Best part of our wedding!
This was the best decision we made for our wedding! Vinny was the best! He made everything so easy and just did his thing! He truly made our wedding one of a kind! Our guests are still talking about him 6 months later! Vinny found us before guests came so we can try the mozzarella and we wanted to stop taking photos to continue taste testing! Could not recommend him enough! If you do one thing for your wedding, book with Vinny Mozzarella! -

The Highlight of Our Cocktail Hour!
An absolute hit! We had Vinny make fresh mozzarella during our cocktail hour, and it was hands-down one of the most memorable parts of the day. He was incredible to watch — so skilled and engaging — and the mozzarella was out of this world. Perfectly soft, warm, and paired with prosciutto, fresh tomatoes, peppers, and breads. Guests couldn’t stop talking about it (and honestly, neither could we!). We snuck a taste before our ceremony began and were instantly hooked. If you’re considering it — do it! It was such a unique and delicious experience. -

Vinny Mozzarella was absolutely incredible! The mozzarella was out of this world and the prosciutto literally melted in your mouth. Our guests are still texting us months later about how amazing he was—it truly became the talk of our wedding. Beyond the food, it was such a fun and unique experience that elevated the quality of our cocktail hour in the best way. I cannot wait to throw another party just to invite him back. 100% recommend!

Vinny was the absolute hit of our wedding cocktail hour! The fresh Mozz , prosciutto, breads, etc were phenomenal. He was prepared for the large number of people and the influx of them following the ceremony. He was easy to work with, responsive and I cannot tell you how many people requested his card for future events. He was also so personable as you can see in the pic with the grandmother of the bride! -

Having Vinny Mozzarella be part of our special day was an absolute highlight! Our guests are still raving about it. The mozzarella was truly some of the best we've ever tasted, and the freshly shaved prosciutto was incredible. Vinny was a pleasure to work with—so thoughtful and accommodating. He even tracked us down during cocktail hour to personally deliver some while we were busy mingling. Vinny Mozzarella added something unforgettable to our wedding day, and we’re so glad he was a part of it! -

Vinny Mozzarella is Amazing!
Vinny Mozzarella was the hit at my daughter and son-in-law’s wedding. He was prompt, professional and even in a storm during the cocktail hour he never missed a beat. Our guests are still talking about how that was the best prosciutto and mozzarella balls they have ever had! The artisan bread was also fantastic. I would highly recommend Vinny to everyone. The BEST PART of our wedding!!!
Having Vinny Mozzarella at our wedding was the BEST decision we made throughout the planning process. We had him set up his station during our cocktail hour and it was the perfect alternative to hor dourves. It gave our guests something to snack on before dinner but also was a form of entertainment. His set up is beautiful and everyone could not get enough of the hand-made fresh mozzarella and hand sliced prosciutto. The prosciutto slicer is an attraction in itself! People were also raving about the tomatoes, peppers and bread that we chose to add onto our package. The whole thing would have been awesome as a novelty even if the quality or flavor was lacking but I can honestly say this was the best tasting mozzarella I had ever had and everyone I talked to agreed. I can't tell you how many people came up to my husband and I and said "where did you find this guy?" Or "this is the coolest thing I've ever seen at a wedding"...
Vinny himself was so friendly and accommodating every step of the way. He was the most responsive vendor that I worked with, always getting right back to me with any questions I had. He was so nice and everyone loved him.
If you are reading this and questioning whether you should hire Vinny Mozzarella for your wedding and event, I'm here to tell you to DO IT!! Truly it was the best decision we made and best money we spent on our wedding. I know our guests will be talking about this for a long time and it will always be a special fun thing that we remember and cherish about our wedding day. -

Hiring Vinny for our cocktail hour is one of our favorite wedding decisions! Many of our loved ones enjoyed watching him at work, and everyone was blown away by how fresh and delicious the mozzarella was! Not only was his food incredible, but Vinny is so kind, straightforward, and easy to work with. We recently hired Vinnie Mozzarella for my son’s wedding - Absolutely incredible!! My family is a bunch of tough critics when it comes to mozz and Vinnie exceeded our expectations!! Gave this as a gift for my friend’s wedding so they’ll have an extra addition for their cocktail hour.
This was an elegant touch that continued the beautiful energy from the wedding ceremony.
The fresh hand made warm mozzarella with thinly sliced prosciutto was so delicious that this was the only station with a long line and returning guests.
People always have a regular cheese spread at a birthday or house function so why have it on your Wedding day? This isn’t that type of spread , it’s a production!

Best Mozz!
Vinny! THE BEST fresh mozzarella around! I cannot say enough about our amazing he was at our wedding up in Lake George on 8-14-22! His presence was exciting and my guests fell in love! A week later, and all I hear from our family friends is “OMG, Vinny was amazing.” We even have friends that booked him immediately following our wedding. Worth every penny for this delicious and unique vendor! Thank you for everything, Vinny!

Vinny & his brother are the best!!! They traveled all the was to MD from NY just for our wedding. They had a beautiful set up. The mozzarella is SO FRESH and SO GOOD!!! Prosciutto slicer on site is next level. It was a hit. Highly recommend!!!! -

Hiring Vinny for my wedding was the best decision I ever made! The mozzarella was absolutely delicious. Even to this day if you ask anyone about my wedding, they will tell you the fresh mozz was the best part!! He also offers fresh sliced prosciutto! I had always dreamed of having fresh mozzarella on site at my wedding but never thought it would be possible in MD. Vinny traveled all the way from NY and i'm so truly grateful. He was very nice and easy to communicate with while booking also. I would recommend him anyone!! HIRE HIM! -

His name is Vinny Lang, he’s the Fresh Motz Guy. But I like to call him Vinny Mozzarella, the Mozzarella King of the Hudson Valley. And he brought flavor to my wedding reception with his delectable cheese.
My reception was outdoors, which seems like a wonderful idea for a July wedding. But no one prepared me for a 100 degree day. However, Vinny was prepared and equal to the task. He came to the venue during the hottest time of the day without complaints as he diligently boiled 10 gallons of water to create his renowned mozzarella.
Without any delay, his motz was ready for my reception with no hiccups. And guess what, it was the most exquisite and savory motz I’ve ever had.
Thank you Vinny Mozzarella for your delicious masterpiece. You truly are the Mozzarella King. All hail the Fresh Motz Guy!
