We had the BEST wedding at Valleybrook. Tracey is an incredible coordinator who answered my thousands of questions, eased my concerns, and constantly made changes when I needed her too without complaint. The value of this venue was incredible. The food was fantastic. Our guest loved the food and chocolate lounge so much. Valleybrook really took care of us and really made our dreams a reality. When we stepped into the ballroom, it was better than we could have imagined. -

The best team ever
Me and my husband had a rough go when planning our wedding. After getting completely screwed over by our original venue we reached out to Valleybrook. From the first time we spoke Tracey she was the best! She cared about what we wanted and did everything she could to make our day great and leading up to the wedding was a breeze.
The day of was truly the best day of me and my husbands life! It was a party and the ENTIRE team at the country club was amazing. We did not have one bad interaction and felt the love all around us. Everything was perfect, including the food which people are still texting us about. We are so happy that we chose to have our big day here and wouldn’t change it for the world! It would not have been possible without every person there. Thank you guys so much! ♥️ -

Our wedding at Valleybrook Country Club truly felt like a fairytale come to life. From the moment we stepped onto the grounds, we knew every detail would be perfect beyond belief. The staff, especially the coordinator Tracey, went above and beyond to make our special day truly magical. Communication with the team was seamless, and they took the time to understand our vision and bring it to life.
One of the standout positive aspects was how accommodating and attentive the staff were. They were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had, making the planning process much smoother. Additionally, the attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring that every element of the day was just as we had imagined.
Overall, we are incredibly grateful to the team at Valleybrook Country Club for creating the most unforgettable wedding day for us and our guests. As soon as we toured Valleybrook and met Tracey we knew that this was the perfect venue. During our initial tour we knew that Tracey would be there for us every step of the way and support us in our big day. The venue is such a great deal as it comes with so much decor, setup, teardown, and even cake! We had the venue the entire day accessing the bridal suite at 8:30am and stayed until our reception ended at midnight. Our decor was setup beautifully, even more perfect than we could have ever imagined. Food was delicious! People loved the steak, cocktail hour and late night snack! Nicole was on site for us day of and was so incredible. She was so calm and thoughtful throughout the whole day. Greg was the banquet manager and he was so sweet. He was great to our guests and to us! We had the perfect day because of this incredible team! -

Tracey made the process easy, organized, & was a pleasure to work with for our wedding. She swapped out our champagne wall for a cider wall as my husband & I are both in recovery, as well as many of our friends whom attended. Allison was phenomenal the day of the wedding & anticipated our every need for the entire day. I loved that we had access to the venue the entire day; my bridal party arrived at 830A & it was a breeze to access our suite. The food was absolutely delicious - all of it from the bridal lunch to cocktail hour to the reception & dessert. Grace ballroom was setup better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend Valleybrook for your wedding (or any other event). Their luxury package is 100% worth every single dollar spent. Thank you VCC for giving me my fairytale wedding. -

Best day ever
Valleybrook was exceptional from start to finish, specifically Tracey. She helped every step of the way and showed that she is an experienced and caring planner. Every question was answered, every detail was attended to, and I felt secure leading up to the big day. Nicole was our day-of coordinator, and she was also incredible. She knew that we wanted to be on the dance floor the majority of the night and only came to get us when we had to do the cake cutting. We had our drinks full at ALL times, food brought to our sweetheart table, gifts packed up for us at the end of the night. It was all seamless. I couldn't have asked for a better day! -

10/10 Would Recommend!
We got married at Valleybrook on February 9, 2024 and it was the most magical night of our lives. It could not have been possible without the help of Tracey Mullin and her incredible team. From the start of planning, Tracey ensured we were going to be taken care of every step of the way. Tracey answers all of her emails/calls efficiently and is very attentive to your needs. We were also lucky as the Grace Ballroom ceilings had just been renovated and looked beautiful on our wedding day. We utilized the golf course for our first looks and family portraits which turned out to be stunning. The Valleybrook staff was phenomenal from start to end. Our wedding concierge (Allison) ensured we were being fed all our hor d'oeuvres, entrées, and desserts! She made sure we were satisfied and if we needed any drinks, etc. The team also made sure the ballroom area was what we expected right before everyone came in; it was everything and more than we envisioned. We’ve received so much positive feedback from our guests: the food and drinks were delicious, the decor was beautiful, and the wedding overall was a great time. We absolutely loved our Chocolate Lounge too! Our bartenders did an amazing job taking care of our guests as we did a six hour open bar. It’s worth the upgrade! Valleybrook Country Club has exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend this venue. We are forever grateful for all their efforts and support in letting us have the best day of our lives.

I am so incredibly grateful that we picked Valleybrook Country Club for our wedding venue. Tracy Mullin (wedding coordinator) was absolutely amazing throughout the planning process and was on point throughout our wedding day. She was like family to us. All of the staff were awesome and on point with every aspect of the wedding. Numerous guests have been telling me how great the food was and how friendly the bartenders were. Our personal wedding concierge was wonderful and great at her job, always checking in with me and my husband making sure we did not need anything. Absolutely amazing experience at Valleybrook. They all made my dream come true through my dream wedding. -

My husband and I knew very little about weddings, and from beginning to end, Tracey was right there with us guiding us and helping us every step of the way. Our goal was to have a small intimate wedding with a magical garden theme and I believe it was a success. The staff as a whole were very friendly, the food was AMAZING (highly recommend the champagne chicken), and if I could do it all over again, I would choose Valleybrook again and again. I cannot express how much we love Valleybrook and how AMAZING our experience was. We got engaged in July 2021 and I immediately started planning because I was nervous about people booking fast because of Covid and all the cancellations that happened during the pandemic. I had many appointments with venues to visit and Valleybrook was our first vendor and as soon as we met Tracey and did a walkthrough we knew this place was the one. We used a lot of their preferred vendors and the whole process was so easy and seamless. Tracey made us feel so confident during the process, was so responsive to my many many questions. Time flew by and it was the wedding day and the whole day was PERFECT. Everyone at Valleybrook was great, our wedding concierge Nicole was so great and always made sure we were comfortable and always had a drink in our hand haha! I would recommend this place to anyone. They do such a great job. I had a very detailed list of how I wanted my decorations and they pulled it off so nicely! As well as the rest of their venue being so beautiful with their little touches of decorations, it was just a perfect experience. I cannot thank this place and Tracey enough. 100000/10!! -

Luxury Venue at an Affordable Price
From day one Valleybrook has gone above and beyond! Tracey is so helpful and responsive and the rest of the staff is so helpful too! There is so much flexibility with decorating which was a big must for my dark & moody Friday the 13th wedding. I love that pretty much everything was included from food to alcohol to even the cake! It made the entire wedding process a breeze. Would 100% recommend Valleybrook to anyone looking for the best venue in South Jersey! -

Exceeded all expectations!
racey & the Valleybrook staff exceeded all of my expectations for my wedding day. Tracey was a delight to work with from day 1. It truly is a one stop shop for everything. I didn’t need to purchase any decorations, the cake was part of the package, the chocolate lounge at the end of the night was a huge hit. The food was excellent and there was so much of it! I feel like I got SO MUCH bang for our buck. There was not a single thing to worry about that day, Allison and Brooke were the concierges that day and they took care of literally everything. I don’t have enough nice things to say about the whole experience. My wedding was magical and Valleybrook was a huge reason why (my handsome husband gets the rest of the credit :)) -

From day one! Tracey was so helpful! Any questions I had she answered so quickly and was full of information. She is truly amazing at her job and always has a happy smiling face. I explained that if it was raining that I wanted my wedding in the pavilion, and they had no issues making that happen! Valleybrook Country Club gave us the wedding of our dreams!! We booked Valleybrook almost two years before our wedding. We had toured about 10 other venues and none of them seemed to quite fit our style and budget. As soon as we walked into Valleybrook, we knew it was a strong contender based on looks and feel alone. Then we met Tracey and started to discuss our budget and vision for our wedding day. The price was just right for us and Tracey made us feel right at home. Tracey was always very attentive to my emails and questions throughout the entire planning process. The week leading up to our wedding, we talked quite a bit and she was very helpful with so many things. Our wedding day came and went off without a single hiccup thanks for Tracey and her team. Our Wedding Concierge, Nicole, was amazing as well. She kept us hydrated all night and truly spoiled us. I am so thankful we went with Valleybrook for our wedding and would recommend to any couple looking for a budget friendly wedding that doesn't look or feel like a budget wedding. Every detail of the reception was perfect. The decorations were placed perfectly and made it look very beautiful. Tracy was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process and made planning a lot easier. Stephanie who was our day of coordinator was very helpful and kept things moving. I always had a drink in my hand and leftovers that I didn’t get to because I was having so much fun. She also helped bustled my dress as none of us could figure out how to do it. Where do I start. From the moment my fiancé (now husband) began the search for a wedding venue, it was Valleybrook whom we were the most excited to see as a potential venue. The price was reasonable and for what we received in services, it could not have worked out better for us. It was amazing to see with some many other wedding taking place that week (not on the same day as mine), how her team was able to execute my vision per my many notes :-). Valleybrook, and all staff included, were absolutely incredible! We had to delay our wedding an additional year because of Covid and Tracey at Valleybrook was so quick and efficient to get our changes rolled over and updated. We had our amazing wedding on 9/18/22! From the very first time we met with Tracey we knew that valleybrook was our place! Tracey made the process of planning our wedding so much less stressful.
The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, my guests could not stop raving about the venue, the food, the employees at valleybrook. We were told by multiple guests our wedding was the best wedding they have ever been to!
Nicole our wedding day coordinator was absolutely wonderful, she made the groom and myself feel like royalty the entire day! If you are looking for a beautiful wedding with amazing food and staff that is beyond your expectations you don’t have to look any further! Valleybrook is the absolute best in this area! We had 122 guests and not a single person had a compliant! Also the Photo Booth that valleybrook offers was a guest favorite and half the price of anywhere else I found!!!

Beautiful in every way
I have had a party here a few years back and was very happy with everything so we decided to have our wedding there. Tracy was very helpful and very professional in every aspect. Her assistant was also amazing on our wedding day. Everything was done so well from start to finish and the price was very affordable. The food was delicious and everyone was happy .

Valleybrook & it’s team has been amazing since day one. We booked back in 2019 and fell in love with the people and the food. Then covid happened Tracey was more than helpful in helping us navigate postponing! Tracey sealed the deal for us when picking a venue she is so knowledgeable about the wedding industry and truly cares about her couples. During the time we booked and had our wedding they upgraded EVERYTHING so it was like walking into a brand new venue! We had Nicole as a day of and she was always with us helping us! I can’t say enough about Valleybrook other than I want to plan another wedding just to do the day over again! We made the champagne wall they currently use for our wedding so we love that we will always be a part of Valleybrook! We can’t recommend them enough!! -

Valleybrook was incredible for us! Tracey was our wedding coordinator and every time we needed to change something or had a question or needed advice, she was super responsive and helped us with no problem! They used our decor in the way it looked best for our day and the price for everything was very fair and included so much from the cake, to a photo booth we won, to open bar, and the food. The food was so yummy and we got great compliments on that and especially the apps and chocolate lounge we got added on! We had the best night of our lives and Valleybrook is a huge part of that for us! -

Fantastic venue and team
My husband and I can't say enough great things about Valleybrook. We booked very shortly after we got engaged so it was about a year and a half until our wedding. However, Tracey was there throughout every step of the way. Any question I had or if I needed to jump on a call with her real quick, she was always there for us. After meeting with Tracey, my husband and I walked out the door and knew immediately we would be booking with Valleybrook. As my husband has said, "Tracey is the bomb.com" She was able to recommend a lot of vendors we used and was always very practical with our financial needs. The day of our wedding, the entire staff was amazing. The bar was quick, food was great, and everyone was super helpful. I really appreciated that they were able to take all our specific ideas and incorporate them in such a beautiful way. We had a vintage/library theme for our wedding and the whole staff made it look amazing. They had my husband and I look over the room to make sure everything was exactly the way we wanted. Lastly, we appreciated how affordable Valleybrook is. Everything is within one location (food, drink, reception) which helps with the cost. Tracey and the entire staff went above and beyond and we will forever be thankful for that. -

I had my dream wedding here. it was an amazing experience from the time I booked my wedding until the day after when I picked all of my decorations up. all of the staff were amazing, especially Tracey. She knows what she is doing and does a fantastic job at handling everything. Nicole was my day-of-coordinator and she was just as fabulous. she was will me all day and helped me with everything. The ballroom was decorated better than I could have ever imagined. The pricing is honest and upfront. I would do it all over again if I could. -

Absolutely wonderful venue. Tracey and her team made sure everything was perfect. Not a single thing went wrong, and I went in with the realistic expectation that something would. Nothing. Not a single error the entire night. Food was amazing, cake was perfect. Tracey officiated our ceremony, and kept it short, sweet and quick. She understood we didn't want to be on display for too long during the ceremony (because that's just how we are) and it was wonderful. She answered all of my silly questions without judgment and was quick to respond to emails and texts. Phenomenal & Stress Free!
To summarize my experience in one word, would be WONDERFUL. I had my wedding reception at valleybrook and from the second I met with Tracey I knew she would make my day better than I could ever imagine. The staff the day of were so great and more than helpful. They constantly were asking what we needed and providing myself and my husband with dinner, drinks and desserts. The buffet was phenomenal and all my guests were raving about the dinner and desserts (the quality and taste were fantastic). I was able to drop all my props off about a week before and everything was already set up when I got there, all my stress of the big day dropped when I entered valleybrook. I would highly recommend this venue for any type of occasion! -

Honestly, everyone at Valleybrook was amazing and so attentive and helpful. Tracey was a god send during the entire planning process, particularly during the rescheduling of our big not just once but twice. The venue is beautiful, and the food was incredible. Over all just an amazing venue! -

Our wedding day was absolutely wonderful, and that's much thanks to Tracey and the awesome team at Valleybrook! We didn't have to ask for hardly anything, as the staff brought us food, drinks, etc. and made sure we were enjoying every moment! They set out tables beautifully with the decorations we brought in advance and everything looked perfect! So thankful we chose Valleybrook for our special day!! -
