Gerry and his team at Ultra Event Group were so pleasant to work with for our wedding. Ultra Event Group was responsible for our wedding lights, sound, music, and we added a photobooth for our reception as well. Each aspect of the event that Ultra Event Group handled went smoothly — from picking out our photobooth background, to choosing music, to picking the light accent colors. Even when we threw curve balls on the day of the wedding, such as asking for a specific timing to be announced during certain parts of a song for the Grand Entrance, to taking over coordinator duties temporarily while our day-of coordinator ran out to pick up some extra glassware — Gerry went above and beyond and handled each request we made with unwavering professionalism and grace.

On July 22, we had Gerry and his Ultra Event Group provide all the music and audio for our wedding (ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception) as well as a 5-hour photo booth for our guests to enjoy. They were fantastic! We met Gerry at a friend's wedding earlier this year and kept his company in mind when we started our own wedding DJ services search. Gerry won us over with his professionalism, his transparency, and his flexibility. We needed a bilingual DJ and host - English & Spanish - and he found us the perfect person, DJ Seven. Gerry was very organized and provided us with detailed planning documents to keep us on track months before the actual event. He made time to meet with us via zoom to discuss all our specific wedding requests which we appreciated. And on the day of the wedding, he made sure that his team was at the venue 3 hours before our ceremony started which gave us peace of mind. Their sound system and DJ booth presentation was high quality and they had all our guests dancing all night long.
