We have Successfully Catered South Florida for over 25 years. Delicious Food, Professional Staff and Comparable Pricing have kept our clients returning and referring.

All of our Menu's and Current Pricing are conveniently located on our website. If you do not see a menu that appeals to you we can customize a menu to the taste's you desire.

Our service points are also flexible. We can handle your entire event from Chair, Linen & Tent Rentals to just our delicious meals. Our client's have enjoyed the fact that they can do as little or as much of the coordination of their special gathering and we will take care of the rest.

I’m on my honeymoon & couldn’t wait to send a review for Ty and his staff at Ultimate Cuisine Catering were beyond what we could’ve expected. From day one he helped us overcome
a Catastrophe!! Ty was always in task, very personable, informative, & helped me remember some important task. The food was amazing & scrumptious!!! Guests are STILL talking abt it! He’s family now!!! Love Ty and staff & THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!’nn

Excellent, highly recommend!

We worked with Ultimate Cuisine to cater our 180-person pre-wedding dinner the night before our wedding. Ty was a true pleasure to work with, answering all of our questions along the way and working with the venue to take care of all the logistical details. Ty and his staff were fantastic on the day of the event, everything turned out just as we expected, and our guests loved all of the food. We highly recommend Ty and Ultimate Cuisine for your event catering needs!

We had our wedding party at home and Tim came over, looked at our facilities and layout and suggested the best way forward. We put together our own menu choices and ideas, which he accommodated. The food was excellent, and his team were punctual, friendly, helpful and worked tirelessly.
Even our kitchen was spotless!!
Would definitely recommend and would use again for future events.
