Upper Crust Catering is a wedding catering service based out of Denver, Colorado. Jerri George has always been attracted to the food service industry. Jerri’s grandmother had a restaurant on Cape Cod, while her father managed catering at the Bal Harbour Club, in Miami, Florida. In 1990, Jerri opened Catering by George! in Boca Raton, and in 2005, Jerri relocated to Colorado where she used her skills to create original and unique menus and dishes. After contracting Bacterial Meningitis in 2009, spending almost a month in a coma, Jerri was forced into an early retirement. It was then that she wrote an award-winning book about her career and to teach others how-to be "CATERSAVVY". After many years of rest, she started Upper Crust Catering and found her way back into doing what she loves.
Upper Crust Catering is passionate about creating a menu that is tailored to your desires and needs for your big day. This catering company offers traditional and trendy fare. Their complete selection of hors d'oeuvres, includes Signature items like Asparagus Cigars, Loaded Baby Baker's, Calamari Skewers, and an unusual array of Sliders along with their Charcuterie, Antipasto and Raw Bar displays. In addition to the normal wedding reception menus, they also offer night-owl stations, post wedding brunch options, and are available for rehearsal dinners. They did my daughter's wedding. From day one when we did the consultation and sampled the food we where impressed. They worked tiredlessly to work out items to fit our budget. The food was so awesome we ran out. The displays where beautiful. The unique venue they where able to set up and my guest loved the layout.
