We were so impressed with Two Trees Catering! Adam was great to work with before the wedding and his staff the day of the event was excellent. The quality of the food was top notch and the menu items were just what we wanted. So many of our guests raved about how delicious the meal was and how it was by far the best food they had ever had at a wedding. We agree! The presentation of the food was also exceptional! Everything looked so beautiful. It was really important to us that we had great food at our wedding and Two Trees surpassed our expectations! Thank you!

Adam and his team were phenomenal in absolutely every aspect. We had another caterer fall through about a month out and it ended up being the biggest blessing because Two Trees Catering was fantastic. Adam created an amazing menu for us off the bat with so many food options and was super helpful in helping us tweak things for pickier eaters so we still got the food we wanted, but it could be put together in different ways. We ended up hiring Adam and his team to cater our rehearsal as well and both events were done flawlessly, professionally, with fantastic communication and literally the best wedding food ever. The coordinator at our venue even told us that our wedding had the best catered food they'd had at that location to date. Adam's daughter handmade baklava for our rehearsal dessert that my husband and I agreed was better than Baklava we'd had in Turkey and the Middle East. The coconut curry Adam made for us for wedding day was one of the best things I've ever eaten. I would buy buckets of that curry if I could. The steak was perfectly done and so flavorful. Nothing was dry or bland. All of our wedding guests were still talking about the food days later. On top of this, pricing was extremely reasonable and as mentioned, Adam was the most helpful, kind, and communicative. An additional note about Two Trees that we really liked is that they donate any leftover food that isn't taken away. We truly could not make a better recommendation for any soon to be married couple than to hire Two Trees Catering.

I decided on Two Trees Catering after trying their food at a friends wedding last summer. We got tons and tons of compliments on the food from our wedding day. Two Trees was ideal for us because we got married at a rustic location that did not have a kitchen. They travel often and worked on-site out of their food truck. Almost all the food was raised/grown/harvested locally and was cooked to perfection. I was beyond impressed with the quality of the meal and their staff executed a flawless dinner service with great professionalism.

We received so many compliments about our wedding food! Adam and his team truly did a fantastic job. We were impressed with Adam's food and value from the beginning and he met and exceeded our expectations all along! Two Trees provided dinner for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding buffet. The food was literally the best catered wedding food we have ever had-- and many of our guests said the same! The variety was great and all of the flavors worked so well together. Everything was well prepared and the staff was very professional and helpful. The set-up was appealing as well. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Just wrapped up a fabulous wedding weekend for my daughter Kelly and her new husband Brent in North Carolina, and wanted to send out some love for Two Trees Catering in SW Virginia for preparing an amazing meal for our guests. Because of their mobile food prep capabilities, we were able to serve a hot, fresh Italian feast that people just raved about! They loved the uniqueness of the menu, a definite departure from a typical wedding reception meal. Appetizers included antipasti, assorted dips and blue corn chips, and tomato and basil crostini. Entrees included shrimp and scallop scampi, organic chicken alfredo, and vegetable primavera served with hot fresh pasta, as well as a wild green salad, roasted root vegetable salad, and fresh hearth breads. The serving staff was extremely attentive and so hard-working - they really went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met throughout the evening. And at the end of the evening, they sent the bride and groom on their way with a beautifully prepared meal to go (because they know from experience that the happy couple is usually too busy entertaining to actually enjoy the food at their own reception!) I would definitely recommend Two Trees for any catering needs you may have.
