Hiring Vinny Mozzarella was, without a doubt, one of our best wedding decisions! Working with Vinny was seamless start to finish, and he brought such a special energy to our cocktail hour. Our guests absolutely raved about the food, with one guest telling us that the mozzarella and prosciutto were the best they've ever had in their life - after many trips to Italy! 

Beyond how incredible the food was, Vinny went above and beyond to make sure everyone got to experience it. He walked around during cocktail hour personally passing bites to guests so no one missed out, and even welcomed one of our 4-year-old guests behind the table to help slice prosciutto on the Berkel slicer - such a sweet moment that made the night feel extra special. 

Vinny was engaging, professional, and such a memorable addition to our wedding. Our guests are still talking about him and the food. We truly could not recommend Vinny Mozzarella more highly! 

Vinny was the biggest hit of the night!!! Everyone is still texting me and telling me how amazing the mozzarella and prosciutto station was! He also was SO good about getting me mozz as I kept getting pulled to talk to people. Everyone is saying best mozz they ever had! Highly recommend getting him at your wedding, worth every penny!!!

An absolute hit! We had Vinny make fresh mozzarella during our cocktail hour, and it was hands-down one of the most memorable parts of the day. He was incredible to watch — so skilled and engaging — and the mozzarella was out of this world. Perfectly soft, warm, and paired with prosciutto, fresh tomatoes, peppers, and breads. Guests couldn’t stop talking about it (and honestly, neither could we!). We snuck a taste before our ceremony began and were instantly hooked. If you’re considering it — do it! It was such a unique and delicious experience.

It was the talk of the cocktail hour. The presentation was great and food was so fresh and delicious and lots of fun to watch them prepare. So glad we found Vinny and his family!

Vinny was the absolute hit of our wedding cocktail hour! The fresh Mozz , prosciutto, breads, etc were phenomenal. He was prepared for the large number of people and the influx of them following the ceremony. He was easy to work with, responsive and I cannot tell you how many people requested his card for future events. He was also so personable as you can see in the pic with the grandmother of the bride!
