We got married at the Dallas Arboretum, but had our reception in my family’s property so we knew we needed a trusted day of coordinator to help run the day. India did not disappoint!! We got many compliments during the night about how great India and her team were!

Jessica, who was hired as our Event Coordinator on the day of the event, is absolutely fantastic. Her personality is truly delightful, and her unwavering commitment to ensuring the success of our non-profit fundraiser is immensely appreciated. She actively participated in our Zoom meetings with the fundraising team and consistently went the extra mile to assist in finding vendors when others fell through.

During the venue walkthrough and on the day of the event, Jessica ensured that every vendor was accounted for, which was no small feat considering the magnitude of this undertaking. To put it into perspective, this event was on par with organizing two major formal weddings, and she handled it admirably.

Moreover, Jessica came through in a clutch moment: when we urgently needed an additional photo booth, she confidently responded, "I've got one, and it's been thoroughly tested." Now, that's exceptional service.

Alexandria and Jessica helped to make my wedding of 140 guests come together beautifully. My now husband and I were privileged to have so much help during the planning process and the day of. As you're reading this review, I'm sure you're wondering where to start in all the craziness. Start here. The girls that run this service are personable and communicative. I opted for the partial planning services, so I chose how to use my allotted hours with my planners. Day of your wedding moves quickly, starting hair and makeup as the sun comes up, snacking, photos..etc. They came through, serving as point of contact during the whole thing. You need someone to be on your side because the wedding industry isn't always the most transparent, and they make it so. Thank you again girls!

I had the pleasure of working with Christina during the duration of my wedding planning. I hired VE for day of coordinating, and they did so much more than that. As soon as we got to the venue, Christina had us all do the run through for the ceremony and was extremely flexible when my husband and I decided that we didn’t want to see each other at all. She got the rehearsal done very quickly and immediately went to work setting up the venue for the ceremony and reception. I had brought in the linens, decor, pictures, etc. that we wanted to use, and Christina set up everything perfectly! She was extremely fast, professional, and Bride-focused! I remember her asking me multiple times “but what do you want? It’s your day” and that made me feel most special especially with everything going on. I was having so much fun during the event that most of the stuff I wanted to do ( like the shoe game ) didn’t get done. Christina would just smile and let me go back to the dance floor. They kept things moving along, and it felt effortless... like everything just flowed into the next moment. I loved having her as my main POC for the event. She was so personable, sweet, and reassuring when she could tell I was stressing out closer to the big day.

Just think about this while trying to plan a wedding: COVID-19, state orders changing rapidly, working full time, winter time, dress shopping, hair, makeup, men attire, venues canceling, finding affordable vendors during the pandemic, having all wedding info accessible for those deaf/hard of hearing, ZOOM, DJ, guest interaction - wanting it to be a night to remember.
