Our wedding coordinator, Jamie, was awesome! From planning to the day of, she made sure we were taken care of! My bridal attendant, Ally, was also amazing! From the morning of and throughout the day, she was with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We were concerned about who would help place the cake flowers onto the wedding cake and they were able to take care of that for us. My husband’s button came off before we began taking pictures and Ally had a sewing kit ready to fix the button! They even had a water bottle and towel ready for us to dry the sweat off our faces. They even checked on my sister and her kids to make sure they were okay. They both made the day absolutely stress free. From cocktail hour to reception, the food was great. My husband and I had our own server, Susan, who was so sweet! She instructed us during cake cutting and even had a hot towel ready after! The view from the Atrium was absolutely beautiful. Our guests have not stopped talking about what a wonderful night they had! I cannot thank the whole Legacy Club team enough!

Our experience with The Legacy Club was truly incredible. From the first time we toured the venue, to signing our contract, all of the planning meetings, and then finally the big day...Jamie and her team made sure we were well taken care of and that our day was everything we wanted & more! The space is stunning, the food is incredible, and the entire staff on the day of was lovely to work with. Special shout out to Sue who made sure my husband & I, and our families, were taken care of throughout the night. Cannot recommend this venue enough!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my 10/18/2024 wedding at The Legacy Club. Truly an amazing team of people that throw an awesome wedding. From start to finish the day was perfect. You can tell how hard they all work to make it a beautiful day. The venue rooms are beautiful, the grounds are stunning, the ceremony space - magical. If you haven't toured The Legacy Club - run there, now!

We got so many compliments on everything from the venue, the employees, the food. Everything was great. Jamie went above and beyond to make our day the way we wanted it, perfect!

Me and my partner recently got married here at The Legacy Club, and we could not be more appreciative of the entire team that helped make our day a success. I can't say enough good things about The Legacy Club. We had our wedding reception there on 7/12/24 and it was incredible!! Emily was incredible with choosing our date and plans. Lauren and Jaime were AMAZING during the final decisions, and the day of! They all answered any questions I had, and made sure my reception is exactly how I wanted it! I have heard such great things during and after the wedding of how attentive and kind the whole entire staff was. THANK YOU so much!!!!

The Legacy Club puts other venues to shame. From beginning to end, the level of service and the quality of the menu was nothing short of exceptional. Jamie is friendly, personable and a knowledgeable professional. She attended to every detail to make sure that our day was beyond our expectations.

The Legacy Club gave us an amazing experience for our wedding reception. We got married in a private intimate setting, but threw a big party 6 months later to celebrate with our friends and family. We booked the Legacy Club within about 4 months of our event, so the planning went fast, but the staff knew exactly what to do and helped us along the way. They made sure it was not overwhelming and we got exactly what we wanted. Thanks Tori and Jamie especially!!!
The only downside of the Legacy Club for us was they were undergoing renovations and their new atrium space was not ready for our early October reception. Even though we were a little bummed we didn't get to use the Atrium space we were blown away by how beautiful the event turned out. To make up for it the staff even allowed us to use the bridal suite, which made the day of flow a lot easier as we had a nice place to be with snacks and drinks.
We are not golf people in the slightest, but the grounds and venue were the perfect backdrop for photos.
As a lesbian couple it was so important to us that we felt not only comfortable with the venue having us there, but that we were celebrated at well. The legacy club definitely hit the mark!

The Legacy Club at Woodcrest is a beautiful venue! We were so happy to be married and have our wedding photos somewhere with amazing scenic opportunities. The ceremony area was lovely and the food was absolutely phenomenal! [Amazing pescetarian and vegetarian options too!] Our guests kept gushing to us about how much food was there and how great it tasted, and just how great the place looked. The staff were so friendly, professional, and accommodating, we almost couldn't believe it! We felt so cared about, like our special day was just as special to them; we were so lucky to find this gem of a venue and its staff! Also, the set up was so convenient- ceremony, reception, and afterparty all had a special place set up on location- no shuffling my huge family to a second destination to keep the celebration going haha! Couldn't recommend this venue more!

Emily, Grace, Tori, and the whole team at Woodcrest put on a beautiful wedding for me! We got rave reviews from everyone on the food, the building/grounds/views are beautiful (esp. the fall leaves!), and the bridal suite is to die for. Everyone was friendly, attentive, professional, and accommodating. I knew if I needed anything on the day of that I could ask anyone from the staff and they'd be there for me. Couldn't thank them enough!
