I am still "in Awe" of how my Wedding day turned out at Valley Brook Country Club. I booked my wedding over a year and a half ago and from day one Tracey was amazing. Quickly answers any questions or concerns that you have leading up to the wedding. She was and is literally the best! The day of went perfectly our "Personal Concierge" Emily was by our side the entire day! As much as I wanted to worry about something there was nothing to worry about, Decorations, Cake, Cocktail hour, and ceremony site were on point. Tracey came down to check on me told me not to worry about anything. No worrying was what I was told and they were right!! They had everything under control! The ceremony Great!! The reception even Better!!! Emily was by our side the entire night! If we wanted or needed something she was there!! Drinks, food, cake! She was there! At one point my husband said he was right by the bar talking to someone and Emily came up to him "Can I get something for you? A drink?" he says "Its ok Emily, I got it I'm right here" she says "No, No, No, that's what I'm here for, you keep talking and I'll get your drink!" My husband says to me Emily was so nice wasn't she? I said "She was Amazing we never needed or wanted for anything the entire day!" I have not had one complaint about the food!! Appetizers, Chicken Marsala, Bistro Steak and Spinach stuffed Sole all Great meals that's all I hear. "The food was great!" "We had a Great night at your Wedding!" And I say "Wasn't it!" Best Day Ever is all I can say! After the wedding the staff put everything back in the boxes and everything was ready for us to pick it up when we got back. We didn't even need to load anything the staff helped with that as well! Tracey is/was the Best Events Director! She makes Valley Brook a Great place to go! (She deserved that new office) I will never choose another Venue for anything Valley Brook Country Club will always be my #1 Choice! Valley Brook Country Club will always be my recommendation!!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Valley Brook Country Club. It was absolutely beautiful and everything was perfect the day of our wedding. Janice Watson is awesome to work with and was very responsive in getting back to us. Since we were planning our wedding from out of town, Janice helped make the reception planning process easy. She had good ideas and was so friendly! Her staff was outstanding, very professional and our guests are still talking about our wedding. We cannot say enough great things about Valley Brook!

Ashley was so helpful! She was available short notice when we would want to come see the venue. The staff is also accommodating. Ashely would think of things for our big day before we even could think of them. The outdoor balcony added a great feature to the venue too. The food was delicious and the menu was huge! They also provided golf carts for the bridal party to use for a photoshoot on the golf course. Beautiful grand ballroom. A few notes: the chairs look kind of beat up if you do not get the chair covers, and there was not water/appetizer samples for the bridal party in the bridal party suite like there was supposed to be before the wedding. Highly recommend.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Valley Brook Country Club. Janice Watson was incredibly helpful and flexible! She was so relaxed which made us feel relaxed. The ceremony was supposed to be outside but it rained so they moved it inside. Before it rained we got gorgeous photos outside by the bridge (we were able to take golf cards down to the bridge which was great). Janice and the guys did an amazing job setting up the ceremony inside and putting up a wall to hide the part of the ballroom where the reception was going to be. Everything was truly amazing from start to finish. The food was fabulous, as well as the staff and waiters. The price was very reasonable! We had the BEST wedding and are beyond happy with Valley Brook. All of our guests keep talking about the venue and how wonderful it was.

When we initially started planning our reception, we were speaking with Janice, but she left the club shortly after. It took a little while for Ashley to get back to me, but once she did, she was very helpful! She is extremely flexible and she throws a lot of ideas out, but ultimately the decision is up to the bride and groom about how the reception will flow. This is a beautiful venue with good food and I would absolutely recommend it!

We had an great experience at Valleybrook Country Club. They allowed us were always available to answer questions and offer advice/recommendations which was helpful because I was planning a wedding at this venue 3 hours away. The only reason I did not give them a higher score in quality is because the most important part of my ceremony - first dance with a video slide show was started before even being announced into the room and the bar was supposed to shut down during dinner and only wine and beer offered. However the staff at VB was professional, the setting is beautiful in the fall, the food (prime rib/stuffed schicken breast was excellent, and overall we had a GREAT time!
