Everything about working with UrbanBeat was great except for a few minor details. The bartenders and Adam were fantastic. We were not as happy with Kim. She arranged two venue tours ON the day of our wedding, WHILE we were there. One of the couples that was touring the venue on our wedding day actually came in to the bridal suite while my bridesmaids and I were getting ready. I thought this was pretty unprofessional, and we were given no warning that there would be any tours that day. I'm sure if you tell someone ahead of time that you definitely don't want any tours happening on your wedding day, they would probably be happy to accommodate. The only other issue was that Kim forgot to turn the heater on downstairs and it was absolutely freezing in the bridal suite for most of the day. My bridesmaids and hair & makeup team and I had to keep our coats on and turn the space heater on full blast and it took several hours until we warmed up. The space is beautiful and we were able to decorate it however we wanted. Overall, we were extremely happy with the service here.
