Great experience and driver!

We hired Valet Park of America to shuttle our wedding guests to our wedding venue from a hotel about 40 minutes away. Our event was pretty remotely located and we knew that we needed to keep our friends and family safe when traveling on rural roads. Working with Valet Park of America - and Jill especially - was really simple. Their professionalism really put our minds at ease on the day of our wedding. And Mike, our driver, was so fantastic. The poor guy was really a trooper having to listen to some of our guests break-out into Disney musicals on the ride back to the hotel! We couldn't recommend Valet Park of America enough!

Seamless Shuttle Experience

VPA Transport provided us with a shuttle for the day of the wedding and everything went perfectly. I was able to enjoy the day knowing my guests were able to get where they needed to be!

Outstanding!

Amazing hands down amazing! Every interaction has been superb and above expectations. Jillian has been the most accommodating and patient from changes in times to changes in vehicle sizes for both our bachelor bachelorette wine tour and wedding day! Both drivers were incredibly friendly and professional. I will only use this company for transportation needs and recommend anyone else looking for excellence reach out to inquire about your event transportation needs.

A+ Wedding Transport

We found and hired VPA late in the wedding process and they could not have been easier to work with. Recommended by our venue, we worked with Jillian to create a schedule for guest transportation to the venue, the afterparty, and shuttle back to multiple hotels after the night ended. What is most impressive however is as our guest counts at different hotels changed, VPA was flexible to change the plan to suit the day's needs and change our financial cost to fit the finalized plan. Their efficiency, flexibility, and coordination made it super easy to trust our guests got where they needed to be, when they needed to be there. We would 100% work with them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a shuttle service in Western MA.

Perfect Service!

VPA was amazing on my wedding day! Robin, our driver, was so friendly, attentive, and accommodating when shuttling our bridal party and our guests. The shuttle was perfect with timing our rides during our day. Communication with VPA was incredible from the beginning-Lynn and Jillian were so quick and enthusiastic in their responses, and answered all questions I had. I am so happy that VPA was the service we chose for our wedding day and I would use them again and again!

Outstanding service by Jillian and her team

I cannot rave enough about Jillian and her team! From the very first email she was on top of everything! I gave her the details of my wedding and she mapped it all out and planned it all. She quickly got back to me with the quote and the game plan with all the suggested pick up times etc. Two days before the wedding our hotel informed us they overbooked and half our guests were relocated to another hotel .. Jillians response when I informed her was “ I got you” within minutes she was on the phone reassuring me she will email me the new pick up times for both hotels and to not worry. Wedding day transportation was spot on to the times she had planned. The shuttle driver was prompt and friendly and the shuttle was perfect and comfy for all our guests. Jillian I cannot thank you enough for your services and I will wholeheartedly recommend you and your company to everyone!!

VPA - great experience!

We hired VPA for our rehearsal dinner transportation. They were easy to work with and very prompt. We had a lot of moving parts and requests which they accommodated perfectly. Our driver was also super nice and very flexible. Highly recommend them to meet your transportation needs!

Go with Valet Park of America, you won't be sorry!

Jillian Tallman and her team at Valet Park of America were the perfect vendors for our wedding shuttle this past July. I reached out to her kind of late (covid had us doing a couple of things last minute) and yet, she was nothing but helpful and generous to work with. She reached out to me to confirm all the details and timing two weeks in advance of our wedding, and the week-of, she reached out with the name and contact information for our driver. On the day-of, Nelson (our driver) was prompt, professional, and exceedingly helpful, especially when he made sure to get me on and off the shuttle in my wedding dress without getting drenched in the pouring rain. My husband and I cannot recommend Valet Park of America highly enough.

So Dependable

Amazing experience

I got in touch with VOA Valet Service four weeks before our wedding day. The customer service was very pleasant and responsive. They arranged time to view the area in order to set up proper flow. During that time their representative made few great suggestions that we agreed to.
Few days prior to wedding, company called us and once again confirmed date and time. They provided us with the name and phone number of the team leader.
On the day of the wedding, they arrived 20 min prior scheduled time, set up all their stations and were ready to greet our guests. Every single one of them was pleasant, happy, respectful!!!
I could not ask for a better experience!!!!

We hired ValetPark for our wedding party to get to our wedding- and not going to lie I was kind of bummed all the trolleys in Newport were booked. We hired ValetPark and the driver alone made the entire thing worthwhile. Being not from Newport, she had suggestions on where to take pictures which was so helpful for me. She was so sweet, on time, so relaxed, and we couldn't have asked for a nicer driver. Beth Ann- you rock!

Highly Recommend! Lynn is Amazing!

We had such a great experience with Valet Park of America and would highly recommend them! We had a logistically challenging transportation route to our venue, with multiple stops, and Lynn did a ton of research on her own beforehand and made us feel confident that they had everything under control from the very beginning. She was communicative, detail-oriented, and helped us adjust as the day got closer and we knew our final headcount. All of the drivers were friendly, and our guests loved the size of the buses. Can't wait until we have another reason to work with VPA!!

Great Transportation at a Great Price

After a nightmare-ish experience with the first transportation vendor we attempted to hire, working with Valet Park of America was a dream come true. We used them for the transportation of both our wedding party and to get our guests to/ from their hotels and the reception venue. From receiving the initial quote, to making changes to our day-of timeline, to processing payments, and contacting drivers the day-of the event, everything with Valet Park went smoothly. I have never been more happy to have my "first choice" company fall through.

Reasonably priced, and reliable wedding transportation.

The team at Valet Park of America was great! All the way from quoting to booking to the day of our wedding. They were flexible with time and location changes. Shuttle success!

Valet Park was wonderful! Very easy and timely to communicate with throughout our booking process. We were married on January 19th, with up to 2 feet of snow in the forecast. Valet Park was wonderful and confirmed our event ahead of time (putting my nerves at ease). Fortunately, the weather held off! The bus we rented was extremely clean and comfortable, and our driver Susan was friendly, a safe driver, and a great sport! She made several trips between our hotel and the venue and kept everyone on schedule. I can't recommend Valet Park of America enough!

Perfect Wedding Transportation!

Valet Park of America was the best choice for our wedding day transportation! Speaking with Jillian on the phone was easy - she knew all the right questions to ask to ensure we got the transportation we needed. She always responded to questions quickly and called about a week before the wedding to go over our final schedule. On the day of the service was perfect. The drivers were on time and so polite and the buses were spotless. Our driver even stopped at Dunkin' Donuts between the ceremony and reception for us. They made everything so convenient! I would recommend them to anyone!

We used Valet Park of America to transport our bridal party throughout the day of our wedding. The driver was professional and on time for all of the stops and the shuttle was clean - couldn't have asked for anything more! We chose to go with Valet Park of America instead of other transportation vendors because the price just couldn't be beat. The shuttle wasn't as "glamorous" as some of the other party bus options, but it more than got the job done and we were happy with the service!

We had a great experience with Valet Park of America, which provided a 14-passenger limo van/shuttle for our wedding in September (took wedding party to church and then to reception). They were easy and professional to work with. Our driver was very professional, on time, and everything went very smoothly! Vehicle was in good condition. Highly recommend!

Working with Valet Park of America for our wedding was made simple by our contact Jillian! We set up 2 shuttles to pick up guests from 2 hotels and bring to our ceremony/reception site...everyone arrived on time and could take the shuttles back whenever they so chose! At the end of the night, most people were just going back to one of the hotels so they drivers quickly changed up their route to accomodate our guests needs. Thank you so much for such an easy experience on an inevitably stressful day - we highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Valet Park of America. They made it incredibly easy to book transportation and followed up with me a couple of weeks before the wedding to confirm the details and provide the driver’s contact information. They were on-time and flexible when our schedule was delayed a bit due to pictures. Throughout the wedding planning process they were very responsive to any questions and made sure I was comfortable with the services I had booked. Overall a great experience!

Very close to our wedding, we hired Valet Park of America to provide shuttle service from the hotels to our reception venue. Of all the transportation vendors we contacted, they were the most responsive and were reasonably priced. Nick was patient and clear in all his communication ahead of time. The day-of the drivers showed up on time and our guests said the service they provided was wonderful. I definitely recommend Valet Park of America!

We had the valet shuttle take our groomsmen back to our house after the dinner rehearsal and shuttle people back tO their hotels after the wedding. So nice for people have to not worry about drinking and driving! Worth every penny!
