Working with MFE was the best decision we made for our wedding day and having Janelle as our wedding coordinator was a blessing and a dream come true. I was so lucky to get Janelle as my wedding coordinator! Janelle is the absolute best and I trusted her fully during the planning process and day of coordination. Janelle’s professionalism, kindness, personality, knowledge and experience, relationship/rapport with vendors, prompt communication, recommendations for other vendors, ability to manage all the small and large details are unmatched. I trusted her fully throughout the process and she was there every step of the way. Janelle assisted with making all the signage for the day of and helped make my vision a reality! The signs were beautiful and absolutely perfect. Janelle made my wedding day a dream and run so smoothly! Janelle coordinated and communicated with all the vendors, made sure everything was organized and set up beautifully and on time, handled and helped navigate anything that came up the day of, and was there for me and my family the whole day and evening. I was able to enjoy my wedding day as Janelle was there handling it all! I cannot thank her enough! My parents and family members loved and fully trusted Janelle as well. My family members are still raving about how wonderful Janelle was and have said she executed everything perfectly with a smile and calm demeanor. I LOVE ELLY!!!!!!! My whole family adores Elly. When my sister got married, she got help from Mary Fencl Events and Elly became her coordinator. We all loved how organized, effective, and quick thinking she was. So much so that when I got engaged, there was no question about who I wanted to help with the wedding. Elly exceeds all expectations. Leading up to our wedding this past July, Elly was available to answer all my last minute questions and calm any bits of anxiety I had. Our ceremony and reception were at different venues and Elly transported decorations and gifts from one to the next. We both have huge families and wanted pictures with everyone so Elly was ready to call out family names, let people know when they were up next for photos, and tell families when they were done with photos and free to leave. She thought of everything and (I think) might be able to read minds. Sometimes a concern would pop up at the rehearsal or the day of the wedding and before I even had the chance to ask her if she could help, she was on it offering suggestions and taking control so that I could be as relaxed as possible on the big day. There was not a problem that popped up that Elly could not handle. I have recommended her to all my family and friends who get married and will continue to do so.

We are so beyond thankful for Janelle with MFE and all of her help with our local reception! My husband and I got married in Mexico and we hosted a local reception afterward with 120 guests. Janelle made our "non-traditional" reception a dream come true and we could not be happier. Any and all questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. Janelle made sure every detail was accounted for, which was such a relief--it's so easy to forget the little things leading up to the big day. She made it very easy to schedule meet-ups, phone calls, group calls, etc. to ensure we stayed up to date and kept our vendors informed. Most importantly, she made it possible for me to enjoy the planning process without being overwhelmed.
