There is no way I can possibly give this jeweler I high enough rating for the Absolutely AMAZING job he did getting me the ring I wanted.... at an affordable price. I found this incredible and unique ring on Pinterest and told my boyfriend at the time that this was the ring but that I knew it would be impossible to find and therefore I gave him several other options. We were referred to Brett by a friend and my boyfriend gave him the picture and he made it happen. I was so pleased with my ring that we went back for my fiancee's ring and again found a truely unique design that fit his personality. This place is truely a hidden gem!

sharon and her associates were so friendly and professional! my husband and i shopped for my ring there, but we just ended up purchasing his ring. i have returned several times to purchase other pieces! sharon and her associates are extremely friendly and kind. i will give them all of my future business!

I must highly recommend Brett at the Frisco location. He sat down with my husband for 4 hours and explained every possible option while making sure he was comfortable with the price. We have recommended him to friends of ours who were looking everywhere for a good jeweler. They are now sold on Brett and are getting engaged this Christmas!

I overall,was pleased with the service and variety of choices with Village Jewelers. My husband bought my engagment ring and wedding band at the Southlake store. He actually chose a band, and had a family diamond put on it. The band is like nothing I've seen ANYWHERE else. They have a really great selection.
He had them arrange the setting for us too. Whoever that actually made the setting did a great job.
We also bought a ruby for the old setting that we took the diamond from, and the ring turned out stunningly. The fitted it to me, and did a really interesting fitting for the ruby.
They arent the cheapest, but we think they are well worth it. We also bought my husband's wedding band from Village, only the Preston Rd. location. He hated the rings everywhere else, and the prices at Village for the mens rings were very reasonable. They also had a nice selection on mens stuff.
