We've been creating and coordinating weddings and events since 2009. We are visionaries who will act as your artists, jugglers, financial advisors and referees allowing you to enjoy the fun of planning while we do the work!
Our officiant services include a custom ceremony facilitated by an Ordained non-denominational ordained minister or a Florida Notary, solemnizing your marriage license, filing your marriage license with the Clerk of Court and providing social security name change forms. Your personalized ceremony can include memorials, children, rituals, poetry, bible verses, song lyrics or whatever movie quotes you identify with. Our mission is to create a ceremony as unique as your love. We coordinate with your photographer and music director informing them of the pivotal moments in your ceremony. Fee is $275.
Our day of coordination services begin 6 weeks before your wedding.
Complete wedding management and day-of execution for up to 12hrs. We review all your vendor contracts as needed to understand exactly what will be arriving day-of.
Venue walk-through to go over the details and logistics of the wedding day.
Identify any missing pieces to the wedding day that may have been missed but are essential to run smoothly.
Unlimited contact via email from the time of contract. Any phone and video chats need to be pre-scheduled
Weekly email check-ins to ensure discussed details are going as planned.
Timeline creation and wedding day “game plan” distributed to vendors.
Vendor management – we will coordinate with all contracted wedding vendors confirming their arrival times, get insurance info, meal counts, confirm services booked, and any other important details, at least 1 week or more prior to the wedding.
Greet wedding vendors and be the point of contact the day of your wedding.
Cross-check venue set up, making sure ceremony and reception are set to perfection. Addressing any errors that may come up.
Remind Best Man, Maid of Honor, Parents, and honored guests when they are about to give toasts.
Assist with bridal party and family for photographs, seating and entrance taking into consideration family dynamics.
Set-up seating cards, favors, guest books, table numbers, photo booth props, DIY elements, etc.
Direct ushers and helpers with seating and program distribution.
Professional Day of Wedding Every wedding includes an assistant to assist with final payments & gratuities as needed to vendors, retain the marriage license for the officiant, retrieve wedding gifts/cards and monitor the card box and personally hand the cards and gifts to you or your designee at the end of the night. Arrange for your personal items are packed up and given to a designated family member, room, and/or vehicle. Both the coordinator and assistant have access to a wedding day emergency kit.
* For liability reasons, our Coordinators cannot serve food or drinks to guests, bus tables, hang anything decorations that require a ladder, or move anything that is heavy enough to require machinery.Day of Coordination fee is $750
We also provide decor services, wait staff, bartenders and clean up crews. Ask us about our $5000 micro wedding fee for up to 50 people that includes DJ, photo booth, uplighting, photographer, decor including linens spandex seat covers, centerpieces, chargers and runners, buffet catering, favors, candy buffet and sweetheart table.
