I live in Florida. Which has only 5 Authorized Rolex Dealers in the state. 18 months ago I reached out to the five dealers, to express my interest in the Rolex SS Submariner Date
Only one, of the Five Dealers, had the courtesy to respond to my text from the Rolex website. That was Hamilton Jewelers, and to my surprise it was a Ms. Cassandra McBride who was their Rolex liaison, located in their main Store in Princeton, New Jersey. I followed up with a phone call to her , at the Princeton NJ location
It was a very delightful and informative experience . Ms. McBride reviewed my information and explained to me , all the great details about the watch and it's current market availability , but assured that my interest in the watch would be noted and would keep me informed. I told her I frequently visit New Jersey several times a year. On, one trip I went to the store and personally introduced myself to her, had a very nice informative and friendly conversation with her, a very nice customer service experience . I would during the 18 months, text her to reaffirm my interest, and she would always reply quickly , reassuring me, and expressing hope for good news in the future. On December 3,2025, she texted me. And asked if I was still interested in the SS Submariner Date, ironically I was in New Jersey for a social event. I called her back , and reaffirmed my interest, and we laughed that I was in New Jersey. She said she hoped to have good news in the upcoming year. The next day she called and to my surprise said the watch was available. I was ecstatic, we made plans for me to come to their Hamilton Jewelers store in Princeton on the 5th of December. At that time she made me a wonderful presentation of the watch, explaining all the details. It was like Christmas with an old friend. My dealings with Ms. McBride and the Staff at Hamilton Jewelers, was a wonderful experience. The Extraordinary Customer Service, I experienced with Ms. McBride and Hamilton Jewelers, is very rare these days, and I will not forget it.

My husband got both my engagement ring and we went back for wedding bands and I am in love with the professionalism, and personal service here. I love going in and they know my name, our story and can give us personalized service! They always clean my ring for free and they even re-dipped my engagement ring at no cost a few weeks before the big day. We love them and will continue to use their services for all of our fine jewelry needs!

Ever since I was a boy growing up in the suburbs of Princeton, I had looked upon Hamilton Jewelers as a candy store, being a young child the eclectic building that houses the premier jeweler always intrigued me, and when I chose Hamilton with the responsibility of building the engagement ring for the love of my life, the eclectic building holds more than the candy I imagined as a child. I worked with Lauren to build the most beautiful engagement ring I or anyone else around me had ever seen. When compared to Kay’s or Hannoush it makes the latter appear as a Tinker toy. Lauren was wonderful, keeping me appraised of the rings construction, and even helped on our accelerated time line. It was done the day required and when my mother and her friend picked up the ring, they literally screamed at its beauty. I would recommend Hamilton to anyone, and look forward to shopping for the wedding bands at the most impressive Jewelry stores I’d ever experienced. Thank you Hamilton and Lauren.

My fiance wanted a specialty ring (all hand engraved), they double and even triple checked the design he wanted before they even started the engraving, well worth the money his ring turned out gorgeous! I wanted my wedding band to be totally different from my engagement ring, they found me the perfect ring!

This place is exceptional. Exceeded my needs far more than i expected. Great value for the product. Oh, and she said yes!

First went to Hamilton Jewelers back in January to pick out an engagement ring. Our Jeweler took the time to let me try all the different options and figure out what I liked best. I love that we didn't feel rushed and didn't feel any pressure to buy that day. She took down all the information (which ring, carat size, ring size) and told my now fiance to come back when he was ready, with no mention of price. A few weeks later we went to Jared's to compare. Jared's was just trying to make the sale as quickly as possible and actually had me walk around the store for 10 minutes while they talked to my fiance about pricing. In the end my fiance ended up back at Hamilton as he found that the service and quality was the best around, this was after months of shopping around.

A few months ago we went back to purchase our wedding bands and had another great experience. After not being at the store for months our Jeweler who sold us the engagement ring still knew our names. Again she took time as my fiance decided which option he liked best. We will be going back to Hamilton again for future jewelry needs.

I designed a ring at the Lawrence location. Love love love my engagement ring!!! I found the perfect wedding band to match at this location as well. Since it recently closed this location I have been using the Princeton location and have had a great experience there as well!
