I literally don’t know what to say.
Valerie went above and beyond . Since the moment I attempted to book her - she made sure she was the right person for me, as she was not just looking for a paycheck. So much so that We spent an hour on the phone discussing cool things at Costco just to ensure our personalities meshed before she’d let me pay her anything.
Because Life happens i had to cancel our engagement photos.. which is not what any bride wants, to have a surprise photographer you have no chemistry with on your wedding day… but that wasn’t the case at all. Minutes in I felt like she was someone I’ve Known forever as opposed to someone I officially met minutes ago. She felt like a close friend I let ‘in’ on our intimate moments like the First look as opposed to someone hired.

She made my entire party, family, and my introverted self exceptionally comfortable.

We recently went to a friends wedding who’s destination wedding had an inexperienced ‘photographer’ who had to ask the party ‘when you use the flash’.. and she’s since spent the past few months self editing the photos received…

Long story semi short, I was terrified of what to expect. I am not a particularly confident woman, but am so I’m love with EVERY photo Valerie took.

It was an incredible experience working with Valerie and Erin! The energy they brought to our special day helped my wife and I stay focused all while having the time of our lives. Our wedding day was made to be amazing and was memorialized in some of the best photos I have ever seen. I tell you if she can make me look good, imagine what she can do for you! Sandra and I are so thankful and would highly recommend to anyone!

We had the most amazing time working with Valerie for our wedding photography. She delivered our photos within 4 weeks, she gave us more sneak peaks than promised, and she even went out of her way to give us photos of a family member that we needed sooner than the 4 week mark. She replied to constant texts and emails within minutes and she always had a way of saying the best and most calming things. During the wedding, she would photograph different things and come over to me and show me how they were looking, it was actually really sweet.

When delivering our photos, she also gave us an added perk. She went as far to give us a highlight reel with our First Dance song and even one of our other favorite songs. She didn't ask us for this music, she just got to know who we were and added them in herself.

Her professionalism and how she makes you feel like you aren't hiring "help" are exactly why we knew she would be amazing for the job. We didn't just gain an amazing photographer for our lives, we gained a true friend. Valerie makes your event/session seem like just everyday life and doesn't add any pressure. She also will make sure you get the look and feel of the photos that you want in the end. I cannot say enough amazing things about her and her business. We will absolutely be return customers!
