Great experience and driver!

We hired Valet Park of America to shuttle our wedding guests to our wedding venue from a hotel about 40 minutes away. Our event was pretty remotely located and we knew that we needed to keep our friends and family safe when traveling on rural roads. Working with Valet Park of America - and Jill especially - was really simple. Their professionalism really put our minds at ease on the day of our wedding. And Mike, our driver, was so fantastic. The poor guy was really a trooper having to listen to some of our guests break-out into Disney musicals on the ride back to the hotel! We couldn't recommend Valet Park of America enough!

Great Charter for wedding!

We had a great experience with the Valet Park of America team! We booked them for shuttles for our wedding in Windham, NY. They were responsive, easy to get ahold of, and quick. Our guests liked the shuttles and said the drivers were great!

Seamless Shuttle Experience

Outstanding!

Amazing hands down amazing! Every interaction has been superb and above expectations. Jillian has been the most accommodating and patient from changes in times to changes in vehicle sizes for both our bachelor bachelorette wine tour and wedding day! Both drivers were incredibly friendly and professional. I will only use this company for transportation needs and recommend anyone else looking for excellence reach out to inquire about your event transportation needs.

A+ Wedding Transport

We found and hired VPA late in the wedding process and they could not have been easier to work with. Recommended by our venue, we worked with Jillian to create a schedule for guest transportation to the venue, the afterparty, and shuttle back to multiple hotels after the night ended. What is most impressive however is as our guest counts at different hotels changed, VPA was flexible to change the plan to suit the day's needs and change our financial cost to fit the finalized plan. Their efficiency, flexibility, and coordination made it super easy to trust our guests got where they needed to be, when they needed to be there. We would 100% work with them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a shuttle service in Western MA.

Perfect Service!

VPA was amazing on my wedding day! Robin, our driver, was so friendly, attentive, and accommodating when shuttling our bridal party and our guests. The shuttle was perfect with timing our rides during our day. Communication with VPA was incredible from the beginning-Lynn and Jillian were so quick and enthusiastic in their responses, and answered all questions I had. I am so happy that VPA was the service we chose for our wedding day and I would use them again and again!

Outstanding service by Jillian and her team

I cannot rave enough about Jillian and her team! From the very first email she was on top of everything! I gave her the details of my wedding and she mapped it all out and planned it all. She quickly got back to me with the quote and the game plan with all the suggested pick up times etc. Two days before the wedding our hotel informed us they overbooked and half our guests were relocated to another hotel .. Jillians response when I informed her was “ I got you” within minutes she was on the phone reassuring me she will email me the new pick up times for both hotels and to not worry. Wedding day transportation was spot on to the times she had planned. The shuttle driver was prompt and friendly and the shuttle was perfect and comfy for all our guests. Jillian I cannot thank you enough for your services and I will wholeheartedly recommend you and your company to everyone!!

VPA - great experience!

We hired VPA for our rehearsal dinner transportation. They were easy to work with and very prompt. We had a lot of moving parts and requests which they accommodated perfectly. Our driver was also super nice and very flexible. Highly recommend them to meet your transportation needs!

Go with Valet Park of America, you won't be sorry!

Jillian Tallman and her team at Valet Park of America were the perfect vendors for our wedding shuttle this past July. I reached out to her kind of late (covid had us doing a couple of things last minute) and yet, she was nothing but helpful and generous to work with. She reached out to me to confirm all the details and timing two weeks in advance of our wedding, and the week-of, she reached out with the name and contact information for our driver. On the day-of, Nelson (our driver) was prompt, professional, and exceedingly helpful, especially when he made sure to get me on and off the shuttle in my wedding dress without getting drenched in the pouring rain. My husband and I cannot recommend Valet Park of America highly enough.

So Dependable

The scheduling was so easy start to finish. The driver's were very professional as well. It was so nice to know we had a safe and dependable ride to and from the wedding.
