Erica was a phenomenal baker for our wedding. She created a set of cupcakes and a white cake with raspberry filling for our wedding. The detail work on it was exceptional. Everyone loved the cake and complimented it! Erica handled drop-off and set-up herself. -

Erica was simply the best! She listened to my ideas, used my inspiration photos, guided me through the process and delivered a stunning wedding cake! And it was delicious too! I’ve also had her make smaller cakes for birthdays. I highly recommend her! -

Everything we wanted in tasty desserts
Erica was great to work with. We asked for croquembouche instead of traditional cake. She was the only baker we talked with that confidently (and deliciously)could fulfill our request. All the specialty desserts we asked for were delicious. And even though we didn’t need these options, Erica offers several vegan, gluten free and other dietary options. -

Erica was so helpful in finding flavors to fit the style and season of our wedding! The wedding cake could NOT have been more beautiful and all night long I heard from guests that this was the BEST wedding cake they have ever had. Unlike most weddings we did not have any left because guests went back for seconds. She also did my bridal shower dessert table, once again all delicious and right on theme with our decor. Highly recommend her for ANY dessert needs! -

100/10 best cake ever
i have no words for how amazing Erica is. Hands down the best cake we have had in our entire lives and all of our guests agreed not to mention how accommodating she is and how stunning her cakes look! we actually have a guest from our wedding that purchases cakes from her in another state. That’s how insanely delicious these cakes are! Couldn’t recommend her more! You MUST have your cakes made by village patisserie -

Perfect cake for a perfect day!
We hired Village Patisserie to make a wedding cake this fall. The entire experience from the sampling to every detail of the cake was handled very professionally. She even orchestrated using my parents cake topper from their wedding cake, which has become a tradition among the grandkids The cake and display at the wedding were absolutely beautiful! The variety of cake flavors were a big hit. My favorite is her chocolate. So very good! -

Ruined bride's dream cake and refused to take responsibility
We were so impressed with the cake tasting experience and pictures in her portfolio and she made us feel confident that the cake we wanted was within her capabilities. The cake was to be a centerpiece of the reception. Tall and elegant. No side cakes, no cupcakes, just a magnificent, beautiful wedding cake. Well, it was the centerpiece, but for all the wrong reasons. Despite having a picture of the desired cake, a detailed discussion of the soft and romantic wedding aesthetic, the and a swatch of the bridesmaid dress fabric, the cake was a completely wrong color. It was also not tall. The tiers in the inspiration picture were clearly 3 layers, but our cake tiers were only 2 layers which completely changed the look of the cake and level of impact. The wedding colors were blush, nude, cream, and rose mauve. The cake was described by some as dark gray and by others as purple. Several people at the reception asked "what happened to the cake?" The bride could not help but tear up when she saw it. It was so awful. Erica was by far the most expensive baker we tried and at that price point, you expect to get what you ask for. When we expressed our disappointment after the wedding, she refused to acknowledge that the cake was nothing like what we asked for. In an effort to be reasonable despite the huge disappointment on a once in lifetime day, we asked for a 50% discount. Erica refunded only 20% which I find appalling. -
