Completely worked with us as we tried to put all of our wedding plans together. We were planning for an outdoor ceremony, and had Van Galder set up as a shuttle between a parking location and the ceremony site. In addition they were going to provide additional transportation between the hotel and the reception hall. When the weather began calling for thunderstorms, even with all the last minute changes, Van Galder worked with us to make sure the whole night ran smoothly.

If stretch limo's cost nearly $1,000 for 4 hours and you more often than not have to squeeze your bridal party in, why wouldn't you choose a coach bus with couches and over-sized chairs for the same price and 10 hours. We used this bus for the bridal party as well as getting our guests to and from our hotel to the reception. The driver catered to our every request, even went above and beyond to bring the fellas some beverages while we were taking pictures. Two of my friends used them after me and I couldn't recommend them more!

perfect way to travel!!! we had a wedding party of 14 so either 2 seperate limos(expesive) or own cars ( not fun) so i found a bus co. with charters and for $500 for 6 hours or more? we had the best bus with tv couches and captains chairs with a bathroom.. we used it to take us to the salon to get ready to p/u the wedding party & take them to the church so nobody had to leave a car at the church we left them all at the hotel / reception. and we rode in style and comfort!!

Dave at Van Galder was very helpful and easy to work with, coordinating a bus to get our guests to our wedding venue and safely home, including pick-ups and drop-offs at two different hotels. They even worked with us to adjust the schedule and include multiple pick-ups at different times the week of the wedding. The bus was on time for everything and provided a smooth ride. We would definitely recommend booking a bus with Van Galder for a wedding shuttle.
