W.H. Helmerich Exhibit Hall

Located in Hangar One, the museum features airplanes, open cockpit seating, interactive exhibits, and historical displays, offering an exciting atmosphere for your event. Whether you're planning a classic five-course meal or a lively dance, Hangar One can be transformed to suit your vision.

James E. Bertelsmeyer Planetarium Theater
Your guests will feel like stars beneath the 50-foot dome of our planetarium theater. Let our A/V personnel project your own presentation or enhance your event with a Planetarium show. It’s the perfect setting to add a touch of wonder and excitement to your special day.

Meeting and Seminar Rooms
For more intimate gatherings, our classroom—featuring model airplanes suspended from the ceiling—accommodates up to 32 guests. Our conference room, with seating for 30 in a horseshoe configuration, is ideal for smaller meetings. Both rooms are equipped with internet access and a screen for presentations.

Outdoor Events
Take advantage of over 15 acres of outdoor space for large picnics, barbecues, or fun-filled activities. With plenty of room for inflatables and even a view of aircraft landing and taking off, this outdoor area offers a unique backdrop for your celebration.

Museum Exhibit Hall
Your rental includes access to interactive exhibits, open cockpit seating, service tables, PA system, and podium. For an additional fee, a volunteer or curator is available to offer guided museum tours.
