Val created the wedding cake of our dreams – and then exceeded every expectation! The cake and cupcakes were absolutely stunning, fitting our nature theme perfectly with gorgeous handcrafted fondant mushrooms and an incredible birch bark design that looked almost too beautiful to cut into. Val's artful arrangement of our homegrown wedding flowers as the topper was the perfect personal touch that made it truly ours.

Guest after guest told us it was the best tasting wedding cake or cupcake they'd ever had. Val is incredibly talented and we can't recommend her highly enough!

We asked Val to do a dessert table for our wedding an she didn't disappoint. Her desserts are AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone that came to the wedding raved about how good the desserts were. Some said it was the best they've ever had. We were one of the unlucky ones that had their venue burn down and when we had to move the date she was more than helpful by still doing our desserts. We picked some flavors that we hasn't tried an she made samples for us to try them before we decided. If you are looking for amazing desserts then go with Val, you won't be disappointed. We will be using her again in the future.

Val did an amazing job on our wedding cake. The flavors we lemon blueberry, pink champagne, and white chocolate strawberry. My guest ate the whole cake! They said it was the most delicious, moist, and flavor filled cake they've ever had. We loved it. Val listened to what we wanted and helped us make the perfect choice for our cake. I will never use another place to make my cake or even cupcakes. Oh yes, she does amazing cupcakes too and Vals butter cream frosting is the best we have ever tasted.

Val is the absolute BEST when it comes to wedding cakes!! Not only was our cake moist, it was BEAUTIFUL!!! She was super flexible & she made this bride's cake vision come true!!! She let me design the cake, as well as pick different flavors for each tier!!! Hands down a wonderful lady & magnificent cake expert!!!

I can't thank Val enough for the fantastic wedding cake she made for us last month!! I have Celiac's disease, so I knew that finding a gluten free wedding cake option might be difficult. But then I found Val who was able to make me an entirely gluten free wedding cake! It was such a pleasure to work with her--she gave us very generous samples to try (we're still enjoying nibbles of the leftovers) and had some beautiful ideas for the cake decorations. She worked directly with our florist on the cake decorations, and generously picked up the cake stand we rented from her from the reception venue. We had three different flavors of cake: chocolate with amaretto cream, banana with caramel, and carrot with cream cheese frosting. Our guests loved the cake--I know a few who went back to get slices of all three flavors! I can recommend Val to anyone looking for a beautiful and delicious cake!

Val is simply the best when it comes to all things sweet!! We had Val whip up 130 cupcakes and create a cupcake tower for our wedding-it turned out fabulous! Not only in looks, but in taste too! All the guests were coming up to me, my husband, and my family afterwards and raving about the cupcakes! They loved that they got to choose their own flavor they preferred, and that the flavor they chose was wonderful in looks, quality, and taste! Thank you so so soon much Val!
