The Vici Aveda Institute is a school for beauticians, so all of the stylists there are in training. The lady I had graduated the Tuesday after my wedding, so was practically professional and GREAT to work with. She was super creative, very flexible, good at taking feedback, and fun to talk with. Because this is a school, it is also much cheaper - my updo was $25, and one of my bridesmaid's half-updo was $10. They also do manicures/pedicures and makeup application, which I didn't do but they offer.
