My husband and I recently went to Fords Jewelers to purchase a replacement wedding ring. His original ring which we purchased elsewhere broke after only 2 months of wearing it (beware Tungsten breaks easily!!!) Barry, the owner, asked why the place we purchased it from wouldn't replace it for us and offered to have it sent back to the company the other jewelry store had gotten it from and replaced for free (minus cost of shipping). He even had them engrave the new one just like the broken one. I couldn't believe he did all this for us when we were about to purchase a new gold ring for $400 when the store we bought it from wouldn't help us at all. Fords may have lost a sale with us (this time) but they gained a customer for life!!!! My mother and aunt have been going here for years to purchase jewelry and to have jewelry cleaned and repaired and I will now too. They are all so kind and helpful. I purchased my wedding band here last year and they cleaned my engagement ring beautifully for free. Can't say enough wonderful things about this place!

Fords Jewelers has been our family's jeweler for years and I was so happy that my now husband wanted to purchase my engagement ring from there as well. Barry was so amazing right from the start when we went in to look at engagement rings prior to the proposal as well as when he met with my husband later one-on-on to find the perfect diamond and setting that was exactly what I had dreamed of. We returned for our wedding bands and Barry helped in designing a diamond band for me that matched up perfectly to the diamonds on the band portion of my engagement ring. Both of our wedding bands were perfect and I was told so bring in my engagement band to be re-dipped so that both of my rings would show the same wear together. We will forever continue to go to Fords Jewelers for all of our jewelry needs!

My husband and I purchased my engagement ring and both of our wedding bands here. We shopped around for awhile for the engagement ring and undoubtedly the quality of the diamonds and price that Barry offered us could not be beat. After such a wonderful experience with the engagement ring, we went back for our wedding bands earlier this year and worked with another sales rep who was equally as patient and honest with us. We got our bands in January, but our wedding wasn't until July, so the sale rep suggested that he try on his ring in the spring to see if it still fits properly in the warmer weather. It was a great suggestion, because she was right- his finger swelled a bit and they were able to resize the ring for him free of charge based on the metal we purchased. They were so sweet- they even gave us a cake topper as a wedding gift! We will absolutely go back to Fords for any future gifts or jewelry needs!

My husband bought both my engagement ring and wedding band from Fords. We both ordered custom made wedding bands from them. All of our rings came out beautiful. We dealt with Barry and Diane and both people were extremly helpful and professional. We would reccomed them to anyone!

I am so glad that my husband now picked my ring out here. Not only did he get the engagement ring there but we got our bands there as well. They were always to nice and easy to talk with. Everytime I went it, my ring was cleaned. I was given a full exam of my ring when I went in once..I never knew so much about diamonds until then. Helpful and always pleasant. I would recommend anyone go there if they are not only looking for quality but great service.

We got our wedding bands from Fords Jewelers. I didn't find what I wanted in the store immediately, but my fiancee did so we ordered his ring. I went only and searched the designers that they carried and came back with the design I wanted and they ordered it for me at no extra charge. We did get engraving, and at the time they did tell us his Tungsten ring had to be shipped out because it needed special laser engraving. They did not tell us that his engraving would take over a month but we get that it was up to the place they sent it too, and we don't recall them saying the charge would be almost $100, but we ordered with plenty of time and we were prepared to pay for the cost of engraving. My ring has a thin band, and originally they said it could fit about 7 characters for engraving, but when I brought it in with to be engraved with the message we decided on then I was told it would only fit 5 characters, so I left and didn't return until we had decided on a new message to engrave. While these issues were only minor, it is worth noting and accounts for the 4.5s instead of 5s.

This jewelry store is around the corner where I live. My fiance and I went shopping for the engagement ring together. After going to various jewelry stores and picking out some diamonds that worth considering, we were not really happy with the price. We decided to stop by Fords Jewelers and we got what we wanted. They have a large selection of bands and they do make custom designs. I picked out a simple band at Fords Jewelers but the other stores that I visited did not have the style I wanted. Barry, the owner was very nice. He worked with us to get the diamond that we wanted; and he gave us a really good price too (significantly less than what the big stores had gave us). They do everything in the store, setting the stone, re-sizing, polishing, etc. We will definitely go back to shop for our wedding rings.
