Ok, it’s my first wedding, but I’ve been to some good weddings and some bad ones, and I wasn’t taking any chances. I ran across Angela’s ad on Facebook and just knew that was who I wanted to coordinate my daughter’s day. She didn’t just become my “Day of” coordinator, but she kept me grounded when I was having a panic attack. Her attention to detail was stellar, and she left nothing out. Our pastor backed out at the last minute, and because Angela is also an officiant, she was able to step in and she created the most lovely ceremony we could have asked for. There was not one thing that was missed, this wedding was as flawless as it could be, and if something did go wrong, I was completely unaware. Comments about the wedding was “this is a wedding that may be hard to outdo”
If you want it all, Angela is the coordinator for you. Her assistant Stephanie was also there the day of, and was professional and kind, and so easy going. FLAWLESS was my goal, and they exceeded all expectations.

I used this company for my daughter's sweet 16 birthday party. Very professional every thing was taken care of from the table setting to the help picking the right DJ's and photographer. Angela was a great support. I will definitely recommend this company for future events

Angela and her team were amazing with everything they provided for us on our special day. After booking and setting our date, we ended up having to change our wedding date due to a family emergency and she was more than accommodating to our needs. Everything was set up beautifully and done professionally throughout the whole ceremony (even with the heat & humidity of Florida in July!). Pictures were wonderful & she was even able to keep up with my crazy kids and family :-) I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for the whole package and experience for their wedding. She was quick to respond and perfect for what we had in mind with an intimate vacation home wedding with just a few family and friends. Our plans had changed from a beach wedding to our vacation home in a different city and she was able to pull it all off in less than 24 hours. I could not express my gratitude enough for her flexibilty on such short notice!

Angela was a pleasure to work with from our intital meeting through the end of the ceremony. She was always available via phone or email if I had any questions or concerns. She provided us with a sample ceremony reading well in advance so we had plenty of time to look it over. On the wedding day, she arrived 45 mins early and met with my wedding coordinator who told her how we had rehearsed everything. When it came time for the ceremony she was a true professional doing everything as planned. Everyone who attended commented on how beautiful the ceremony was. Angela was a pleasure to work with from the day I met her. I would highly recommend her services as a wedding officiant.

I hired Angela 3 weeks before my wedding date, with nothing planned or even thought of, she helped through the entire thing. We had been engaged for 3 years so youd think I would have had it all figured out to a "T" but no. The only communication we had was through email (by my choice) I briefly told her what I was looking for in a ceremony, decor, ect. and she took care of it all. Angela made my wedding ceremony dreams come true! I hired her 6 months before my wedding day, and not once had any problems reaching her with any concerns. If I had a question, I emailed her, and she always promptly responded. Actually, she continually emailed me with questions regarding things that were not even on the contract. For example, my music choices (I expected traditional wedding march), she asked for my preferences. She asked me to email pictures of my husband's deceased parents and set up a beautiful acknowledgement table with a framed picture of them and a poem. Our wedding was on Jax Beach and her crew arrived hours before to clear the area and set up, even though there was a 60% chance of rain that day, and actually rained hard 2 hours before in town. I was frantic, and she told me she wasn't concerned, so I shouldn't be either, and she was right. Everyone arrived, were comfortably seated, had personalized water bottles, and beautiful programs. 15 mins before the ceremony, it was drizzling, yet when I walked down the aisle, everything was dry, torches were lit, and I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful set up. No one in my wedding party or my family had to plan, decorate, or clean up. My guests are still raving about the beautiful ceremony on the beach, and I owe it all to Angela!

There aren't enough stars on the ratings chart for me to judge or rate the service that I received from UYWO ( Angela A.) She was very responsive to my needs and she listened to us about our ideas and what was important to us for our marriage ceremony. She included everything that we asked and was very professional about it. She included our religious practices and heritage traditions without being judgemental. She adjusted her schedule for us when we had to change dates and she stood up for me when the vendor almost ruined our wedding day. The price was reasonable and low but we received million dollar service.

Angela did an amazing job on our Sunset Beach Wedding!!!! Even when we had to change locations on the day of the wedding everything was simply beautiful & could not of been more perfect!!! I would have to say that my wedding was wonderful! From the moment that I contacted Angela about her services she was more than helpful and very prompt. We never could've expected more. She provided all of the decor and music and helped us to plan a wonderful wedding for two. She would have accepted guests as well but we didn't want any. She was always available to talk, we had weather issues and she had a back up plan as well!! We ended up having our wedding exactly the way we planned, on the beach, since the rain stopped. It was so wonderful! My husband and I had a great time, we even have the pictures to proove it. We loved having Angela and her husband be a part of our wedding. If we ever renew our vows she is the first person we will call. And for any Bridezillas out there that want to give her a bad rep you need to look at yourself as the issue. Too many brides expect the impossible and blame everything on their officiant. You have to have fun on your wedding day and enjoy the fact that you are commiting yourself to your one and only. I have never felt so at ease with someone I had never met as I did with them. They were really a true blessing to us on our special day!

Every chance we get we will recommend Angela at "UNIQUELY YOURS" (letmemarryyou@gmail.com) to everyone we know who is getting married in the future.
Even though our ceremony was "laid back" it was alittle traditional with a biker twist Angela made our ceremony costum for us and our surroundings on the beach.
As a bride I had alot going through my mind and it never seemed like enough time and Angela was there to help me with those things I couldn't get done.
It touched Tim & I's hearts to see the lovely picture and poem of our mothers who had passed in the "remembrance of loved ones who passed" ceremony. That touched alot of our guest who didn't even know them.

Angela Algarin was amazing! I got her package which included chairs, sashes, arch, floral decor, tiki torches, sand ceremony table and sand jars/bottles, bubbles for the guests, music for the ceremony, ceremony photos and officiant services.

It was a fantastic value, beautifully executed and even though my chosen ceremony location ended up having an issue, she called me and right away and I placed the ultimate decision in her hands just asking her to make it as pretty as possible.
She did an outstanding job turning what could have been a wedding disaster into a beautiful and memorable day!

The wedding ceremony was all that we hoped for and more and I know that we are fortunate to have Angela as both our coordinator and officient. I can't say enough about Angela and her staff. We wanted a beach wedding and we were on a budget and a short time frame. At a fraction of the price of others, we had a beautiful beach wedding in Siesta Key with family and friends in attendance. The set up was more than I could have imagined and the service was beautiful. I thought the pictures would just be snapshots, but they were beautifully edited photos presented to me on a disc and the prints were in their promo of a silver album. She got the stargazers I wanted and the colors were beautiful, she took care of the permits and the signs on the beach made it easy for my guests to find the location. I was a little leary because most of the contact is done through email and I didn't get to meet her til the actual wedding day. She was in constant contact with me about the wedding and sent me a everything to approve from ceremony to programs to photo lists. I also liked that she did not take any cash or checks, she did everything through paypal so I was sure I was not getting scammed. All this for less than $750. She's down to earth, easy to talk to. I recommend her to anyone who is on a budget but wants to feel like the only bride inthe world.

the wedding was wonderful there were just a few mishaps. For instance, I didn't see the diamonds in my walk way or the heart shape raked in the sand .... oh, and due to the rain the day before she was late on starting the set up ... also someone took her jukebox so we didn't have our music .... but everything was beautiful .. If I had to do it again I would still use her...

Angela handled our wedding ceremony beautifully. Having a ceremony that reflected our interests and personalities was very important to us. Angela was extremely flexible and we were able to create a ceremony that was unique and meaningful to us. I loved that we were able to customize all the little details and stay well within our budget.
We did get married during a very busy wedding season and had a couple of times where e-mails were not answered as promptly as I would have liked but I was always able to reach Angela later in the week rather than on the weekends.
Angela was the perfect fit for us and we loved working with her. I would recommend her company without hesitation!

The value of the service is very good. I received a catered meal from Uniquely Yours Wedding Officiants for a reasonable price. The officiant was very flexable because I had to change the dates and they did not complain. The Officiant respectfully honored my husband deceased parents at the ceremony. I would have hope for better communication but everything else was fine. I am very please with the photos that was hand-delivered to my residence.I regret I did not receive the photos that was mailed. My family was please with the ceremony. I also received a album with excellent photos hand delivered to my residence. I am very happy with the photos.

Uniquely Yours Wedding Officiants truely made my ceremony extraordinary. It was perfect. Angela the contact person is very busy so contact begore the wedding was limited, but she came through wonderfully in the end. The only negative comment I have is her apparel. she was not dressed to impress. Every other detail was magnificant. I would definitely reccomend her servcies t others.

WOW!! I am actually speechless at this point!! Angela Married my husband and I on may 7 2011. The beach ceremony was fabulous. The set up was beautiful, we could not have asked for a nicer day. It was a little windy so it was hard for everyone to hear her but that was way beyond her control. The communication with Angela was good. She was very helpful prior and during the ceremony. After going over the programs, in person with my father in Sanford and over the phone, she still spelled my fathers name wrong but I was willing to let that slide. Hey, we all make mistakes.

BUT... It has now been 5 MONTHS I REPEAT 5 MONTHS and I have not received one single thing in the mail from her. There was an issue with her photographer and she was having issues retrieving my photos. She would not answer my calls nor return my emails.

In the event that I had received what I promised months ago, I would have reccommended her. But due to the lack of follow through... I will let you judge for your self...

Angela is a sweet person but when it comes to being a professional business person she is lacking in certain areas.

My wedding was on June 11th 2011 and I was told that I would get my pictures edited and unedited on cds,Thank you cards and album no later than 3 weeks after my wedding it is now almost September the 11th and I have not received anything other than a few emails with some of my pictures that she edited. She stated that she sent me the cd's but when I told her that I didn't receive them she stated she would send them again and certified and I have yet to get them. She is not returning my calls or emails now. Durning the entire process I had a hard time contacting her. I feel that she needs to more accessible to her clients. I should not have to track her down on fb, twitter, emails, phone etc when I am the paying client.

I am not going to say that everything was all bad. I changed some appointments at the last minute and missed a meeting or two also but you know how it is when your planning a wedding.(Crazy) She did show up on time and did a wonderful job interacting with my wedding party and making everyone feel comfortable. I am sure she probably has some great photos but I haven't seen them all yet to be totally sure. I would just like my pictures. I would truly hate to have to go to court over something so simple as photos. If you are not in a rush and looking for a nice person,that has good prices and is hard to contact then Angela may be your girl.

Do not use her. I traveled 6.5 hours to have this wedding. The day of the wedding she emailed me saying it was 50% PRECIPITATION. So I told her im flexible we can do it Friday at 6. But I need the address. She said she will email me in a bit. Of course no email. Friday come no call or email. I emailed her friday night. Telling her I need the ceremony done before Sunday. She emailed me back saying she was waiting for me from 6 to 7:30. First of all you didn't give me the address, Secondly you didnt call who waits longer the ten minutes and dont call, third im not even from there how would I know where to go. After that email I call all day long. She emailed me sat night stating that she was on vacation. Not even caring that I was way out my comfort zone and came their to renew my vows and it didn't happen. She just didnt care. Shes given me every excuse why I cant be refunded. Then she said shesent it though paypal and its gonna take a couple days. But it didn't take a couple days for her to get it from me. Dont do it, reconsider, she will destroy your wedding. My children were so excited. I hate that they just went to Florida for a big let down. I spent so much money. Im hurt.

I contracted this vendor in January 2012 for my son's wedding on April 1, 2012, paid the deposit and a week before he wedding I paid the balance in full. I was told that i would received my pictures and video in about three weeks. I had to constantly call her and e-mail her and she gave me all kinds of excuses as to why she didn't have them ready. I finally received the pictures in July 3 months after the wedding. I had to keep e-mailing her about the video, she said she mailed the 4 cds??? I never received them wouldn't one think if you mailed the picture CD's you you also mail the video, and why wouldn't you have a tracking number to follow. I think there is no video and I have emailed her several times and she will not answer me... I will be filing a civil suit as she has caused me allot of pain. This wedding video was extremely important to me and it cannot be re-created, my son and daughter-in-law are so heartbroken over this as well. I just want to know what happen to my video and if there isn't one them contact me to discuss a refund. MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE IS DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE UNTIL THE FINISHED PRODUCT IS COMPLETE.

If you’re looking for someone to butcher your wedding and completely screw up in every aspect, by all means, hire Angela A. at Uniquely Yours- her company is sure to ruin your big day! This woman “promised me the moon but instead gave me a flashlight with dead batteries…” I contracted Angela to not only officiate my wedding, but also cater the food for our wedding last October. Our email correspondence was amazing and I felt very lucky that I had someone so on top of everything. Once it was go time, I was so way off- every aspect she was involved in was a complete mess. In my emails I specified that I would be needing table cloths, a pa system of sorts for the ceremony site, people to serve the buffet style spread and someone to cut our cake. Well, not only did she show up late, but she had no PA system(no one could hear our vowels over the wind coming off the lake ) and her appearance was less than desirable- it looked like she had just awoke from a nap. She stuttered over the vows we prepared like it was the first time she even opened the pages. My aunt decorated Lakeland’s Magnolia Building exquisitely, then Angela and her “staff” came in with their food on bare tables and put coolers underneath- no table cloths like I specified, & that she assured would be there, both via phone and email. Her staff was comprised of her two YOUNG grandchildren…. Who through my research are in her custody because her daughter is not capable to care for them…. I’m pretty sure she is breaking some child labor law by employing them to do her work…. The chicken was burnt, the potatoes were raw, and the whole spread was cold and looked like crap, and there were foods quoted to me in our proposal which were not on the table at all- I will say she made a mean ham and cheese hot pocket type thing though. I never saw her after she married us…. And when it was time to cut the cake I look over to the area where the food was and everyone was GONE… My boss ended up cutting our cake. I was so disappointed in all of this- I could have gotten the same spread at Sonny’s for LESS and served ourselves, and found an officiate who would have fulfilled my requests and actually read over the vows I prepared and brought the right equipment. I requested a partial refund from Angela- a MERE 10% for my aggravation and disappointment on my one and only wedding day- a very lowball amount if you ask me- only $148. She refused over at least 6 emails, calling me “second rate,” told me I was “boring her” with my demands , and when she finally agreed, she started to pay me over pay pal- in $14.80 monthly increments, only three of which I received totaling $44.40. 14 months since my wedding and here I am…. Still upset and still waiting. I told her if she would make it right I would hold back on posting all of these horrible mistakes she and her “so-called” company made, since I know it’s hard for a small home business to make it in this economy. At this point her name should be ruined, after all, my wedding was. I really hope my post isn’t too late to save some people from her. I said I’d give her time to make it right, but that time has passed and now it’s time for you couples out there to be informed before you hire someone who will leave a bad taste in your mouth…. Both literally and figuratively.

i hired angela for a beach wedding on 9/10/11 back in January paid the deposit went over some details and did the contract (no where in the contract did it say if the weather was crappy we HAD to do plan b) and talked a little bit over email and email only in febuary and march. didnt have no contact for about 3 months. Then i started emailing her to try to get some answers on questions i had and it took her days to respond if she responded at all. Then about a month before the wedding she wanted to touch base she asked for my phone number and i gave it to her cause she was going to call me but never did.
then about 10 days before the wedding i emailed her 4 times and called 2 times and no response for 4 days was supposed give us the info for the marriage class to get the discount but was not in contact so we went and just got the license our selfs and when she finally contacted me back she had some lame excuse telling me that she never checks her messages on the phone. I only got to talk to angela on the phone 2 times 4 days before the wedding when she was rude and rushed me off the phone cause she was to busy listening to talk radio, then the day before the wedding where she refused to do my beach wedding cause the weather forecast was 40% chance of rain and when i emailed her to tell her i would give her a answer by 1 pm on the day of the wedding she said she was not going to chance it and told me it had to be plan b and i told her the beach and she quit . left me stranded the day before my wedding it was very hard and very expensive to come up with another officiant to marry us on such a popular date oh and by the way it was a beautiful evening and stopped raining at 1 pm

Zero Communication, from start to finish. When i first met Angela i had read the reviews that she was not very good at communicating, i still decided to move forward. WRONG MISTAKE!!!! Numerous things have gone wrong with Angela and she has made the whole ordeal a complete nightmare that is still going on nearly 11 weeks after my wedding. Firstly, i wanted to have a rehearsal, which i didn't think would be uncommon but she didn't think it was necessary, we were willing to pay extra but finally i gave up asking when every time she replied she had a reason not to have one, my mum didn't even know where to sit. Thankfully, nothing went wrong at the ceremony!! Once we got to the restaurant for our reception they looked at us as if we weren't supposed to be there, then we were meant to have an open bar, they had no idea what we were talking about so finally I was able to get a hold of Angela even though she had said she was going to be 'sitting in the corner' in case any problems happened who cleared things up..... But how embarrassing in front of my friends and family! The real communication problem came after the wedding, first she said she was going to drop our marriage license with wedding pics on a disc to our mailbox, this never happened when I emailed her and eventually got a reply a few days later she said that she put them in my mailbox and "the mailman must have taken them" - I don't know what mailman would take something without an address and stamp? But she stuck to her story and after numerous emails / phone calls and voicemails she replied and mailed them... Then I was only waiting for the album and photographs (this is now 4 weeks after my wedding) her reason was because the supplier was out of stock, she did not promise me a specific album so why she didn't just order a different one, I don't know? The main frustration with it all is that I never got an update, I constantly emailed Angela and she didn't have the decency to reply, I had my mum call her, she said she would drop pictures off at their house..but never called her back, after constantly nagging her she finally came up with another excuse that she spelt my name wrong on the album so had to order a new one!! 11 weeks and I am still waiting for pictures that were "mailed" to me nearly two weeks ago, please take my advice if you want someone to communicate and give you everything you paid for, do not pick Angela.

I would just like to clarify that we DID NOT leave an open tab, if our wedding "planner" had planned everything out then there would not have been any confusion, myself and my guests have the right to order any drinks they would like my father went to pay for the additional items, and the manager at The Hue refused and said it had all been taken care of.. do you honestly think we could "walk out" on an open tab, and have nobody from The Hue stop us? Maybe Angela, if you had come to the reception like you had said you were going to none of the issues we had, and you had, would have happened and if you had a problem maybe you could have dealt with it in a professional way.
Also, yes you did FINALLY answer my questions, and because it was not the answer i was looking for does not make it poor communication, poor communication was when i emailed, called, my husband called and my mother called, and then it took a week for you to reply... that is poor communication, to which yes you do have.
We have two problems Angela one we do not have an album you promised, two we do not have the photographs you promised that were mailed two weeks ago, i am sick of your lies and excuses and i do not want another bride to be fooled by you.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!! Very professional up until she GETS YOUR MONEY then NOTHING. The only thing we got was a phone call one week before the wedding stating they had to utilize one car so they (her and her husband) would have to stagger the picture areas. We agreed with her request. The day of the wedding, NOTHING!!!! Not a phone call or email from her at all. I have attempted to contact her through the phone numbers she provided as well as her email address. To date (6/23/15) I have still not heard from Angela. The only person I made contact was a woman by the name of Stephanie(6/12/15) who claimed to be her daughter and informed me that she will make contact with her on Sunday(6/14/15) as she was in the hospital due to a bad fall at the hotel in Jacksonville, Fl (which was a lie as my wife and i called every major hospital in Jacksonville and no one was listed in that name). My suggestion is simply DO NOT USE THIS PERSON or pay her when/if she shows up for your event.

After 4 months of trying to get a hold of angela I finally fired her. I had called, emailed, facebooked, and certified mail. With no returns. We have only been able to talk with her 2 times since we hired her in april 2011 this is now dec 2011 She told me and my fiance that she had gotten our beach permit and that our date was locked in. We called the county and there was no beach permit for our wedding. This is 54 days before my wedding and I am forced to hire a new planner and start over. She has our deposit and I want it back. There are countless other brides I have spoken with who have the same issues with her. A lot even after the wedding where she never sends them their pictures! One bride waiting 7 months and still no photos. DO NOT GO WITH ANGELA... I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH TERRIBLE PROFESSIONALISM. We live in Idaho and can't be there to plan most all of the details so we were really looking for someone hands on which she assured us she was. (I know shameless plug but she deserves it) We went with Florida Sun Weddings by Tina... SHE IS AMAZING! She got our beach permit before she even received our deposit and has in the last week almost completely planned our wedding and but us both at ease. I LOVE YOU TINA FROM SUN WEDDINGS!

I booked Angela after my other photographer bailed out about 2 weeks before my wedding. She was very accommodating and was able to work within the budget that I had. Both she and her husband photographed my wedding. I received my unedited pictures through email very quickly and the edited ones followed a day or two later.
Unfortunately, after the wedding she sent me the disk with the pictures and it only contained 3 pictures on the disk. When I contacted her about it she said that she would send another disk with all of the pictures. I have not heard anything since. I have left her numerous emails and I still have nothing. I thought I was getting a great bargain but I have nothing to show for it. The pictures that she emailed me were beautiful but I have not received my disk of all photos, my photo album or Thank you cards.

OK I don't know about you guys but I have had enough. I was told that Angela had a medical issue that was delaying my photos (beginning of September) and I just read that during the time frame she was still doing weddings or canceling for that matter. I am very upset. This is not professional in any manner and I am over the situation. Simply put If I don't receive all of the items agreed upon in the contract I plan on filing a suit. I have good grounds as I can see that I am not the only bride in this situation. I should not have to hunt a person down to do their job.

*food poising ! ! ! (didn't even say sorry that she made my 4yr daughter who has (leukemia) to sick to get her treatment witch i pray doesn't make her relaps ! ! !
* messed up our names in the ceremoney (called us 2 other names ) wrote my own ceremoney she didn't even use it
*the cake looked and tasted like it had been kick around in dirt what bride throws her own cake in the trash (sadden by it )
* tried to be little my friend and her wounderful wedding planning talent (NO,NO)
even though i was unable to file my own marriage lic. thank GOD she did do that right ! ! ! hope i was very helpful to u brides

SCAM SCAM SCAM! This woman is a true scam artist!!!!!! She canceled on me ONE WEEK before my wedding and refused to give my deposit back! Very unprofessional! Very hard to get a hold of! And when you finally do get ahold of her it's only through email and she's very nasty and rude! Never got my money back! Please do not hire this woman! She will ruin your day! Just read the joke of a prep course she sends you! Nothing but typos and run on sentences!!! Horrible!

We booked Angela over 6 months ago to perform our wedding and at first she was responsive. That is until it came time for her to give us the marriage class. She tried to lie and say you had to be a Florida resident to get the discount. I finally proved her wrong on that and she emailed me a certificate and told me to forge her name. Then on the day of the wedding she said it was going to rain and we had to change the date to the next day. We followed her advice and it didnt rain on the day she predicted but it did the next day. She was half an hour late showing up for the wedding and didnt bring the chairs we paid for. She did show up with her husband who she introduced as cougar. He looked and smelled like he had been in prison since Alcatraz opened. When we asked her about the chairs she got offended, left, and left us stranded on the day of our wedding with no officiant. I am contacting the police for fraud. Do not use this poor excuse for a human being.

She will not respond to emails or phone calls. We decided to cancel 17 days before the wedding (have email to prove it and she responded to it) she never gave our deposit back even though the contract states you can get it back. I even tried to sue her and the address is not even legit! Completely untrustworthy! Don't hire for your wedding!
