We found Lindsey and her team at Union3 through a friend of a friend to help us plan our October 2021 Wedding. We immediately hit it off. As a newly engaged bride to be, I struggled to articulate what I really wanted for our big day from a design standpoint. Lindsey was an expert at asking the right questions to help us narrow in on our vision while also bringing ideas to the table that elevated all aspects of our wedding.

Lindsey's exactly who you want by your side in planning your big Day. She's got a fantastic eye for design, her level of professionalism and "figure it out" attitude put all of us at ease (especially during COVID), and she was all around just an absolute pleasure to work with.

Lisa and Lindsey were truly a dream team. I couldn't have imagined planning a wedding without them. I am the first to admit that I can get stressed pretty easily, so hiring a wedding planner was a must have for us to make sure that I was staying sane. We chose Lisa and Lindsey immediately after our first meeting because I felt like they truly listened to what we wanted and had so many great ideas from the start. We had an extremely long engagement which made it tough at times to know when we should be getting things done, but Union3 were on top of things and always had a plan. No matter the day or time, if I texted or emailed them they'd respond extremely quickly. Whenever we had a thought or idea, they had a thought on how it could come to life. For example - I knew I wanted to have unique florals but had a pretty strict budget for flowers. They found an amazing florist within my budget that created absolute magic. Or when I said I wanted to incorporate our puppy somehow in the wedding, they worked to help create a custom cocktail napkin with an illustration of our dog that was a huge hit at the wedding. I loved that they are so experienced in the business and had many vendor contacts that it made choosing high quality vendors extremely easy. Before the wedding, they created a detailed timeline that was planned down to the minute which put me at ease knowing there was a set plan. On the day of the wedding I was so glad to have them there to rally the wedding party and ensure the reception venue was put together exactly the way we envisioned it. I'm just sad I don't have an excuse to text them or hang out with them anymore - they are truly an amazing team!! Highly recommend!

I don't even know where to begin with Union 3 Events. I could literally write an entire novel about how they were the best thing that happened to me for my wedding. Lisa was there every step of the way and helped me plan both my American and Indian wedding from start to finish (planning an Indian wedding when you've never even been to an Indian wedding is NOT easy, but Lisa made it fun and helped me SO much). From the beginning she helped form my vision for both events and really encouraged me to step outside of my comfort zone and I loved every single thing she helped me pick. She even sent me a vision board of both days to make sure we were on the same page and she totally nailed my vision. Both days turned out to be more than I could have ever hoped for. She made herself available for me at all times for every question I had (and I had at least a million) for the year and a half planning process. If she didn't know the answer to something she was quick to get it. She helped me find good deals when my budget was tight and pulled together an awesome team of vendors. She more than paid for herself with the vendor discounts she got us, and was great about working within our budget. On the actual wedding weekend there were lots of things that didn't go according to plan and she stayed calm and figured everything out without even making me aware so I could just enjoy the day without having to worry. I could on and on forever about how awesome Lisa was to work with. Union 3 Events was HANDS DOWN, by far, without a doubt the best vendor we chose for our weekend and I could not have done it without them.

The best thing I did for my wedding; was hire a day of coordinator. Lisa was amazing!! She was super calm, organized and direct. She was beyond helpful and one of the best people I have worked with!!

What can I say? I will go anywhere on the internet and talk to anyone in person about this amazing team! From our very first meeting with Lisa and Lindsey it was so clear that they were the wedding planners for us. Their genuine care and attentiveness throughout the entire planning process was literally impeccable. They were always prepared and were so knowledgeable about so many aspects from design, decor, set-up, etc. Their ability to understand what our vision was for our wedding and execute it flawlessly is what I believe sets them apart from the rest. Our wedding was a fairly large event in a venue that they had not done an event in before, but the way everything turned out, you would have never believed it! Everything was absolutely superb! They will not disappoint you, I promise. Their approach to couples is all about getting to know you and understanding what you want and delivering that to you. Book them. Book them early. Book them now!

Union3 came as a referral and after my very first conversation with Lindsey, we signed! I knew immediately their style and professionalism was exactly what we were looking for. They spent time getting to know us, our tastes and what makes us, us. This was incredibly important to me, as every couple wants their wedding to reflect them and with all of the choices out there, it can be challenging to funnel your taste to create one seamless design. I would sometimes have an idea of what I thought I wanted, and their uncanny ability to listen, synthesize, and create showed through. In every situation, they brought our ideas to the next level, and in a way that was friendly to my budget. As a bride, reliability, responsiveness and follow through are some of the most important traits in partners and vendors. From the very beginning, regardless of what it was about, Lindsey and Lisa were right there with a response, which compliments my make a decision and let's get it done approach. We built trust quickly and they made it incredibly easy to do so. Our relationship evolved past bride/planner and I really leaned on them for perspective and advice, which any bride knows is invaluable. During the day-of, my best friend remarked how easy going I was about the venue during set-up. I had an epiphany - yes, I can be laid back, but bigger than that, I had so much trust in Lindsey and Lisa to bring the room to life that I had truly put all of my faith in them. I didn't have a care in the world more than what if my hair fell out of the style while I was dancing. But wait, Lisa even had an answer for that from her past experience! It was a smashing success and Lindsey and Lisa's creativity and professionalism made it happen! Thank you, Union3!

Lindsey and Alexa were amazing to work with. They responded quickly to all phone calls and emails and had wonderful ideas. They listened to what I wanted, but also came up with other ways to enhance the wedding. Their wedding vendor suggestions were perfect for my vision and budget. I was so thrilled with how seamlessly my wedding went and how it looked. I didn't find out until later that there were a few vendor mishaps during the day. I'm so glad that Lindsey and Alexa were there to handle them and to help create such a wonderful day for me, my husband and our guests. I would recommend them without reservation.

Union3 saved my wedding!!! Lindsey & Alexa were complete godsends. I had ideas and visions, but was overwhelmed by the details and Lindsey & Alexa came in and pulled it all together. The end result..... a stress-free bride (me), an absoultely spectacular and perfectly executed wedding and hands down the greatest day of my life.

I originally reached out to Union3 for a day of planner, but quickly realized it would be MORE than worth it to bring them on for the final four months leading up to our wedding. Working a pretty demanding full time job, I found lots of little items (like say flowers, invitations, etc) slipping through the cracks. Well.... Alexa and Lindsey to the rescue!!

They handled all the remaining vendor negotations and helped arrange every little detail. Leading up to the wedding, they were always available to answer any questions and our planning sessions had the feel of a night out on the town with girlfriends. I knew Lindsey ahead of hiring Union3, but after the past 6 months I consider them both dear friends. I've actually been having a lot of Union3 withdraw following the wedding!

Anyway, they are extremely attentive and professional, but also fun and creative and easy to work with. They were always mindful of my budget - never pushing us to over extend and even negotiated fiercely on my behalf for savings on things like flowers and invitations.

So leading up to the wedding they were fabulous, but the day of, they really shone!!

As a very Type A bride, handing over control is not something that comes naturally. However, the trust I had in Union3 was complete and unwavering. I knew if I didn't have them on board I would spend my wedding day micromanaging everyone to try and make sure everyone was where they were supposed to be instead of soaking up the day.

I am a psycho about time and timelines and if you can believe it, I spent my wedding day without my watch or phone. Just basking in the amazing day because I knew Lindsey and Alexa would have it under control.

I'm sure little things went wrong behind the scenes, but Lindsey and Alexa never let me know and I thought the day was flawless. They were there for us until the bitter end - even helping fix my hair and dress (the hem tore from too much dancing) late into the evening.

Bottom line - 100% Worth It. Easily the best decision I made in planning my wedding.

I will confess to having gone into wedding planning thinking that no one needs a wedding planner and I can say now, I never would have survived without them. They really took the event to the next level and took the stress out of the planning process.

You will not regret using Union3 for your wedding or any event for that matter. I miss them so much, I'm looking for excuses to hire them again - massive 1 year anniversary party, anyone!?

Lindsey and Jodie at union 3 were fabulous to work with. They are knowledgable, professional, and extremely fun to work with. They made wedding planning a breeze. It felt like I was working with two friends rather than stuffy wedding planners. Our wedding was everything we had hoped for and it was because Jodie and Lindsey really listened to what we wanted and made it come to life. They are extremely detail oriented and organized. Our wedding day was truly perfect and everyone in my family, myself included, was able to enjoy the day, and the months preceding it, because the women from Union3 truly did take care of every detail.
