The Denver Taco Food truck was incredible to work with! They were professional, knowledgeable, kind and attentive to all of our questions throughout the wedding process. Our guests are still raving about the delicious food at our wedding!!! If you’re looking for a local caterer for your wedding, we cannot recommend them enough! And if you’re planning on late night food, make sure to get the tater tot nachos - they were exceptional.

Joe and his team (Tiffany in particular) were amazing. We booked in October after a delicious face to face tasting and are so glad we decided to do so. Tiffany and Joe were both super responsive, professional, and patient in answering our many questions throughout the nine months leading up to our wedding. We hired this truck for our rehearsal dinner last minute due to a cancellation of our previous vendor. The staff at Denver Taco Truck made it swift & easy to hire, book, and coordinate for our big day in less than 2 weeks! The tacos were amazing, the churros were phenomenal and the staff made it so easy and went with the flow along with us! Couldn’t recommend more! They’re absolutely amazing!!!

We worked with Joe who was so nice and accommodating. We had a tasting and knew that we had to have these tacos at our wedding. Our guests got to choose from 6 different tacos and they even got a side of fries! This was a great value and the perfect addition to our wedding day! I would highly recommend!

Joe and his team were wonderful!!! All my guests raved about his food!! And months later are still telling me they thought the food was delicious. We even had a full pig to carve! So cool for our party-vibe. Joe was easy to work with, affordable, and reliable! Would highly recommend for any wedding or event. Not to mention, he is soooo nice!!

The food and service were Fantastic! They were also great with accommodating food allergies! 10/10 would recommend! They even sourced and made a special happy hour soft pretzel that my daughter wanted:)

We used Pavys food truck for our wedding in 2017. We had 3 sandwiches for our guests to choose from and also appetizers. The food was delicious and a big hit. Joe was professional and responsive with his communication. Our guests loved the novelty of a food truck wedding and loved the food even more!!

We found this vendor off a Google search and due to covid things got a bit off. However, Joe was always helpful and responsive. We heard great things from our bakery about them and the night of our wedding....I can't say enough good words. They were early and set up and ready before the reception, professional, courteous. So fast forward, it was pouring during our reception. They not only took care of the guests, they came in and took orders from everyone and brought the food in so that the guests weren't standing in the rain. They made sure that my new husband and I were both taken care of and actually sat down to eat.
I literally cannot say enough good things about this company and the employees. We were all floored with the service and the food....so fabulous. I ate the leftover ceviche for the entire day after. Not to mention the guests all LOVED the tacos and the apps.
If you're looking for catering, this is 1000% the place you want. Great service and food, above and beyond!!!!!

We hired Denver Taco Truck to do our wedding and I could not be more disappointed.
They were supposed to arrive at 2:30 and the Cocktail hour with 3 appetizers was supposed to start at 4:30. Then my husband and I were supposed to have a private dinner at 5 so we could mingle with our guests during the dinner hour that was scheduled for 5:30. We also paid to have churros and ice cream instead of a cake. NOTHING went to plan.
Denver Taco Truck did not arrive until after 4:30 pm. Then the truck did not work. All 3 employees left for over 90 minutes to get a grill. Two of our guests went to the store to go buy chips and snacks for the rest of the wedding because there was no food being served and they still arrived back before the taco truck employees. Finally the taco dinner was prepared around 8 pm (after several of our guests had already left). No churros and ice cream. We are still unsure if more than one of the 3 appetizers we paid for were served (definitely only 1 was served immediately prior to the dinner). VERY DIFFICULT to work with the owner Joe.
This is just a minimal explanation of everything that went wrong with the food. I would not recommend them, and advise others to choose another vendor for the food at your event. If you are contemplating hiring them, I would also advise you to look at the ratings on Yelp and their Facebook page. I wish we had looked at more reviews than just the wedding websites.
