Best investment we made during wedding planning!

We hired Sharon on short notice after another planner had to back out of our contract.
Sharon is so professional and knowledgeable. Her experience shows and was very much appreciated. She had helpful suggestions but was ready to listen to what my daughter and fiancé wanted for their big day.
As mother of the bride, having Sharon coordinate with vendors, step in to help in every way possible on wedding day, keeping things running smoothly and on time (all while being nice lol) was a huge blessing.
I felt like a guest at the reception as all the details that my daughter and Sharon had planned were taken care and we didn't have to concern ourselves with anything other than enjoying the wedding day.
Sharon is worth it!

A different perspective from The Q

As the DJ hired by the groom and not the The Q for the aforementioned wedding I can say that Sharon and her team without a doubt showed great ability in adjustment, adaptation, and execution. I checked the mics for offication hours before. Share was told (by one of the two officiators) who in turn told myself that the officiators would not need the microphones as they would also be holding bible/script in their hands. We said ok but left the mic system up in case they decided to use anyway and that it would just need to be turned on. They did not turn the unit on. Sharon and I were both not notified of games to be played aside from cornhole. From my vantage point I could see Sharon operating in all phases of the ceremony. Like everywhere at once. Very professional and attentive.

Just a perspective from someone with a view of everything. 5 stars

Life Saver!

Man, Sharon is absolutely THE BEST WEDDING PLANNER EVER!!! You don't really get to witness a planner in action till the day of and when I tell you she puts in work, she puts in WORK! She's so very creative and can improvise very swiftly! I didn't have time to do several things and she had already had them done for me! She alleviated so much stress from me on my day that I had thank her by sending her a gift card for and her husband to have a dinner date! I had to do something to show my appreciation for how much she helped me. Sharon works with any budget (which I had a low one) and she is very knowledgeable and genuine. She had the right personality to deal with my challenging parents as well. Thank you Sharon AGAIN!!

Lifesaver!!

Sharon was AMAZING. She made sure everything ran smooth and made sure to take care of every detail. We used her for day of coordination and she was by far one of the best vendors! She is affordable and worth every dollar! She made sure to have every detail taken care of and did a great job communicating with all the other vendors. She really allowed us to enjoy the day and not to be stressed about anything! If you are looking for a wedding day coordinator you need to book Sharon!

July 2020 wedding

We LOVED having Sharon. She really eased my stresses the day of but she especially helped ease my stresses and worries leading up to our Wedding day in the middle of a pandemic. Sharon being a part of our day was an investment well worth it. 💕

Hiring Sharon Holm and her staff with Tulsa Weddings & Design was the absolute BEST wedding decision I made! I hired Sharon as a consultant and she answered each and every one of my endless emails and texts over a year of wedding planning. I had Jamie Bell as my on-site planner for the day of the wedding and she flawlessly executed my vision for our reception. If you are a bit OCD like I am, these are the ladies to hire. The entire weekend and flow of events was just perfect. Thank you ladies for making it easy to enjoy our big day and trust the details to you!

Sharon was wonderful!! My family hired her for the day of coordination and help with the designing of my wedding. I asked Sharon to arrive earlier than she planned on the day of and she was there. She handled everything and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Sharon also had to drive around an 1.5 hour to my wedding sight. She was there before time and was very professional.

WEDDING PLANNERS ROCK! Not sure if we need to say more, Sharon and all her knowledge are priceless! Call them and HIRE A WEDDING PLANNER!! We have seen many brides pull their hair out from stress before a ceremony when the best many is drunk, the groom is lost getting to the venue or the flowers are setup wrong, this was all cause because THEY DIDN'T HIRE A PLANNER!! Take the stress away and JUST HIRE A PLANNER! (hint hint!)
