazing, the staff was terrific, the atmosphere was perfect for our group. We as a family are so grateful for Wagner's help!

Best venue & workers around

I truly have nothing but great things to say about my experience as well as the staff members here.

I got married and had my reception here this past Saturday. It was already set up for us and everything was perfect.

Shaiann was the easiest person to work with. She answered every single question and made every accommodation possible. The day of the rehearsal & the wedding day she qued everyone when to enter. She was recommended to me by someone else (and the venue) but she was truly the deciding factor. You don’t want just a nice venue but someone who is going to make everything so easy.

Courtney was also fantastic. I didn’t really work with Courtney until the day before and day off but she was so kind! She made sure the night was running smoothly for me. If she saw I needed a drink she had one ready or asked if I needed one. Every need was handled by her & she did it with a smile and didn’t complain once!

The rest of the staff were also great! Food was great! Not a single complaint.

Amazing venue!

From inquiring information to the end of our reception, working with Shaiann and her team was amazing. Shaiann and her team made everything so easy for us. They were very responsive and communicated well through it all. Everyone was so attentive to details and very flexible!

The bridal suite was clean, comfortable and spacious. The set up for the ceremony and reception was perfect! The staff made sure to fill and replenish cookies and cake for our cookie table. The food and service was excellent!

Everyone who assisted with the planning, rehearsal and day of the wedding were great to work with!

Price is perfect

Perfect pricing for such quality service. Totally appreciate all the help setting up from the staff. The Chef was also very kind and the food was amazing at the event as well. I planned my sisters engagement party with the event coordinators you do not need a day of coordinator with them!

Amazing Venue

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Wagner's on 10/01/2022. Shaiann and her team were Amazing. She was responsive to all email's throughout the whole process and very accommodating. I did not need to hire a wedding coordinator, because they were there every step of the way. We were able to go in the day before the ceremony to decorate and come in the next business day to pick up our stuff, so we did not feel rushed to leave what so ever! Also, the food was amazing and in house. Everything was what I wanted and imagined and all for an amazing price. I highly recommend this venue for whatever you need.

Great venue great price

Wagner's of Westlake was the perfect venue for my/fiancé's wedding. The venue had amazing food and drink options for a reasonable price. Our wedding coordinator, Shaiann, was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. She helped us every step of the way to make our special day run smoothly and the way we wanted. I would recommend for any party/event!

Wagners of Westlake was everything we ever could have wanted. Michele and Shaiann were wonderful and delightful to work with, Everything they said they would do was done with no questions asked. They made the process so seamless as everything was easily laid out into the best plans based on budget. Everyone I talked to at the wedding loved the Aesthetic and food. They quickly answered questions and were willing to work with us when we were having trouble with our guest list and counts. For everything that has to be worried about for a wedding, they took the worry out for us as we celebrated our big day.

Extremely helpful

The ladies at Wagners’s kept me very in the loop as to the ever changing policies with covid and helped make any changes as they popped up. We ended up being a touch late to the reception but everything was handled beautifully and the space looked amazing!

Courteous Service

Between covid and having to change dates, Wagners was nothing but accomadating to our needs and concerns. the food was excellent, staff was friendly and wearing proper masks and gloves. everything was spaced as requested and overall i was so happy.

Highly Recommend

Shaiann was absolutely wonderful. From the first meeting to show us around the building to our final walk through she was phenomenal. The day of the wedding I had a few things that still needed to be taken care of and when I asked Shaiann about theses things she had already taken care of it. She anticipated our every need. She even thought of things that I forgot about and took care of it. The entire staff at Wagner’s of Westlake were helpful and personable. They truly helped us enjoy every minute of our wedding. We couldn’t have asked for a better staff and venue to work with. They were amazing from start to finish!

Happily ever after

Couldn’t have asked for anything better!
After our wedding plans took a back seat to life and a pandemic for too long, we finally decided to prioritize us. We set off to pull together a wedding in less than a month’s time. I couldn’t be happier with our choice to visit Wagner’s. I read several great reviews, and plenty of good commentary regarding Shaiann, the event coordinator. We happily echo all of those compliments! The venue was beautiful; the food was great; service was positive; and Shaiann was beyond helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Thank you for helping us take this step in our “happily ever after.” We fully recommend Wagner’s are are truly grateful for our experiences with Shaiann.

Wagner's takes care of every detail for you. Tell them what you want, and they will make it happen. They are your own personal wedding planner-- you don't need to hire another!

Magical night

We held our reception here on 10/19/19. From initial meeting/booking to clean up day on 10/20, everything went smoothly. The room was set up better than I could have asked for. The food was amazing (they cooked everything on site). The serving staff was very polite and made sure people were finished before clearing plates. Throughout the entire pre-and post-wedding procesa, Shaiann made sure everything was taken care of.
The only one MINOR downside we had was the bartender made the drinks a little too strong.

I can’t thank God enough for shianne and the Wagners staff. Lord they was absolutely stunning,,,on time with EVERYTHING,,,professional,,,sooooo nice and kind. Food was excellent!!! They helped with EVERYTHING when they didn’t have to. I can truly say shianne went above and beyond to make my day special for me and peter.

Affordable and Perfect

Shaiann was super friendly, professional, and easy to get a hold of for questions. Our reception turned out so nice. They have many ballrooms to choose from plus very affordable. We received so many complements about our venue choice.

Thrilled with Wagner's of Westlake!

The venue was beautiful and staff so helpful and friendly! Mary Crawford was flexible and fantastic to work with! Everything flowed smoothly and many of our guests commented on how beautiful everything was and that they loved the food! The Chicken Marsala was the rave of the evening! We highly recommend Wagner’s of Westlake.

Wagner’s of Westlake was the only venue my fiancé (now husband) and I looked at and we knew immediately that we wanted to have our wedding reception there. Susan and Mary are the best and go above and beyond to make sure your wedding day is everything you want it to be. Working with them was so easy and they took care of so many details for my husband and I. I would recommend Wagner’s of Westlake to any engaged couple looking for a wedding venue. They have been in business for many years, and it shows. They are true professionals and they care about you and making sure your day is perfect. We booked the Grand Ballroom and did the all inclusive sit down package. The food was delicious! We received so many compliments from our guests. Wagner’s helped us enjoy our day without the extra stress and my husband and I could not be happier we selected them for our wedding reception venue.

My fiance Matthew and I had our reception at Wagner's and we are so pleased with their services, venue, and overall impression. Their food was prompt, hot, and everyone had clean plates. The drinks our bartenders made were a hit and everyone we asked had no complaints, and neither do Matthew and I. The staff was so welcoming, efficent with communicaion, and with any last minute changes or additions, everyone was awesome! Matthew and I highly recommend Wagner's!!!!!

Perfect wedding reception! The room was beautiful and had a great dance floor area and wonderful lay out. The food was perfect, very tasty and presentation was great! Wagner’s was amazing! They were super affordable and really cared about our night. Susan and Mary went above and beyond for us and cared about our night as much as we did. They were always available for my questions. Even the staff that worked my reception were super nice and accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone! My maid of honor won Wagner’s bridal show prize, but since I had my venue booked already they were kind enough to throw me a bridal shower. They were super nice and easy to communicate with any questions we had. The day of the shower everything was perfect. They did the napkins in rose form and the food was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better day. I highly recommend them for any bridal event.

I can't say enough great things about Wagners, they were great at responding to my many e-mails along the planning process, and when it came to the day things could not have run more smoothly. We had our ceremony as well as our reception at Wagners and they both went perfectly. The food was amazing, our guests really loved all of our choices, our planner Susan was great and really helped keep the day on track and was good at being around if we needed her for anything. We were very pleased with the entire day from when we arrived a bit before the ceremony, to the end of the night. I would highly recommend Wagners for your wedding needs.

We were on a time crunch and had a month to finish finding a venue and get things finalized. Mary was very accommodating and helped us so much to get everything set. She was patient with all the questions we had and offered suggestions about things we hadn't even thought of, and the staff was there if we had a need for anything. They were also very accommodating and tried to give us the perfect night. It was perfect and we got so many compliments from our guests on the service, the food and venue.

I brought my one man Johnny Cash Tribute Show to Wagner's of Westlake and could not have been more pleased with the professionalsm, graciousness and hospitality that my wife Kay and I were shown. The very pleasant staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and to answer any questions we might have. I would highly recommend this venue for whatever event you might be planning. They will certainly go the extra mile to make sure your event is a complete success.

Wagners of Westlake did a terrific job of helping our nonprofit throw a party for 250 adults who have developmental disabilities. They discounted their price significantly so we could afford to bring our party to such a great venue, were very flexible with some of the challenges we face getting RSVP's from this group and managing special dietary needs, and on the day of the event, their staff went over and beyond to make sure everyone felt valued, welcomed, and enjoyed an awesome event. The food was FANTASTIC, everyone really enjoyed themselves. Thank you Wangers of Westlake for helping EVERYONE enjoy the holiday season.

Our company uses Wagner's of Westlake Carry-Out Catering for all our in house/office events. Whether it's a shareholders meeting, retirement luncheon, or an employee club celebration - we love their carry-out catering service. The food is delicious - chef is extremely talented. Great customer service- Susan, and others always have such wonderful suggestions. Great carry-out catering menu. We love that all we have to do is drive in front of their building ( Wagner's ) and they bring your catering order out to you. We have ordered catering anywhere for 20 to 60 people! I have called to add menu items on, or to ask a last minute questions, and no matter who answers the phone, they are familiar with you and your order!!!!!

I can not say enough positive comments about the service that Wagner's of Westlake has given us.
From the beginning they have guided my daughter, son in-law and I on every step to make their wedding dreams come true. They have a wonderful hard working staff. The food was delicious, the servers were friendly and quick to serve. The bartender was knowledgeable and witty. Most of all I would like to thank Mary and Susan who have help us out tremendously. Working with Mary and then Susan on the event was a pleasure. Everything went smoothly. Susan especially went out of her way to help when the coaches changed the timeline. She also had great advice about how to handle certain things like the technology and the cake.

I hope Westlake Schools continue to use this facility located in Westlake for as many events as possible.

I held my daughter's Quinceanera at Wagner's of Westlake and it was a magical night. Right from the start everyone at Wagner's was easy to work with, polite, professional and very helpful. And on the night of the event the staff was on the ball. Susan Morris is knowledgeable and patient and easy to work with, and if she happen not to be available the other staff members were able to help and get my questions answered or taken care of, professionalism was top notch. The room was available in plenty of time to decorate. The food was delicious and my guests loved the meatballs! My daughter had the party of a lifetime and her teenage friends are still talking about the party and if you know teenagers these days, if you can make an impression of them you know you've done well. I highly recommend Wagner's and should I have need of their services in the future Wagner's will be at the top of my list.

I booked a surprise birthday party at Wagner's a couple weeks before the date. The staff was immediately responsive to my inquiry and sent several menus for me to review as well as a choice of rooms. I made requests like being able to store the birthday cake there in a refrigerated area and being able to decorate the room the day before so that my boyfriend did not suspect I was planning a surprise. I even set up my DJ equipment there prior to the event. Every request was accommodated! We had about 38 guests--they all loved the buffet (they especially raved about the chicken, stuffing, rigatoni meat sauce,and sausage). The staff was professional and provided great service (and they smiled, too--wonderful!). The dance floor was spacious enough for us (who are ballroom dancers). I especially appreciated that the room also had windows, allowing natural lighting; many event centers do not have rooms with windows. By the way, parking is right in front of the building--we had some guests who were more than 80 years old who appreciated this! Susan, Mary, and Nancy took fabulous care of me and our guests!

Wagner's of Westlake was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the first time we stepped through the doors, their professionalism was astounding. Susan was wonderful showing us the ballrooms and discussing our options with us. We knew after our first meeting with Susan that we had found our venue. We scheduled another visit with our parents to get their input as well, and Susan and staff were helpful as always answering their questions. The event coordinators were only a call or email away, and they were always happy to answer our questions with their years of knowledge and experience. As our big day came near, we discovered that we would not be available to set our hall the night before, but as always, Susan reassured us that they would be able to set the hall for us for the day of our dreams. We had a meeting to share our vision and centerpieces with the staff, and we were not disappointed. Walking into the Grand Ballroom the day of our wedding was just as I had envisioned. Everything was perfect, the food was fantastic, and the night went perfectly smooth. We can't imagine having our wedding anywhere else. The experience ,and professionalism of all at Wagners is unbeatable, and we would happily hold another event at this venue.

From our initial appointment at Wagner’s, my husband and I were sold on the menu and value, the professional and accommodating staff, as well as Wagner’s longevity in the venue industry. They have been in business for over 50-years, which speaks volumes. Our food was piping hot, beautifully plated and very tasty. Mary and the staff at Wagner's were amazing right from the planning stage to the set up of the room to the event itself. They were truly amazing in making my mother's 80th birthday party a wonderful, special memory for everyone who attended. We weren’t a very large group (it was an event for 40 including a few small children) and we were treated like it was their most important event of the day. Everything was wonderful from the food right down to the service, and it all went off without any problems at all. As a matter of fact, we did run about 20 minutes beyond our scheduled time and the staff was so kind about it and didn’t even blink an eye at letting all of our guests take their time and say their goodbyes. I would highly recommend Wagner’s for your next event!

Wagner's was the 3rd venue I looked at.[3rd times a charm] I fell in love with the all the rooms. But the south ballroom was the winner. It has a patio you can step out on. The staff was very easy to speak with and any questions they got back to you.

Wagner's of Westlake was the first and only venue we ever looked at. My husband's parents had their wedding reception at Wagner's and raved about how wonderful it was which is why we decided to go check it our for ourselves. We walked into the grand ballroom and lost our breaths. It was more beautiful than we could ever have dreamed of. Mary Crawford, along with the rest of the wonderful staff members, went above and beyond to accommodate our wedding. Each and every question we had was promptly answered. We were able to come into the hall early to set up our decor and centerpieces 3 days before the wedding since there was not an event in the grand ballroom. This was very helpful. Mary was there for us answering our questions, and she even helped us drape the shears on our cake table!! Talk about being there for your customers!! Wagner's food was out of this world. We had a buffet dinner with prime rib carving station, chicken marsala, penne pasta with vegetables, roasted potatoes, ambrosia, side salads, and green beans with almonds. The guests marveled at the food along with us! The appetizers, and late night bites were also delectable. Thank you for everything. We are so thrilled to have had our wedding at Wagner's of Westlake and will forever highly recommend this company to everyone that we know!

I had first heard of Wagner's from a bridal fair, and my fiance and I decided to check them out. What attracted us to Wagner's was their East Ballroom with exposed brick walls and working fireplace! The warmth of the room and inviting feeling it gave us cemented Wagner's as our reception location. We worked with both Nancy and Susan to begin our contract with them, and they responded quickly to emails and phone calls, and were accommodating to our needs. Another plus for Wagner's is the all-inclusive package they have for a sit-down dinner with full bar. There are no "room rental fees," either! Very fair pricing, excellent staff, and good food...what more could you want with a reception venue? Even though the wedding is next year, I know that Wagner's will make it an amazing experience! I can't wait!

This place was incredible, very professional and helpful, excellent food and waiters and waitress. the bartenders were great. We got married in february so it was a somewhat slow month for them so they let us get married in one ballroom and have the reception directly accross the hall in a larger ballroom. All for the price of one room. That saved us a ton of money and it was absolutely worth it. I couldnt have asked for a better place to have the wedding and reception. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Wagners Country Inn.

Perfect place for a wedding in the West-Cleveland area!

We did both our ceremony and banquet here, and were very happy with everything - the service, the food, the location, and the pricing. Shaiann was super friendly, helpful, and responsive in helping us plan everything remotely (since we live quite far away). Service the day of was also very attentive and helpful (fixing our cake topper after a small piece broke off!), and everyone enjoyed the buffet food. Wagners of Westlake has been more than accommodating for our group. We have used this facility more than 5 years now for a fundraiser and the ladies at Wagners have helped us with every detail. We hope to come back again next year!

Wagners venue was perfect for our wedding reception. They were very flexible and accommodating all the way up to my wedding day and through the reception. Even though the wedding party was running late to arrive to the reception and they had another event to serve, they still managed to get the food out quickly once we arrived. The bartender was GREAT! My guests said nothing but good things about the bartender and the venue. Everyone had a great time and the food was delicious. I do wish that the lights were able to be dimmed more in the ballroom while guests were dancing - I'm not sure if the lights were unable to be dimmed or if they forgot to dim them. However the lighting didn't seem to stop people from having fun. I highly recommend Wagners!! I looked at a good amount of venues before choosing a place and Wagners definitely seemed the most professional and accommading in the area. The staff is also very nice and easy to work with.

I just want to say everything turned out great for our wonderful wedding reception evening. From the start you were professional, helpful to our needs, and got us through the whole experience with a little less stress. It was a great decision to choose Wagners all class from the beginning. And from myself and whom I talked to so far they enjoyed the evening just as much. From the delicious food to the friendly and swift bartending service thanks for being a part of it.

Wagner's was the most affordable venue I found in the Avon/Westlake/N. Ridgeville area. Shirley who works in the office was wonderful and worked with all of the last minute changes I had. They even let us into our hall on Thursday to begin decorating so we wouldn't have to rush on Friday and Saturday. The tables & chairs were all set up with linens on Thursday too.

We received SO MANY compliments about the food (we went with chicken and roast beef) and I was pleasantly surprised, it was delicious! We also went with the premium open bar and everyone was really happy with that as well. Wagner's cut our cake for us and boxed up the leftovers which was a really nice benefit. They also have chair covers you can purchase from them and I wish I would have done that also.

There are 5 different rooms in the venue and I believe 2 other receptions were going on during ours but I never would have known that. The food came out all together piping hot and the service was just wonderful.

I absolutely recommend this venue to anyone - it was a great choice!

Overall they were fantastic. Amazing food, Susan and Mary were great to work with. Everything went perfectly smooth. So glad we decided to go with them as a venue. Grand Ballroom was done so beautifully it was amazing.

Wagner's of Westlake was a great venue for our fundraising event. Very spacious rooms and flexible setup. The staff was friendly, attentive and accommodating. I would highly recommend them for any event.

What a great venue for our rehearsal dinner! My husband and I decided to to host our rehearsal here and we couldn't be happier. The service was great and Mary and Susan were a delight to work with. We had some last minute changes that they were more than happy to accommodate. We would recommend it to anyone!

We planned a 60th Anniversary party from 600 miles away. The staff at Wagner's was responsive and easy to work with. Their flexibility and suggestions made the distance-planning truly worry-free. The room was perfect, food served in a timely manner and the in-room hostess the night of the event most helpful. Super bartender, too!

We chose Wagner's because of the size of the room available for the cost. With a guest list of 300+ people (we both have very large, close families) we needed a space that would not crush our budget. I (the bride) had attended a couple of weddings at Wagner's and knew the food was good and service excellent. We were not disappointed in choosing Wagner's for our reception. They provide all information up-front, no hidden costs or fees. I really liked how they charged less for people under 21 (since they cannot drink alcohol legally and Wagner's does card at the bar) and they do not charge for "extras" like water glasses on the table and cake cutting. Working with Shirley was fine, she helped me work out everything from table arrangements to cost-cutting. The day-of service was perfect--I had no worries about my vendors or family who decorated having access to the hall, food service was quick, security kept our wedding crashers, and overall I didn't have to do anything. I highly recommend Wagner's for anyone looking for a westside reception hall.

Prior to the wedding - every time we told family and friends that our wedding would be at Wagner's, they would say "I've been to a wedding there" and "the food was great!" We felt from the start that Wagner's was very experienced and knew what they were doing. They were very upfront with their pricing and what we were told was exactly what we were charged. Mary and Susan were very accommodating to our specific needs and requests for our wedding day. Our guests had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful ballroom.

Besides the food the people were great

We were in of a funeral reception celebrating a love one. We visited three different venues and found Wagner's ability to listen and make the experience to our wishes not a concern was why we originally choose this venue. Once we arrived to the reception the room was set up perfectly and the associates were prepared, present and added extras to allow us to mingle with guess with no worries. The food was prepare to perfection and handling of table service, removing dishes, serving drinks was exceptional. Wagner's people were there the entire time not pressuring us and available for any request. I found the entire reception, prior planning and follow up to be exceptional and recommend this long time provider of hospitality to any one and for any purpose.

This is a really nice place and they are very helpful and very professional! Several rooms to choose from depending on the size of your party. Very reasonable pricing too! There are hotels near by that provide shuttle service to and from. Worth looking into!

Wagner's Country Inn was a beautiful place for our reception. We enjoyed every facet of our reception. The hall was beautifully set up, and our family did a wonderful job decorating. The only thing we did not like was the placement of the head table. The head table is in the back of the room, but we really did spend much time at all at the table. Overall, it was a great experience.

We had our wedding in the East Ballroom of this establishment. They were very accommodating and everything was perfect until the actual night of the reception. The Bartenders were two elderly males and they have a "no can" policy
So we had to wait until each ever was poured into a glass. Needless to say at a reception with 170 people the bar was always ten deep on both sides of the bar. After one of the owners agreed to let us serve cans the rude bartenders still continued to poor the drinks in cups. We then went to talk to the owners of the hall to add an extra 1/2 an hour to the end of the night and there was no wiggle room with the pricing. We were quoted 475 dollars by one person and 600 dollars by another! Needless to say we did not add on to the reception. But as the night was winding down as soon as the clock hit 11:01 the dj was threatened by the male owner that if he did not turn off the music that he would be calling the cops and have him escorted out. Our dj was appalled by this. He said that in all of his years djing that this has never happened.
