Amazing!

Universal Weddings was amazing. So easy to work with, extremely flexible, FUN & valued my requests. They kept the party going all night. All of our guests complimented how fun our wedding was and the DJ played a huge part in that!! 10/10 recommend

Great DJ, Great event!

Jacob was so easy to work with and easily understood our taste in music. He was a great coordinator of the flow of the evening. When one of my dads friends wanted the chicken dance played he was conscientious to come and ask me so I could deny the request haha. Jacob really looked out for us and it was the perfect evening.

Everything We Could've Asker For and More!

Jake did an incredible job playing all of the music we had in our playlist. He was professional and kept the part going until closing time! The timing of our walk-up music was perfect, and we had no audio issues being mic'd up during the vows. I'd highly recommend him for your wedding!

Worth the money!

Best thing I spent money on!! Jake wasn’t just a DJ, he was a huge part of the entire wedding process!! We were blessed to have a beautiful, traditional wedding at Pechanga Casino, and he really set the tone for the whole event and was the backbone for my organization when I felt overwelmed. Our coordinator wasn’t what we hoped for and Jake gave us great advice and made us feel like we weren’t alone taking on the huge task of planning our wedding! Because of his professionalism, experience, and people skills we were able to capture so many truly heartfelt moments that every couple hopes for on their special day!! That’s what lasts forever!!!

Jake is great!

Planning a wedding across the country is stressful, but working with Jake was so easy. He was very professional, easy to get in touch with and just super chill. No stress. I definitely recommend working with him!

Jake is the Best!

We hired Jake at Universal Weddings and Events for our wedding reception in November 2022. He absolutely made it the most wonderful night! From the second he got there he made sure everything ran smoothly and ask questions to clarify major points in the night, which I greatly appreciated! He followed the genre of music we discussed and his software made it easy to list it all out. Our guests had the best time and mentioned out great of a DJ he was. I highly recommend him!

Amazing DJ!!!

Jake and his team were absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to make our wedding special. When we first started planning our wedding we were going to just elope so when it came down to what we wanted from vendors I had no idea. We were doing a super small wedding with only 16 people total. I text and emailed Jake about what we were looking for and a little bit about what we liked and he took it and ran with it and did an amazing job choosing what to play. We have already talked about hiring Jake and his company again when we decide to do a big reception.

Awesome Wedding DJ

Jake was fantastic! He is professional, responsive and has great communication. Not only did Jake do a great job during our wedding party understanding the vibe and playing great music, but he also set up a sound system for our wedding ceremony that had a fantastic balance of sound for the wedding guests (this extra sound system for the ceremony requires an additional fee, which was totally worth it for us). We absolutely recommend working with Jake.

Perfect music to a perfect wedding

Jacob was more than amazing at our wedding. Not having book a DJ before, he helped me along the way with all my questions. I wanted specific violin cover songs for before the ceremony and during happy hour. He made it happen! The online system was easy to understand and very thorough breaking down each moment of our wedding. The reception mix was perfect, everyone made it onto the dance floor that night. Thank you again! People are still talking about the music!
