There are few things in this world more satisfying than when people really come through for you, right? Especially in the wedding world, where so often you don't really know what you're going to get.

I had the pleasure of knowing Zack for a bit before hiring him for my own wedding, but I can confidently say there's no one I would trust more. I've had the luxury of peeking behind the curtain and seeing just how prepared he and his team really are, and now, having been on the bride's side of things, I can say I always felt so incredibly taken care of. He just knows how to read a room, keep the energy going, and make everything feel effortless.

As a bride, I thought I didn't even need much when it came to a DJ. And as a wedding professional myself, I figured I had everything pretty well under control anyway.

Wrong.

Our wedding had three different "locations" on one property, a whole lot of moving parts, and a timeline that required some serious coordination. Without Zack's expertise and guidance, I'm convinced it would've been a wreck.

And when I say he's so much more than someone who just shows up to play music, I mean it. Zack was showing up for venue walkthroughs months before the wedding, brainstorming with us about the flow of the reception, where chairs and cocktail tables should go, how guests would move between spaces, and even where the bartenders should be stationed. Because he doesn't just understand the energy of a dance floor. He understands the energy of an entire room, how people naturally gather and move through a space, and how all those little decisions affect the experience of an event. That's a level of thoughtfulness and expertise I don't think most people even realize they should be looking for in a DJ.

And because no wedding is complete without a little unexpected excitement, we even had the cops show up over a noise complaint, HOURS before the actual noise ordinance kicked in. Thankfully, they were incredibly cool about it and everything was above board, but Zack still went out of his way to make adjustments and keep everyone happy. Just another example of how he handles things with professionalism, flexibility, and a level head.

I think what I appreciate most is that Zack genuinely cares about the experience you're having. He isn't just there to do his job and go home. He's paying attention to the room, the people, the flow of the evening, and all the little things you don't even realize need attention. He anticipates what needs to happen next and makes adjustments without ever making you feel like there's something you need to worry about.

I've worked alongside plenty of wedding vendors over the years, and there's a big difference between someone who's good at their job and someone who makes everyone else's job easier, too. Zack is both.

I already knew he was someone I'd recommend professionally, but now I get to recommend him as a bride, too. And that means a whole lot more.

Zack was hands down one of the best vendors we hired. From our very first planning call, he felt more like a friend than a vendor. He was incredibly professional, organized, and so much fun to work with.

He set the perfect tone for every part of our wedding day, and once the dancing started, he brought an energy that kept the dance floor full from the first song to the last. Our guests are still talking about how much fun they had, and everyone was raving about how amazing our DJ was. The dance floor was packed all night, his energy was contagious, and letting us hop behind the DJ booth was such a fun experience that everyone loved. It was truly the highlight of our wedding day.

We truly can't recommend Zack enough. He played a huge role in making our Crested Butte wedding unforgettable, and we're so grateful we chose him!

Zack blew us away as our wedding DJ & emcee. He truly is so talented, professional and knows how to work a crowd. From beginning to end we loved the music he played, even while eating dinner!! There’s nothing more we could have asked for that he didn’t deliver. He takes the time to get to know you as clients by listening and asking questions. We asked for someone who would get the crowd going, emcee only when needed, and play a variety of music genres at certain times and he truly did it all!!

He brought positive energy all night long and made us feel special as the bride and groom. We were hesitant on whether we were going to go behind the DJ booth but Zack encouraged us and it ended up being one of our favorite parts of the night!

We were also grateful to rent our photo booth from Zack. We were able to customize our own logo on the prints and able to see every photo that was taken which was so fun after the party.
