Vinny is always the crowd favorite. He has done many family weddings, and I know first hand that his mozzarella station is what everyone looks most forward to.

This was the best decision we made for our wedding! Vinny was the best! He made everything so easy and just did his thing! He truly made our wedding one of a kind! Our guests are still talking about him 6 months later! Vinny found us before guests came so we can try the mozzarella and we wanted to stop taking photos to continue taste testing! An absolute hit! We had Vinny make fresh mozzarella during our cocktail hour, and it was hands-down one of the most memorable parts of the day. He was incredible to watch — so skilled and engaging — and the mozzarella was out of this world. Perfectly soft, warm, and paired with prosciutto, fresh tomatoes, peppers, and breads. Guests couldn’t stop talking about it (and honestly, neither could we!). We snuck a taste before our ceremony began and were instantly hooked. If you’re considering it — do it! It was such a unique and delicious experience.

Even though we had a full catered cocktail hour, we were looking for the one thing to make it unique and we found that with Vinny and his team! The food and overall experience was just amazing! It was the talk of the cocktail hour. The presentation was great and food was so fresh and delicious and lots of fun to watch them prepare. So glad we found Vinny and his family!

Vinny Mozzarella was absolutely incredible! The mozzarella was out of this world and the prosciutto literally melted in your mouth. Our guests are still texting us months later about how amazing he was—it truly became the talk of our wedding. Vinny was the absolute hit of our wedding cocktail hour! The fresh Mozz , prosciutto, breads, etc were phenomenal. He was prepared for the large number of people and the influx of them following the ceremony. He was easy to work with, responsive and I cannot tell you how many people requested his card for future events. He was also so personable as you can see in the pic with the grandmother of the bride!

Having Vinny Mozzarella be part of our special day was an absolute highlight! Our guests are still raving about it. The mozzarella was truly some of the best we've ever tasted, and the freshly shaved prosciutto was incredible. Vinny was a pleasure to work with—so thoughtful and accommodating. He even tracked us down during cocktail hour to personally deliver some while we were busy mingling. Vinny Mozzarella was the hit at my daughter and son-in-law’s wedding. He was prompt, professional and even in a storm during the cocktail hour he never missed a beat.
