Vazzy's provided the food for our rehearsal dinner. It was an informal affair in the meeting room of the hotel where we were staying. Sam worked with us prior to the event by telephone, since we live in AZ but the wedding was in CT. He worked with us on the price, and included things like paper plates and plastic cutlery at no extra charge. They came and set up, and then a few hours later came and took away all the chafing dishes, after we had a chance to wrap the leftovers. The food, however, was absolutely wonderful. Completely delicious - everyone was commenting on how good it was, and after the post-reception bbq the next day, all of the leftovers were gone. I highly, highly recommend the fried calamari to anyone - I ordered it for my husband, since it is his favorite - and it was the best fried calamari we'd ever had!
