Trudy Melissa Cakes strives to create a cake that will be a beautiful focal point of your event. We work closely with our clients on all elements of the design to ensure the cake enhances your unique style.
All orders are baked as close as possible to your delivery date. Our fillings start with a Swiss Meringue buttercream base - silky, light, not too sweet. We make our own small batch purees and curds and use the best quality chocolate for our ganache.
We also offer cakes and treats suitable for special dietary needs such as gluten free, dairy free as well as eggless cakes produced in a controlled environment.

Trudy did an absolutely gorgeous cake for Jessica and Steven Hansen. Their wedding was in November. It was the perfect day for a perfect couple. If you check out my photos of this couple, you will see the cake Trudy made. It was caramel cake! YUM.. Inside was an Italian filling to die for. IT was made specifically for the groom and his love of caramel. She delivered the cake set it up, and it smelled wonderful. How fresh is that. She customizes tastes bud and has such a great artistic flair with her work. I would refer this young lady in a heart beat. Did I mention she bakes the cake, we cut and serve the whole cake on the wedding day and then on your anniversary, she bakes you a new one? Well not as big, but what a great way to stay in touch with couples...
Trudy is super Talented! She can create the smallest detailed cake to an over the top out of this world cake. Working with her has been amazing. She creates the vision of her clients, and deliver tasteful and amazing product. She is amazing!
