This was the best decision we made for our whole wedding! I loved the taste test with Erica and her accommodating my vegan needs. She designed it exactly how I imagined - even better actually. We got so many compliments on how good the cake was and most people didn't even know it was vegan! We saved the top tier for our honeymoon because it was the chocolate cake that was my favorite. I never liked chocolate cake before in my life but this tasted like Oreo and was the tastiest thing I've ever had!

Erica was a phenomenal baker for our wedding. She created a set of cupcakes and a white cake with raspberry filling for our wedding. The detail work on it was exceptional. Everyone loved the cake and complimented it! Erica handled drop-off and set-up herself.

Erica was simply the best! She listened to my ideas, used my inspiration photos, guided me through the process and delivered a stunning wedding cake! And it was delicious too! I’ve also had her make smaller cakes for birthdays. I highly recommend her!

Erica was great to work with. We asked for croquembouche instead of traditional cake. She was the only baker we talked with that confidently (and deliciously)could fulfill our request. All the specialty desserts we asked for were delicious. And even though we didn’t need these options, Erica offers several vegan, gluten free and other dietary options.

Erica was so helpful in finding flavors to fit the style and season of our wedding! The wedding cake could NOT have been more beautiful and all night long I heard from guests that this was the BEST wedding cake they have ever had. Unlike most weddings we did not have any left because guests went back for seconds. She also did my bridal shower dessert table, once again all delicious and right on theme with our decor. Highly recommend her for ANY dessert needs!

Wow!! That is just about all I can say about Village Patisserie! They made the whole cake experience not only easy but delicious and fun! The wedding cake went above our expectations! My daughter had a vision and the cake went above even what she was thinking!! We knew after completing the cake tasting that the cake would be delicious but had no idea that every crumb would be consumed. Our guests raved not only about the artistry but the flavor of the cake. Most guests came up for seconds! The rich chocolate flavor in the chocolate cake with salted caramel filling was the best I've ever tasted! The marble, vegan, gluten free was delightful as well but the winning cake was the vegan lime! A fan favorite of all of the guests, most having no idea that it was a vegan cake!! The flavor and moistness, topped with the sweet creamy frosting made each bite of cake a treat! Erica paid attention to every detail and had wonderful suggestions on the design and servings. The cake was truly a work of art and was enjoyed by each and every guest! I really never knew how big of a part the wedding cake plays, but it really does! Guests complimented the cake many times over! Erica has a true talent of not only cake baking but artistry as well! I can't thank Village Patisserie enough!

i have no words for how amazing Erica is. Hands down the best cake we have had in our entire lives and all of our guests agreed not to mention how accommodating she is and how stunning her cakes look! we actually have a guest from our wedding that purchases cakes from her in another state. We hired Village Patisserie to make a wedding cake this fall. The entire experience from the sampling to every detail of the cake was handled very professionally. She even orchestrated using my parents cake topper from their wedding cake, which has become a tradition among the grandkids The cake and display at the wedding were absolutely beautiful! The variety of cake flavors were a big hit. My favorite is her chocolate. So very good!
