I live in Florida. Which has only 5 Authorized Rolex Dealers in the state. 18 months ago I reached out to the five dealers, to express my interest in the Rolex SS Submariner Date Only one, of the Five Dealers, had the courtesy to respond to my text from the Rolex website. That was Hamilton Jewelers, and to my surprise it was a Ms. Cassandra McBride who was their Rolex liaison, located in their main Store in Princeton, New Jersey. I followed up with a phone call to her , at the Princeton NJ location It was a very delightful and informative experience . Ms. McBride reviewed my information and explained to me , all the great details about the watch and it's current market availability , but assured that my interest in the watch would be noted and would keep me informed. I told her I frequently visit New Jersey several times a year. On, one trip I went to the store and personally introduced myself to her, had a very nice informative and friendly conversation with her, a very nice customer service experience . I would during the 18 months, text her to reaffirm my interest, and she would always reply quickly , reassuring me, and expressing hope for good news in the future. On December 3,2025, she texted me. And asked if I was still interested in the SS Submariner Date, ironically I was in New Jersey for a social event. I called her back , and reaffirmed my interest, and we laughed that I was in New Jersey. She said she hoped to have good news in the upcoming year. The next day she called and to my surprise said the watch was available. I was ecstatic, we made plans for me to come to their Hamilton Jewelers store in Princeton on the 5th of December. At that time she made me a wonderful presentation of the watch, explaining all the details. It was like Christmas with an old friend. My dealings with Ms. McBride and the Staff at Hamilton Jewelers, was a wonderful experience. The Extraordinary Customer Service, I experienced with Ms. McBride and Hamilton Jewelers, is very rare these days, and I will not forget it.

I had a great experience with this vendor. Raj jewelers helped my family and I select beautiful jewelry. The staff was very responsive, respectful, and straightforward. Their collection of jewelry is vast and we were very happy with our experience. They do get very busy so the best time to go is early around

My husband and I recently went to Fords Jewelers to purchase a replacement wedding ring. His original ring which we purchased elsewhere broke after only 2 months of wearing it (beware Tungsten breaks easily!!!) Barry, the owner, asked why the place we purchased it from wouldn't replace it for us and offered to have it sent back to the company the other jewelry store had gotten it from and replaced for free (minus cost of shipping). He even had them engrave the new one just like the broken one. I couldn't believe he did all this for us when we were about to purchase a new gold ring for $400 when the store we bought it from wouldn't help us at all. Fords may have lost a sale with us (this time) but they gained a customer for life!!!! My mother and aunt have been going here for years to purchase jewelry and to have jewelry cleaned and repaired and I will now too. They are all so kind and helpful. I purchased my wedding band here last year and they cleaned my engagement ring beautifully for free. Can't say enough wonderful things about this place!

I am absolutely in love with my new diamond stud earrings from Roman Jewelers! From the moment I walked into the store, the staff made me feel so welcome and took the time to help me find the perfect pair. The diamonds are stunning—so clear and sparkly, and they catch the light beautifully. I’ve received so many compliments already. These earrings make me feel elegant whether I’m dressed up or just running errands.

Once you walk in you’re greeted and everyone is there to help you it’s such a nice environment and everyone is incredibly nice and friendly. They made me the happiest customer in the world! I highly recommend :)

I could go on and on about how much I love Elayne and her staff! You are immediately welcomed and assistance is offered. Everything from the designs to the quality is top tier. When we were starting 'the search' for the ring, I knew I would find the perfect ring at Cooper's - and we did. I cannot tell you how much I love my one-of-a-kind Elayne Original! I am a customer for life!

They had a lot of selections. I loved the rings that we picked out for each other and they were able to sized it right. They came on time.

Ferdinands was wonderful to work with! Chris originally worked with my then-boyfriend to design a custom engagement ring, and we both went back to them after we were officially engaged to pick out our wedding bands. They were easy to work with, and helped guide us through all the different choices of wedding rings. We are so happy with our rings and will definitely be going back to them for other jewelry needs in the future!

We bought most of our wedding jewelry from Christine! SHe is the best and made us feel very comfortable with the big expensive decisions. Highly recommend as the store has a great selection and great customer service!

Diamond Creations! Awesome Quality and service! Since we got engaged my husband introduced me to Joe and his wife Diana who own Diamond Creations at the Jewelry Exchange in Woodbridge NJ. The nicest people you can meet in there. We eventually bought the matching band for my ring, and my husband's wedding band as well. They've been so nice to us, they even clean all our other jewelry when we stop in! I get 2 to 3 compliments per day on my ring! The quality of their inventory is amazing!
