Waste store - only business minded charging and taking money from customers
I m regular customer for more than 7 years. Khyati sent me pictures of few sets and I want to buy for my daughter for first time. I chose one set and paid and when received the earrings was damaged (pic attached) reached out and called 15 times in 2 days to take it back. Sent message to Aqib from Virani ( supervisor) he only business minded and sent me note about restocking fee, i have also attached the screenshot from Virani mentioned NO restocking fee and it is contingent base on damage. After long arguments I spoke to Khyati I will drive to store to return it but cannot accept damaged jewelry after all it gold is sentimental. They sent return label and now after receiving the piece they are holding $250 of my money for shipping, which was not conveyed. I will never leave a penny of my hard earned money.
Btw, I m still waiting for call from Khyati and Aqib or store Manager as I write this review. DO NOT GO THERE, as this happened to a long time customer I not new to Virani.
