We didn't want a big traditional wedding cake, so we decided to go with their petis four. (These are 4 layer mini cakes- about 1 inch face and 2 inch height.)

We were very happy with the look and taste. Since we ordered 250 cakes, we got to choose as many flavors as we wanted, which was also a huge plus! They gave us the option of having a cut cake, but we decided against it, because the mini layer cakes were so pretty.

Our guests were very happy with our selection.

Oh my gawd - the cake and petit fours were so beautiful and tasty! The wedding guests ran off with every last bit! Stan W. also offered to pull together the chocolate favors (dark chocolate truffle and dark chocolate with liquid caramel center) we picked with some magnets we bought from a separate location and again- not a chocolate was found left in the house when the lights came up. 2 weeks before the wedding we called and added four dozen more petit fours to the order without a problem and everything was delivered on time for the set-up before the reception. We had a lemon cake with lemon filling and candied pansy petals for decoration. Very simply perfect.

I knew I wanted to have the Rose Petal cake as my wedding cake, and I would stop at nothing to make it happen. It was tough to get a hold of someone on the phone to answer my questions. When I finally got a price quote, it was expensive but I decided it was worth it. I was also told that we had to pick up our own cake the day before our Sunday wedding -- no delivery was possible the day before or the day of. Inconvenience aside, it really was worth it. This cake is something to behold: three tiers of real sugared petals -- beautiful. The taste is rich and divine and just so very wedding-y. Nothing else would do.
