Facilities and Capacity
As guests arrive at the Valleybrook Country Club, they’ll be greeted with a champagne wall reception, the perfect way to start a post-ceremony cocktail hour. You, your beloved, and your wedding party can use this time to take some photos on the club grounds. You’ll even have access to a golf cart to ensure you don’t have to walk too far! Afterward, you’ll return to the clubhouse to meet your guests and enjoy a cocktail or a glass of bubbling champagne on the sunlit deck. Your wedding reception will take place in the Grace Ballroom, a magnificent space that can accommodate up to 220 guests for a seated meal. I love working at Valleybrook country club. The venue is one that leads to a nice warm atmosphere and every time I work there the guest seem to have the tme of their life. The staff are very good and make sure all the needs of the guest are taken care of quickly and professionally. They keep the event moving on time and ensure things happen when they are suppose to happen. They have a great management team and amazing bartenders that keep the lines short and everyone happy. Love the fire pit and the outside ceremony area also.
Valleybrook Country Club is a sister property of Downingtown Country Club and is located in Blackwood, NJ. Their ballroom can hold up to 220 guests and the enclosed patio overlooking their picturesque golf course, is the perfect space for your cocktail hour! The ballroom décor is gorgeous and the patio has 2 fireplaces that make for some incredible pictures. To make things even easier, you get to work with Tracey Mullin, their award winning Private Events Director. Tracey is absolutely incredible at what she does and will guide you every step of the way.
