The first thing you notice when you walk in is the classy decor and featured is a large selection of various style tuxedo's. I was greeted and right away offered a beverage. After explaining what I was looking for I was directed to a sharp gentlemen named Dominick who right from the start had me convinced that I had come to the right place. He knew my measurements just by looking at me and had me try on a number of different jackets to see which I liked, and more important to see which fit me best. I can't stress enough that if you're going to wear a tuxedo, make sure it fits properly or it's not going to look right. There's a big difference between wearing a suit and a tuxedo and if you didn't realize this before, you will after visiting Tuxedo Park. After finding the right one, I mentioned that I had seven guys in my wedding party who would also need tuxedos. They gave the option of just having them come in at their convenience or we would set up a group fitting where the guys would come down on a reserved date and we would get fitted together. We chose the latter and when we came in there was a large spread of hors d'oeuvres and drinks waiting for us which scored major points with my friends. We ate, drank, tried on tuxedos, and nobody missed the game as they were able to watch it on a big screen TV.
I can't stress enough how thankful I am that I found Tuxedo Park. The experience, and that's what it was an experience, was five stars all around. From the beginning with their courteous staff, right up to the big day where all my groomsman looked like they walked off the pages of a men's fashion magazine, and myself of course who never looked or felt better in my entire life! I loved how I looked so much and received so many compliments on the tuxedo I was wearing that I had to buy it. Special thank you again to Dominick. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! A++

Husband and his groomsmen, along with my father, went to the Massapequa location several times and were treated excellent. Staff was helpful and kind. The groomsmen really enjoyed their Fitting Party where they had snacks, drinks, and TV. The boys looked great and really loved their tuxes. Thank you for such great service.

Rich and his staff in Massapequa were all very helpful and guided us along the way. They worked to help my Wife alter an outfit to wear as finding Tuxs for women are hard. They delt with six groomsmen from long distance and didnt even bat an eye when a couple of weeks before our wedding a groomsman took sick and was hospitalized and was not making the wedding. They got all the groomsmen fitted and they looked sharp and did the father figures as well. This is a class place. Priced right and they understand service and no matter what we needed they were able to accomplish this. I loved how my Wife looked and my grromsmen were just as beatiful.
They worked with us finding the right thing with just swatches from my bridesmaid dresses and some of my ideas.

Richie and Joe and Tuxedo Park in Massapequa we're amazing from beginning to end. They delivered excellence and our guys and my groom looked fabulous! You can even schedule a measurement party! Our guys did that and they loved it! I would recommend them always! Thanks Guys!!

My husband, his seven groomsmen, my father, my father-in-law, and my two ring bearers all rented their tuxedos (along with shoes and accessories) from Tuxedo Park in Carle Place. We had a great experience with them. The staff was friendly and helpful and the store was immaculate. They had a "fitting party" for my husband and his groomsmen and served food and drink. They sent me updates on who had been and who still needed to be measured so I could keep tabs on everyone. They made it easy for out-of-town guests to order online or over the phone. They were flexible about letting my dad pick up and return his tux to their Massapequa location, even though he was fitted in Carle Place. And, most importantly, everyone looked phenomenal!! My only complaint was that the rentals were expensive (especially for the little guys, whose tuxes cost as much as the adults'). Overall I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

Everything went well with the vendor. In the beginning they worked on price, not the cheapest but always negotiate. The fitting party was a nice touch to the whole experience . But when my groomsmen picked up their tuxedos, 2 out of 7 actually fit right. This surprises me since the point of getting measured is so it fits. I understand 1 or 2 but 5 not fitting is a little too much. The positive is they did have another tuxedo for each to take that fit them so they did make it right.

This review is for the Massapequa location. The men looked great in their tuxedos, they were good quality, but you also pay the price for it. However, some of the staff were very unprofessional and flat out rude. We ordered 9 fitted tuxedos for the groomsmen and 3 days before the wedding ran into issues. If it wasn't for the tailor, Fred, who was amazing and fixed everything, I would have been in deep trouble. I would not go to them again for another event given our experience there. No need to have any last minute surprises a few days before the wedding, very stressful!

Okay....where do I start??? so when we 1st decided to work with Tuxedo Park we worked with a lovely gentleman named Rich about 4 months prior to our wedding, who helped us pick out the suits, measured my husband for his suit(which he was purchasing not renting), found a euro size version of the suit to accommodate my 14 y/o son, and set a date for the groomsmen to come in! Fast forward to a few weeks before the wedding and Rich is retired and Steve is now in charge and my husbands suit was not altered as promised, they have no suit for my son and the vests that come with the suits are M.I.A.! What a nightmare and to top it off Steve was rude and acted as if I should not be upset! So thank goodness for Mike and Fred for saving the day! They went crazy to find a small enough size for my son and rushed the alterations, rush tailored my husbands suit and somehow found 7 vests for the all of the groomsmen! Fast forward again to 3 days before the wedding and they do not have enough matching ties for all of the groomsmen...so I have to rush there and pick out a new tie last minute! In the end...it all worked out and they all looked very handsome! Now, I'm not sure if it was just a series of unfortunate events for tuxedo park where everything that could go wrong did but I do know that the owner Steve was absolutely useless and it was Fred and Mike who saved my wedding day from being a disaster! So choose this vendor at your own risk! oh and no discount was offered for our troubles!

Our wedding process with Tuxedo Park (Massapequa) was HORRIBLE!
The first day you go in they provide you with good customer service, once you sign the contract the level of customer service mirrors that of a DMV office! They constantly had my groom party trying on the wrong tuxedos. The day of pickup which was 2 days before the wedding...only 3 of the 6 grooms tuxedos were ready, both of the fathers weren't ready and one of the ring bearers suits wasn't ready....then when they give them the tuxedos all of the ties and handkerchiefs were wrong. To make matters worst there's no sense of urgency from the staff...better yet there is no staff because when you come inside the store they are all busy helping people who are interested in their services when they should be supporting the customer who is about tog et married in 2 days and needs his suits. This place is a joke! The gave me the wrong vest and tie I had to drive back the day before the wedding to change it . They left pins inside the suits and the day of my wedding my father cut himself and was bleeding on his shirt. The suits themselves are made from poor material, the buttons and cufflinks were falling apart throughout the wedding day. Do yourself a favor and find another place. Don't waste your time with Tuxedo park every time I was inside the store other customers were complaining as well. This business should be closed! The only reason I give one star is because that's the lowest the Knot would allow me to rate them. The only positive is the Fred who is the tailor. They use him on the front counter and as a floor coordinator. If Fred was to open his own store then go to that store. But Tuxedo park should be closed for the poor business they provide!!!

stay very far away from this place service was so terrible at first they were nice 3 months before wedding for the fitting party then two days before wedding when they tell you to come back for your suits pick them up very nasty we all drove there from queens they were totally different people disgusting service nothing was ready the suits were three times the size of my groomsman then I called rich and told him im pissed cause my friends got told to go there and they were pissed nothing was ready nothing fit at all they tell us pick up at carle place those people had no idea what they were talking about called my friends animals so they called her an animal rite back she went nuts then we had to go back to the other place gave me attitude had me by the nuts rich is most famous words ill leave your groomsman naked for your wedding I don't care im not getting married I held it in I was livid this is no business that should be here please do not support this place they think they have people because there the only ones that throw a fitting party not worth it all my groomsman had to go back day of my wedding and pick up there suits and they were still wrong they had to drive back drop a vest off shoes off and bow ties that weren't even the bow ties that I picked the worst experience I had n my life if it wasn't for my lovely venue at the allegria hotel in long beach they would of ruin my big day and I didn't even get my tux from them it was just all my groomsman waste of time money etc believe me people do not go here please you will thank me
