I’m on my honeymoon & couldn’t wait to send a review for Ty and his staff at Ultimate Cuisine Catering were beyond what we could’ve expected. From day one he helped us overcome

Excellent, highly recommend!
We worked with Ultimate Cuisine to cater our 180-person pre-wedding dinner the night before our wedding. Ty was a true pleasure to work with, answering all of our questions along the way and working with the venue to take care of all the logistical details. Ty and his staff were fantastic on the day of the event, everything turned out just as we expected, and our guests loved all of the food. We had our wedding party at home and Tim came over, looked at our facilities and layout and suggested the best way forward. We put together our own menu choices and ideas, which he accommodated. The food was excellent, and his team were punctual, friendly, helpful and worked tirelessly.
Even our kitchen was spotless!!

I don't know where to start, Nadine was absolutely wonderful! I would send an email and she would get back right away. She helped with the planning, she met with us at the venue, went to the party rental store to give us option for table layouts, and helped in every way possible. Once our wedding had arrived I knew I was in good hands. Nadine and Ty were awesome! I sent my aunt to drop off some items for the wedding and setup our candy bar and she was welcomed with open arms and they took care of everything my aunt said she didn't even have to do anything. At the wedding the servers were so friendly to all of our guest, the food was amazing!!!!!!! And the cake Nancy made with the sugar flowers was beautiful. If I ever have an event again I will for sure use them again. It was a wonderful experience and they made our event perfect!I don't know where to start, Nadine was absolutely wonderful! Absolutely Unbelievable. Don't bother looking around for any other caterers. These guys are the best. From the moment I first started planning until the day of my wedding, everything was terrific. I spoke with Nadine, who is their event coordinator and she gladly put together a quote for me. Over the course of 4-5 months and in between changing venues, guest counts, menu items, adding cocktail hour, etc., they were more than accommodating. Nadine was terrific and went above and beyond. If I were to email here now and want to change something or had a question, I would get a reply in 10 minutes or less! She was always there for us no matter what time it is. She was so caring and made us feel so special as our day approached. Nadine met on site at our venue a few weeks before the event to make sure everything was on track and to go over layout. They took care of all the setup and breakdown as well as clean up. The day of our wedding went so smoothly. They said they would be at the venue by 830 am to start getting set up, and to my amazement, when I personally arrived at 824 to drop off some items for the day, they were already inside working. It was a weight off my back.
The co-owner Ty was at the event to set up and answered all of my questions the day of and made sure I was happy. The food was also outstanding. The cocktail hour was terrific (smoked chicken quesadillas were a huge hit and my guests told us that the shrimp cocktail was the best they ever had) and the buffet was also incredible. The quality was great and the service of the staff was impeccable.

The food at my wedding was absolutely delicious - I personally tried it all and heard from the guests they loved it too! Nadine, the event coordinator, was so wonderful to work with. She is very prompt and accommodating to all questions and changes in the menu. She did a great job of working with us to stay within our budget. She also helped my mother-in-law with the rehearsal dinner - from suggesting venues, menu options, and décor. Nadine really went above and beyond to help us!! The owners Ty and Tim are just as accommodating and friendly. They were both at my wedding to set-up and make sure everything went smoothly throughout the night. The wait staff worked so hard throughout the night, all while keeping a smile on their face and having fun!
Their menu has so many options (especially for cocktail hour choices) but Tim and Nadine really helped us narrow it down. We wanted a huge cocktail hour with many options, but Tim suggested we scale down the options a bit and promised we would have enough food. And we had plenty!!! The cocktail hour was everything we wanted! AND we saved money by narrowing down the options. We were also able to save money by bringing in our own alcohol, which not a lot of catering companies let you do. It was a lot of work to order and pick it all up, but once we got it to the venue, the Ultimate Cuisine staff was more than willing to take over!

We hired Ultimate Cuisine for our outside wedding venue. They were truly professional and outstanding in every way. The food was delicious, the wait staff superior and very accommodating with every request promptly addressed and granted. We had wind and some rain during the event and the entire staff went out of their way to help us so we could enjoy our evening to the fullest.
We can't thank them enough for helping us make our wedding day perfect.We hired Ultimate Cuisine for our outside wedding venue. They were truly professional and outstanding in every way. We had our caterer selected, but when we decided to downsize our wedding we called the caterer to let them know and we never received a call back. I guess our wedding was just too small for them! We were referred to ultimate cuisine through our venue, and talk about things happening for a reason. When I called them I immediately got a hold of Jamie, the coordinator, and from the first conversation I realized these were the people for us. Kind, responsive, willling and entusiastic. I asked them if they would mind replicating a special recipe for us and it was never an issue. My husband is a chef, and so normally people would think we would have ridiculous expectations, but in fact we expected normal catered food as to not set our expectations to high. Well needless to say, we did not get the status quo. Our buffet was exceptional. The fish and chicken were outrageously deliscious and beautifully presented! People went crazy for their jalapeno cheddar cornbread! So few companies take pride in what they do, but ultimate cuisine is genuinely excited to be a part of your big days success. Go with them and you will not be dissappointed. Going with this company was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Jaime acted not only as our cater but as the wedding coordinator for the day of the wedding. I was blown away by the food and the cake was the best I ever had at a wedding. As the bride, I ate two pieces of the cake (we went with two flavors: Key lime cake and German Chocolate). They cleaned up quickly and when people were done eating, they quickly removed their plates. Everything was so smooth. I am so very pleased with Ultimate Cuisine and would recommend this company to anyone.Going with this company was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The great folks over at Ultimate Cuisine surely do live up to their name. My husband and I could not have been happier with their services. From the very first phone call to the night of the wedding, everyone was very helpful, courteous, responsive, and friendly. The food was fantastic! Wedding food is notoriously bad, but from our tasting we knew we were not dealing with run of the mill wedding catering. We got Chicken Normandy and Caribbean Pork dishes for our guests, and both were superb. Our guests could not stop talking about how delicious everything was, even the sides, salad, and bread were all tasty and unique. The staff along with our go-to guy Ty were all very professional and flexible the day of our wedding. All in all we were very very pleased and would not have changed a thing if we had to do it all over again. We highly recommend Ultimate Cuisine for your special day! The food was great and the staff and Ty are some of the friendliest people I have ever met! I did a bit of a tropical/carib. menu with pork tenderloin & mahi and everyone was raving! The hors d' vours were my favorite - I loved them all! Definately use them if you get the chance!
